Abstract

Kindergarten is the right place to develop children's motor skills. The age of kindergarten students is the age of play, where students have a high urge to do physical activities that are fun. Therefore there is a need for physical activity that is fun and can improve children's fitness and motor skills. Aerobic Kids Gymnastics is a physical activity that pays attention to aspects of children's body movements and children's biomechanics wrapped in a pleasant atmosphere, so that in Aerobic Kids gymnastic activities, students will feel joy when moving. TK Nusantara University Laboratory PGRI (UNP) Kediri is an educational institution whose ambition is to create superior human resources by developing motor skills from an early age. Therefore, the introduction of aerobic kids gymnastics activities is very suitable for students' motor development and the understanding of kindergarten UNP Lab Kediri teachers. The introduction of Aerobic Kids Gymnastics to Enhance Teacher Understanding and Motor Children's Development in TK Kediri UNP Laboratory is a positive effort to improve teachers' understanding of students' motor development and improve students' motor skills. The results of this activity indicate an increase in teacher understanding of gymnastic movements that are appropriate to students' motor development. Kindergarten UNP Kediri Laboratory Kindergarten teachers understand the movements needed by kindergarten age students to develop motor skills. The Kediri UNP Laboratory Kindergarten teacher also developed a number of movements that were felt to be appropriate to the character of the students and the needs of the students' environment.

Abstract

Pelatihan kondisi fisik dominan bola basket bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelatih dalam melatih pemain bola basket di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Peningaktan kemampuan pelatih terdiri dari peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap pelatih. Pelatihan ini diawali dari analisis kebutuhan prestasi bola basket selama PORPROV 2019. Hasil yang kurang maksimal didapatkan tim bola basket Kabupaten Pasuruan. Fakta kersebut menuntut upaya perbaikan dari sisi pelatih. Kegiatan pelatihan ini terbagi menjadi empat sesi yagn diadakan dalam satu hari. Sesi pertama pre-test, sesi kedia materi kelas, sesi ketiga praktil lapangan, dan sesi keempat post-test. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pelatih dalam hal pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap dalam melatih.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the use of ball facilities to develop soccer dribbling skills. The facilities used are standard balls and plastic balls. The method of this research is experimental with pre-test post-test group design. The research subjects were extracurricular students at SD Negeri 1 Kendal, Tulungagung, totaling 30 students. The research instrument used the Rogalski & Degel Soccer Dribbling Test. The results showed significant development of dribbling ability using standard balls and plastic balls. However, the use of plastic balls gave a better effect than the use of standard balls for elementary school-aged students.

