Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the quality of service and employee performance on community satisfaction in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods by setting a sample of 100 people with the aim of explaining the relationship between variables through the submission of formulated hypotheses. The data analysis technique applied is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis answered that the quality of service and employee performance to the community there was a significant relationship. The level of significance of service quality and employee performance on employee performance can be seen through the results of the F test, it is found that service quality and employee performance simultaneously affect community satisfaction. This is evidenced by the statement, if F count F table or significant value <0.05. Then, the result of F Count is greater than F table which is 35.957 > 2.75 then Ha is accepted, which means that service quality and employee performance simultaneously have an effect on community satisfaction in Ambulu village, Sumberasih sub-district, Probolinggo district.

Abstract

The policy for distributing Farmer Cards in Probolinggo Regency continues to be carried out. However, so far it has not been able to achieve the target. There are still many cards that have been printed but have not been distributed. The distribution of farmer cards is carried out in stages. In accordance with the availability of cards that are ready to be distributed to farmers registered in the Electronic Definitive Plan for Group Needs (E-RDKK). One of the beneficiaries of Kartu Tani assistance is Tegalmojo Village, Tegalsiwalan District, Probolinggo Regency, which so far has only distributed 20 copies, which should have been 100. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the farmer card program on the availability of fertilizer in 2021 in Tegalmojo village, Tegalsiwalan district, Probolinggo district based on the size and objectives of the policy, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, communication, disposition, and the economic, social, political and environmental factors. the obstacle.. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of the village head of Tegalmojo, the head of the farmer group. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Kartu Tani program on the availability of fertilizer in 2021 in Tegalmojo village is quite good but cannot be redeemed using the Kartu Tani due to several obstacles faced.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 merupakan puncak perubahan terjadinya tatanan kehidupan masyarakat yang memaksa masyarakat untuk terus melakukan perubahan dalam setiap kegiatan. Banyak masyarakat terdampak dengan adanya kebijakan-kebijakan mengenai pandemi covid-19 salah satu peraturan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah Indonesia yang memiliki dampak cukup besar terhadap masyarakat adalah Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pembatasa Sosial Berskala Besar. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis peraturan tersebut dari sudut pandang dampak negatif dan positif terhadap sosial ekonomi pedagang di Pasar Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang pasar. penelitian ini lebih fokus pada jawaban pedaganga mengenai dampak penerapan PSBB terhadap sosial ekonomi pedagang di pasar Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pandangan pedagang yang kebanyakan berfikir positif terhadap penerapan PSBB. Walaupun tidak semua pedagang menerapkan PSBB sesuai yang diputuskan oleh pemerintah. Penerapan tersebut sangat bermanfaat karena mengurangi penularan peyakit covid-19 yang ada dimasyarakat.

Abstract

Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) merupakan suatu inovasi pelayanan guna mendekatkan jarak antara pemerintah sebagai penyedia layanan dengan masyarakat sebagai penerima layanan, yang didasari oleh adanya pendelegasian kewenangan dari Bupati kepada Camat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan hari senin 21 Mei 2023 selama 1 hari dengan durasi 5 jam, yaitu dimulai pada pukul 08.00 WIB di kecamatan Sumberasih sampai dengan 13.00 WIB, yang diikuti oleh 40 peserta yang berasal dari masyarakat dan perangkat desa, serta dari pihak kecamatan sumberasih. Pengabdian ini bertujuan Untuk memberikan kesadaran dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat sekitar tentang adanya Kebijakan Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) Pada Kantor Camat Sumberasih Kabupaten Probolinggo tersebut. Diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan di kecamatan Sumberasih bisa berjalan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat. Dalam implementasi kebijakan PATEN dari Persyaratan Substantif sudah cukup jelas, Persyaratan Administratif, dan Persyaratan Teknis sudah baik. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat di kecamatan sumberasih ini diperoleh hasil pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat tentang bagaimana menggunakan pelayanan kecamatan melalui kebijakan PATEN di Kecamatan Sumberasih dan munculnya kerjasama antara pihak kecamatan dengan desa-desa untuk melakukan sosialisasi di setiap desa dengan tujuan untuk memberitahukan secara luas adanya kebijakan PATEN untuk mempermudah masyarakat untuk menerima pelayanan yang lebih prima. Improving Services Through Dissemination Of Integrated Administrative Service Policies (PATEN) St The Sumberasih Sub-District Office, Probolinggo District The District Integrated Administration Service (PATEN) is a service innovation to bring the distance between the government as a service provider and the community as service recipients, based on the delegation of authority from the Regent to the Camat. This socialization activity was carried out on Monday 21 May 2023 for 1 day with a duration of 5 hours, starting at 08.00 WIB in the Sumberasih sub-district until 13.00 WIB, which was attended by 40 participants from the community and village officials, as well as from the Sumberasih sub-district. This service aims to provide awareness and knowledge to the surrounding community about the existence of the District Integrated Administrative Service Policy (PATEN) at the Sumberasih District Office, Probolinggo Regency. It is hoped that from this service activity the District Integrated Administrative Services in the Sumberasih sub-district can run well and can provide satisfaction to the community. In the implementation of the PATENT policy, the Substantive Requirements are clear enough, the Administrative Requirements and the Technical Requirements are good. In this community service in Sumberasih sub-district, the result was an increase in community knowledge about how to use sub-district services through the PATEN policy in Sumberasih Sub-district and the emergence of cooperation between the sub-district and the villages to conduct outreach in each village with the aim of widely informing them of the existence of a PATENT policy to facilitate community to receive better service

