Abstract

At this time, the development of ceramic souvenirs is increasing in line with the increasing interest of domestic and foreign tourists, this technology seems to be required to be applied to the tools for supporting the production of ceramics which require more time efficiency in order to create a production process that balances the market. The ceramic mass dryer is the latest solution in the field of production, especially for drying the mass that has just come out of the mold. This dryer has a drying rate of up to 3 times faster than conventional outdoors dryers, but this dryer requires a power source to run it, the PID control contained in the system and the user friendly UI makes it easy for industrial entrepreneurs to facilitate the production. Ceramic mass dryer is a very useful long term solution, very flexible, and can function up to 5 years in the future. The ceramic mass dryer has other features such as automatic or manual mode selection and a timer that affects the drying speed of a ceramic mass object. The ceramic mass dryer is a drying machine for a ceramic object mass that uses a dimmer-controlled heater actuator to regulate the heat in drying process. This tool is an innovation in a ceramic mass object. this tool is also quite easy to run through the LCD UI and buttons on the display.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada di musholla umum pantai Ungapan Kabupaten Malang adalah ketidak tetapan tersedianya air wudhu, terutama pada harihari kerja atau bukan hari libur ataupun hari raya. Hal ni disebabkan oleh ketidak beradaan pemilik warung yang lokasinya berada di sebelah utara musholla yang juga menjadi penanggung jawabnya. Dengan memanfaatkan sinar matahari sebagai sumber daya dapat digunakan untuk menghidupkan pompa air dc. Agar ketersediaan air wudhu terjaga, perlu ditambahkan rangkaian kendali otomatis yang akan menhidupkan pompa air saat isi tandon berkurang hingga level terendah sedangkan tegangan baterai cukup. Rangkaian kendali dibangun dari pembanding tegangan dan susunan saklar seri, saklar tandon dan rele. Saklar yang dipasang pada tandon dilengkapi dengan 2 buah pelampung yang terhubung dengan tali pada mekanis saklar sehingga mempunyai karakteristik on/off yang berdasar pada level air. Saklar tandon akan on jka permukaan air kurang dari level minimalnya dan baru akan off jika melewati level maksimalnya. Penetapan posisi level atas dan bawah dapat dilakuan dengan mengatur panjang pelampung. Jika saklar tandon on sedangkan tegangan baterai bernilai di bawah 11 volt maka, pompa air tidak dapat menyala. Pompa air dc jenis celup mampunyai debit air keluaran yang tergantung ketinggian dorongnya. Pada ketinggian pipa hingga 4 meter, debit air keluaran hanya sekitar 25 lt per menit. Dengan perkiraan pemakaian air wudhu 500 lt per hari maka pompa air akan bekerja selama 20 menit dan jika arus dc pompa sebesar 5A maka konsumsi arus adalah 1,5 Amper jam. Panel surya 50 WP dapat menghasilkan arus pengisian hingga 1,8A dan pada hari terang dapat mengisi baterai rata-rata selama 4 jam. Dari pengisian baterai tersebut maka pompa air dapat mengisi tandon dengan benar kecuali jika hari mendung. Untuk mengatasi masalah kekurangan pasokan air di hari-hari ramai pengunjung, pipa saluran keluaran dari tandon ke kran wudhu disambungan ke saluran keluaran tandon lama dengan tambahan katup satu arah atau tosen klep. Air hanya dapat mengalir ke saluran wudhu dan tidak dapat masuk ke tandon lama. Pada hari-hari ramai pengunjung, kekurangan air wudhu dapat dipenuhi oleh aliran dari tandon lama karena penanggung jawab musholla sedang berada di lokasi

Abstract

a lot, almost 90% is on the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) scale. At the time of carrying out the mechanism of the salted egg cleaning process the majority still use the manual method and of course this takes quite a long time and is inefficiency of human labor. To overcome this problem, the author designed an automatic cleaning tool in order to speed up the manufacture of salted eggs, especially in the egg cleaning process. The system of this tool includes an Arduino Uno microcontroller module, a BTS7960 motor driver module, a two-channel relay module, a DC motor, a proximity sensor, a 16x2 LCD, a buzzer, an on/off switch, and a push button. With the initial step of entering the dirty egg then the egg will roll down through the egg brush, with a certain time that we have set up then the egg will go down into a special container for the second cleaning process, so that from the dirty egg due to the diffusion process, it will turn into a clean egg and ready to be sale in market. So that by using this tool we have an effective of time and labor efficiency.