Abstract

AbstractShooting in a basketball game plays an important role in achieving the goal of the basketball game. Given that the basketball game tip is to insert the ball into the opponent's basket, therefore a good shooting technique is owned by every bolabasket player. Efforts to improve basketball shooting skills by using a basketball shooting practice model through a combination approach. The model combines shooting and physical engineering components supporting shooting techniques and using dill and games methods. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of basket ball shooting practice model through combination approach. The research approach used is quantitative. This type of research is an experiment with randomized control group pre-test post-test design. The population of this study was a total of basketball players in Pasuruan District, the sample of this study amounted to 120 with 60 as the experimental group and 60 players as the control group. The data retrieval used is battery test shooting. Data analysis technique using t-test. The results showed that basketball shooting practice model through combination approach can improve basketball shooting ability with t-count value 33,262> t-table 2,00. So it can be concluded that the model of basketball shooting practice is effective against improving the shooting ability of basketball players.Keywords: Basketball Shooting, Combination Approach, Training Model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a video learning media product for the basic techniques of the petanque game. This type of research is development research by applying five steps, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. The number of respondents who reviewed teaching materials was 3 experts, 49 students. The instruments used to obtain data about the quality of teaching materials are questionnaires and tests. Performance tests are used to determine student learning outcomes between before and after using learning video media teaching materials during the field test. Product validation results by content experts with a total percentage of 90.00% with very good qualifications. The results of product validation by learning media experts with a total percentage of 90.00% with very good qualifications. The results of product validation by learning design experts with a total percentage of 93.30% with very good qualifications. The results of student research on the feasibility of the developed video media showed a percentage of 92, 62% which was the average of the individual test, small group test, and large group test where these results showed a very good category. Field results show that the video media developed has a significant influence on student learning outcomes and higher effectiveness. The results of the paired sample t-test from the pre-test and post-test showed sig (2-tailed) .000 which was smaller than the standard probability of .005 while the N-Gain results showed 6 students were in the medium category and 24 students indicated the high category. This study shows that the video media teaching materials have met the feasibility aspects of content, media, design and are suitable for use by students.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani merupakan bagian integral dari proses pendidikan yang menuntut untuk belajar melalui aktivitas jasmani. T ia proses belajar melalui aktivitas fisik memerlukan pengawasan yang ketat dari guru pendidikan jasmani. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 memaksa pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dilakukan dari rumah masing-masing siswa, akibatnya tidak ada pengawasan yang ketat dari guru pendidikan jasmani.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran penjasorkes pada masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap guru penjas di Kabupaten Sumenep. Jenis penelitiannya adalah survei. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket proses pembelajaran online. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru PE di SD dan SMA di Kabupaten Sumenep. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah guru PE wajib meningkatkan literasi digital karena penyampaian informasi berupa materi pembelajaran disampaikan secara online. Guru PE harus memiliki strategi dan inovasi untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran online. Guru PE harus memilih media yang tepat untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik. Di masa pandemi covid-19, guru PA dituntut untuk lebih terbuka terhadap literasi digital dan lebih kreatif dalam belajar serta memiliki kemampuan inovatif yang tinggi. Besar harapan untuk dapat menemukan solusi sosial, ekonomi, dan teknis pengajaran pendidikan jasmani agar proses pembelajaran dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam upaya pembentukan manusia yang sehat jasmani, rohani, dan sosial. Melalui aktifitas fisik dalam pendidikan jasmani yang menyenangkan, peserta didik diharapkan mampu membentuk gaya hidup yang sehat. Aktifitas fisik yang baik adalah aktifitas fisik yang bisa memberikan kenikmatan bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kenikmatan aktifitas fisik peserta didik pendidikan jasmani sekolah menengah kejuruan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatid dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik sekolah menengah kejuruan menikmati aktifitas fisik yang dilakukan selama kegiatan belajar mengajar pendidikan jasmani. Peserta didik merasa aktifitas fisik dalam pendidikan jasmani sangat nyaman dan tidak membuat frustasi serta peserta didik merasa dampak aktifitas fisik membuat dirinya lebih segar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa calon guru PJOK terhadap perkuliahan daring. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner respon mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan dalam jaringan (daring). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 124 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah desriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan daring ternyata kurang efektif. Mayoritas mahasiswa mengalami kendala yang berarti selama perkuliahan dilaksanakan sehingga membuat mahasiswa kesulitan untuk menyerap dan memahami materi perkuliahan. Mahasiswa menginginkan metode belajar yang lebih kreatif atau perkuliahan dilaksanakan secara luring jika kondisi memungkinkan. Perkuliahan bisa dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kombinasi (daring-luring) dan pendekatan kreatif untuk Prodi Penjaskesrek yang bisa mendorong mahasiswa dan dosen untuk bisa memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai bahan belajar yang mendukung perkuliahan daring.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) evaluate Palembang PELTI tennis coaching program, 2) evaluate PELTI management, athletes, coaches and assistant coaches, facilities and infrastructure, and government support for Palembang's tennis development program, 3) evaluate the selection of coaches and athletes, fostering athletes, training programs, evaluating the PELTI work program and coordinating the tennis coaching program of the city of Palembang, and 4) evaluating the success of the Palembang tennis development program. This study is a program evaluation study using the CIPP method using a qualitative approach. The population of this study was tennis athletes in Palembang. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. This study produces 1) good Context, 2) Sufficient Input 3) Sufficient Process 4) Sufficient Product. This study concludes that 1) Development Program that is not clear from PELTI in improving athlete performance, 2) Input of PELTI development program is still lacking in the process of selecting athletes, coaches, assistant coaches and minimal funding from the government, 3) Process training program that is not going well, the health of athletes, coaches and assistant coaches who are not guaranteed by the government and there is no special transportation for athletes, 4) Product Program PELTI Coaching has not been able to show results at the national level with real data and facts in the field.

Abstract

Children with special needs (ABK) tend to be passive, because they have physical or mental deficiencies. In addition, people with special needs have problems in the psychomotor domain as a result of limitations in sensomotor abilities and limitations in learning abilities. Literature review using the method used is through a journal search system on google with the keywords athletic games on the motion of children with special needs. Journals and thesis used as literature have full text inclusion criteria, the subject is a child with special needs, the type of journal is the journal for the past 6 years. Based on the results of the review it was found that there are various kinds of athletic games to the motion of children with special needs. Literartur review conclusions that with a variety of athletic games can affect the motion of children with special needs