Abstract

E-sultan was born from a demand for an increase in the quality of supervision to utilize information technology. The use of information technology is intended to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the field of supervision. All State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Probolinggo City are required to access applications to facilitate their work. With this application all information from each State Civil Apparatus (ASN) will be stored properly. The problem that is considered the most significant in implementing the E-Sultan application is the ability of human resources and technology which sometimes is still unable to handle simple problems. This application is used by the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Probolinggo City to make it easier to consult filing. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Inspectorate's strategy is in realizing E-sultan innovation as an effort to improve the quality of supervision of the Probolinggo Municipal Government's State Civil Apparatus (ASN). case study at the City Inspectorate of Probolinggo. This research was carried out at the Inspectorate of the City of Probolinggo and this type of research used descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through field research which included observation, interviews, and documentation. The resource persons in this study consisted of all ASNs at the Inspectorate and several OPD in Probolinggo City. The results of the research are that we can analyze the Inspectorate strategy that has been widely used by Probolinggo City Civil Servants. The focus point of the research is the Probolinggo City Government Inspectorate Strategy in Realizing the Sultan's Clinical Innovation (Consultation and Complaint Clinic) as an Effort to Improve the Quality of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of community radio as an alternative medium for empowering local communities. The principle of community media is "by the community, for the community, and for the community". The main goal is to build community and local capacity to help improve the lives of local people. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the study, the use of community radio has not maximized the enthusiasm of the local people themselves who still do not know how to use local media. There is a reflection of the active role of the monitoring group (active listeners) in the routine work of community radio. Only community radio is actively supported by monitoring groups that can play a role of power to community members. Actively maintaining and exploring broadcast work routines for opportunities and problems for community members and looking for solutions to problems faced by community members

Abstract

This article aims to explain how the inlistile information system is implemented for students at SMP Negeri 9 Probolinggo City. This Inlistile application has been implemented by the SMP Negeri 9 Probolinggo City library to be used to improve service quality. Changes in data management are influenced by the implementation of the inlistile application information system. This study aims to determine the application of new innovations in the school library of SMPN9 Probolinggo City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The researcher conducted interviews with 5 library employees at SMPN9 Probolinggo City, 6 students who were members of the library. The application of application information systems in the SMPN9 Probolinggo City library includes: 1) increasing the convenience of professional services in a library and facilitating the service system; 2) provide friendly service attitudes and behaviors for students that aim to create an environmentally friendly environment; 3) increased student accessibility to get fast service; 4) provide services with an easy and reliable system. Encouraged by this application, students are expected to be able to make good use of this information technology system in order to realize a good service system in the school library.

Abstract

Food and agricultural security is the availability of food and a person's ability to access it. The Probolinggo Regency Food Security and Agriculture Service also supports national food security, by making the agricultural sector one of the regional potentials that continues to be developed. However, there are problems such as the government and community's food reserves not increasing in the Probolinggo Regency area, agricultural human resources (HR) which are still lacking and the agricultural infrastructure program is still not evenly distributed. So it is necessary to focus on increasing the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. How this competitiveness can be achieved is by orienting agricultural activities towards the market (market oriented). It can be seen that the competitiveness of the agricultural sector itself can be realized through increasing productivity and added value. Where this competitiveness can be obtained through 3 components, namely: capital, superior human resources, and superior technology. Even though the majority of farmers in Probolinggo Regency still use traditional technology to medium technology

Abstract

Human Resources or HR has an important role in the process of administering government, both at the Central and Regional levels. Human Resources, which includes all the potential or abilities that exist in humans, both physical and non-physical potential. HR in the context of an agency or institution concerns the employees or workers in an agency. Civil Servant is a person who has fulfilled certain requirements that have been determined by the agency in accordance with the law. One of them is a Civil Servant at the Probolinggo City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. BKPSDM itself is an abbreviation of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development which is in charge of or functions as an agency or agency that handles personnel and human resource development. To form professional and humility human resources, especially Civil Servants in the BKPSDM, it is necessary to develop strategies made or carried out by the Probolinggo City Government in improving human resources in the Probolinggo City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. Abstract

There is a classic problem in organizing general elections related to the voter list. The accuracy of the voter list reduces or minimizes errors in the implementation of general elections. The institution that plays an important role in organizing elections is the KPU and which controls the implementation of Bawaslu elections. One of the powers of the KPU is to compile a voter list. Meanwhile, Bawaslu supervises the general election implementation stage, including when the KPU compiles the voter list. Compiling the voter list requires data or materials related to the population database, the institution that has the authority for the population database is the Ministry of Home Affairs. Therefore, the author discusses the relationship between these institutions and the forms of cooperation carried out. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing phenomena related to the object of research. So it can be seen that the Ministry of Home Affairs establishes a relationship with the KPU and Bawaslu with a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation Agreement System. The implementation of this activity is related to the use of the population database to determine the voter list in the implementation of general elections
