Abstract

Pada PT. AcehLink Media sudah menggunakan sistem informasi, namun dalam pengelolaan aset masih berbentuk sederhana yaitu dengan menggunakan lembaran kertas. Sistem informasi ini memiliki keterbatasan seperti tiadanya catatan detil aset barang, kesulitan melakukan penghitungan yang komplek seperti penilaian aset, terbatasnya akses pihak lain yang membutuhkan, dan informasi kurang dapat menangani penatausahaan aset barang yang dapat memberikan informasi real-time, akurat, terintegrasi, dan user friendly. Peningkatan sistem informasi ini merupakan hal yang mutlak yang harus dilakukan demi pengelolaan aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Dalam hal ini banyak aspek-aspek yang terkait sebagai unsur yang sangat menentukan pengelolaan aset yang dimiliki perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang kebutuhan sistem untuk mengelola aset di PT. AcehLink Media. Melalui analisis dan perancangan sistem ini penulis bermaksud memberikan usulan bagi perusahaan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset berbasis Android. Sistem informasi ini telah berhasil dirancang dan menyediakan fungsionalitas pengelolaan informasi aset yang meliputi data pengguna, data pelanggan, data aset, data proses permintaan, data proses mutasi aset, data merk, data tipe, data status dan data pengadaan. Perancangan sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis android ini menggunakan software android studio sebagai desain untuk membentuk interface dari aplikasi.

Abstract

Bengkel XYZ Motor adalah usaha milik perorangan yang bergerak dibidang jasa yaitu perbaikan sepeda motor dan penjualan sparepart motor dalam aktivitasi usahanya masih menggunakan sistem manual dan belum menggunakan sistem komputer mulai darimengelola data transaksinya, data pelanggannya hingga membuat laporan keuangan. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut, penulis mencoba untuk memberikan solusi melalui suatu rancangan sistem baru, yakni dengan penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen atau teknologi informasi. Yang diharapkan bisa memberikan pemecahan masalah terhadap segala proses pengolahan administrasi tersebut seperti pendataan pelanggan, pendataan transaksi servis dan penjualan sparepart serta pembuatan laporan – laporan yang diperlukan oleh pihak – pihak bersangkutan. Dalam pengembangan sistem yang digunakan penulis adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) didalamnya terdapat tahapan pekerjaan dari perencanaan, analisa, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan implementasi sistem. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen yang mempermudah kegiatan bisnis, mengolah data, membuat laporan menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien, penyajian informasi yang akurat, relevan dan tepat waktu membantu pemilik bengkel dalam mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the implementation of blockchain technology in improving information system security. The research method used is a literature study by collecting information from various relevant primary and secondary sources. The results of this study show that blockchain technology has strong potential to strengthen information system security through its unique characteristics, such as decentralisation, transparency, and high cryptographic security. While analysing various existing studies, it was found that by implementing blockchain technology in information systems, user satisfaction may increase due to better auditability. However, careful attention is also needed to the weaknesses and challenges associated with blockchain technology, such as scalability, efficiency, and privacy. In conclusion, the use of blockchain technology in information systems can provide significant benefits in improving security. However, comprehensive measures should be taken to address issues and adapt this technology to the specific context and existing regulations.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been widely applied in various fields, including important aspects in the development of enterprise information systems. This research aims to explore the use of AI in improving the efficiency of enterprise information systems and analyse its impact on organisational performance. In this research method, we collected primary data from several companies that have implemented AI systems in their operations. Secondary data was also collected from related literature, including case studies and previous research in this field. Furthermore, we conducted a qualitative analysis of the data and a quantitative evaluation of the impact of AI implementation in improving the efficiency of information systems. The results show that the implementation of AI has resulted in a significant increase in the efficiency of the company's information system. AI-assisted systems are able to automatically process and analyse data, predict market trends, identify anomalies, and provide strategic recommendations for decision-making. These efficiencies in turn improve operational performance, lower costs, and enhance more timely and accurate decision-making. We conclude that the use of AI in enterprise information systems effectively improves operational efficiency and organisational performance. However, important steps need to be taken to ensure successful implementation of AI, such as providing adequate resources, developing employee competencies, and considering the social and ethical impacts of using AI in a business context.

Abstract

Increased digitalization in business transformation has provided significant benefits, but has also created new challenges for information security. This research aims to analyze the cyber security challenges faced in the era of digital transformation, with a focus on Information Systems. The research method used is a comprehensive analysis of literature and case studies to gain an in-depth understanding of these issues. In this research, we found that there are a number of significant challenges related to cyber security in implementing digital transformation, including malware attacks, phishing, insufficient network security, and privacy violations. Causal analysis concluded that insufficient training and security awareness, as well as weak design in information systems, were the main risk factors. The implication of this research is the need for proactive steps in implementing strong security practices in information systems, including adequate training for employees, careful security monitoring, and early warning of security threats. In addition, the importance of collaboration between organizations, governments and related entities in facing increasingly global threats was also highlighted.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai kelulusan dari sebuah perguruan tinggi mahasiswa perlu mengerjakan tugas akhir, namun sebelum itu mahasiswa perlu mengajukan judul terlebih dahulu, untuk mempermudah mahasiswa akhir dalam pengajuan judul skripsi di butuhkan sebuah portal pengajuan judul skripsi agar mahasiswa mudah dalam berkonsultasi tentang judul skripsi yang akan mereka ajukan, dengan mengajukan judul skripsi di portal pengajuan judul skripsi, mereka tinggal menunggu hasil persetujuan judul skripsi mereka, mereka bisa memeriksa apakah judul skripsi telah di ACC atau belum, apabila judul skripsi telah di ACC mereka dapat mendownload tanda bukti ACC judul skripsi dalam bentuk PDF yang telah tersedia pada laman portal pengajuan judul skripsi Untuk pembuatannya peneliti menggunakan PHP dan framework laravel.