Abstract

The installation of this equipment can help control the humidity process for orchid cultivation in small-scale greenhouses by entering the humidity values ​​that have been determined, with values ​​of  60%, 70%, and 80%. After that, it is processed by the ESP32 as the controller center, then the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) will show the current humidity display, then the sensor (SHT11) will read the humidity value if the humidity setpoint is below a predetermined value then the motor is on and the nozzle is working, humidity has reached the desired setpoint then the motor will turn off and the nozzle will stop. The goal to be achieved is to maintain the humidity of orchids in the greenhouse so that it remains stable according to standards and regulations, because in this greenhouse,  to maintain plant humidity is a very crucial thing for orchid cultivation because at the time it was still using human power manually with a water hose. We developed this tool to keep the humidity steady by using a nozzle that makes it a mist of water. By using a system that runs automatically, making it easier for business actors to use this tool and has time efficiency. In its installation, the tool is able to generate humidity through the nozzle using a reference to increase the hysteresis value in the control circuit and get an output that oscillates in the setting point area so that the humidity rises according to the setting point, this is because the water misting process in the test conditions cannot be immediately lost, thus affecting the test results

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dalam bidang Industri semakin pesat. Perubahan pola dan cara produksi di Industri saat ini menjadi otomatis yang awalnya manual tenaga manusia. Termasuk pada proses pencetakan barang, kini pencetakan barang beralih ke sistem automasi yang lebih cepat dan efisien untuk menghasilkan produknya. Salah satu sistem cetak yang bekerja secara automasi yaitu injeksi molding. Mesin injeksi molding digunakan untuk mendukung program Teaching Factory. Mesin molding mikroplastik merupakan versi mini dari mesin injeksi molding mikroplastik industri. Dengan prinsip kerja yang sama yaitu memutar extruder agar biji plastik yang sudah meleleh dapat terdorong ke mesin molding cetakan, maka diputar dengan menggunakan motor stepper. Penggunaan motor stepper diatur dengan kecepatan putar 37.5 rpm secara normal dan efisien. Kendali motor stepper menggunakan Labview NI MyRio 1900 dengan metode Fuzzy Logic yang relevan dan efisien untuk adjustment kecepatan motor (rpm) motor stepper.

Abstract

At this time the demand for security cameras is increasing in line with the increasing number of criminal acts, this technology seems to be required to be installed in various public places and facilities that require more supervision in order to create security and safety. IP Camera (type KST2 SPC) is the latest solution in the field of security. This monitoring device has a monitor range that is not limited to the room, but the IP camera can also be accessed by a personal computer or laptop that is connected directly via LAN, Internet, or cellular network. IP Camera is a long-term solution that is very useful, very flexible, and can work for the next 10 years. IP Camera has other features such as camera selection and navigation features that affect video size and access speed. IP Camera is a CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) camera that uses Internet Protocol to transmit image data and control signals. Thus, IP cameras have several advantages over analog CCTV. In its use, this tool is also quite easy to integrate with various electronic-based early warning systems. Data from camera readings can be stored on a microSD which can store recording activity data for a full month.

Abstract

Duwet Village have potential that cannot be underestimated. Duwet Village has a UMK that can produce several superior products, including corn rice (gerit), cassava crackers and bamboo crafts (besek). They need media that can be used for marketing media. However, the lack of promotion of the mainstay products produced by Duwet Village can affect the sustainability Therefore, we need a promotional media for superior products in Duwet village that can improve the quality of as well as support efforts to increase consumers of the mainstay products in Duwet village. Given the beauty of a promotional media but also a very effective promotional media and can bring many benefits to a business. With this problem, we propose the manufacture of displays of superior products from Duwet village. This display will be used as a special place to place corn rice, cassava crackers and bamboo crafts which are the mainstay of Duwet village. This display is very useful as a medium for promoting flagship products to all visitors who come to Duwet village which incidentally will become one of the local tourist destinations in Malang Regency.

Abstract

Pada umumnya tempat yang memiliki tempat cuci tangan masih menggunakan tempat cuci tangan manual seperti membuka valve/kran secara manual menggunakan tangan dan menekan tempat sabun untuk mengaliri air sabun. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sebuah alat yang berguna untuk mencuci tangan secara otomatis tanpa menyentuh valve/kran. Pembuatan alat ini bertujuan untuk mendesign valve/kran yang dapat membuka dan menutup valve/kran sesuai jarak obyek sensor sehingga dapat mengurangi cipratan air yang keluar saat mencuci tangan. Dalam mendesign valve/kran yang dapat membuka dan menutup sesuai jarak obyek sensor, terdapat metode yang digunakan untuk membuka dan menutup sesuai jarak obyek sensor dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy logic serta dilengkapi dengan water flow sensor untuk mengetahui keluaran air yang mengalir ketika valve/kran terbuka dan water level sensor yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi ketersediaan air bersih dan air sabun. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan valve air sabun dapat terbuka pada jarak 0 – 5 cm dengan sudut 30°, sedangkan valve air bersih dapat terbuka pada jarak 3 – 30 cm dengan sudut valve terbuka antara 30° ? 89° dengan debit keluaran air antara 0.13 L/M – 1.33 L/M pada kondisi tangki tidak penuh dan 0.4 L/M – 2.00 L/M pada kondisi tangki penuh serta tinggi rendah nya air bersih dan air sabun dapat dideteksi oleh water level sensor pada saat kondisi tangki penuh dan kondisi tangki kosong
