Abstract

This research aimed to analyze student needs in social studies classroom in purpose to design learning model using local potential in Banjarmasin area. This research used qualitative approach. Data collected through literature analysis, observation, and interviews through focus group discussion and focused on 7th grade materials. Data analyzed with qualitative method. The result showed that those are seven basic competences on 7th grade that can be developed for social studies learning with the using of local potential. Learning process can be applied through direct and indirect methods, interactive learning, independent learning, field observation, and discussion. It required supplement books based on local potential, the increasing of MGMP’s empowerment for social studies teachers, teachers’ training on learning planning, process, and evaluation based on local potential, and the developing of learning media through film documentary with local potential contents. In term of curriculum changing, to increase teachers’ competence in assessment it required training about authentic assessment, classroom assessment, character based assessment, and competence based assessment. It is necessary to create local potential roadmap as guidance for social studies learning material in Banjarmasin as the implementation of local excellence and character education for social studies learning.

Abstract

Utilization of SIMARI (Integrated Lambung Mangkurat University Information System) as a form of implementation of the application of e-learning in learning, has begun at Lambung Mangkurat University, especially in the Economic Education Study Program since the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The problem that arises is that there are still limited subjects applying SIMARI. This study aims to analyze the effect of SIMARI utilization as the implementation of e-learning based learning on the learning outcomes of ULM FKIP Economics Education students. Research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of the Economic Education Study Program who had participated in e-learning totaling 291 people. Samples were taken as much as 25%, namely 73 people with stratified sample techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires related to SIMARI utilization in learning as independent variables and documentation of student learning outcomes in subjects that had used SIMARI as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques. The results showed that SIMARI utilization in e-learning was in a fairly good category. Student learning outcomes are in a fairly high category. There is a significant effect of SIMARI utilization as the implementation of e-learning based learning on student learning outcomes which is indicated by the Fcount of 4.554 with a significance of 0.036. It was concluded that SIMARI's utilization as an implementation of e-learning in learning could significantly improve student learning outcomes especially in the ULM FKIP Economic Education Study Program.

Abstract

Increasing the effectiveness of learning is a way to achieve the success of educational development. One way to achieve learning effectiveness is to use learning media to simplify and make the learning process effective. This research aims to reveal as many empirical studies on effectiveness as possible through articles published in international journals to explain to educators the impact of implementing Moodle as a learning media. This research used a literature study method. The results of this study provide an explanation that Moodle can improve student achievement, motivation, communication, interest, discipline and increase self-confidence.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are an important factor for successful bussines today, where marketing strategies are the way to achieve business goals. Marketing strategy is the primary approach used by business units in achieving goals that include decisions regarding segmenting, targeting, and positioning. This research aims to analyze (1) The application of segmentation, targeting, and positioning was used by tapai Gambut sellers to improve their business. (2) Marketing activities of tapai Gambut sellers as a subject matter of Marketing Basics on STP Marketing materials at SMKN 3 Banjarmasin. This research used qualitative approaches and descriptive research. The subjects of the study were tapai Gambut sellers in Pematang Panjang Village of Banjar Regency of South Kalimantan. The source of the data was primary data. The data was obtained by using observations, interviews and documentation. The obtained data was analyzed by using Milles and Huberman's models. Based on the results of research was obtained: (1) Tapai Gambut Entrepreneurs of Pematang Village has implemented STP marketing (segmenting, targeting and positioning) strategies that are able to increase sales profits of tapai products. (2) Marketing strategies on the economic activities of Tapai Gambut sellers in Pematang Village can be used as a source of additional teaching material in the school, especially in the subjects of The Basics of Education on Basic Competence 3.7 Describing the basics of marketing in SMKN 3 Banjarmasin class XKeywords: Segmentation, targeting, positioning, teaching material, marketing

Abstract

Masih rendahnya kemampuan berkreasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di pengolahan kain Sasirangan di sekitar unit usaha Mads Sasirangan disebabkan terbatasnya pengetahuan tentang inovasi produk. Kemampuan memasarkan produk secara online menjadi permasalahan lain yang dihadapi akibat terbatasnya literasi digital dalam menunjang kegiatan wirausaha berbasis potensi unggulan lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi dan literasi digital bagi ibu-ibu pengrajin sasirangan di sekitar unit usaha Mads Sasirangan dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi rumah tangga khususnya di masa pandemi Covid 19. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dengan pendekatan kooperatif-partisipatif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan inovasi dan literasi digital ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan dalam mengolah produk berbahan dasar Sasirangan, yang diharapkan akan menunjang dalam memperoleh penghasilan tambahan bagi keluarga

Abstract

Teacher competence is central factor that influencing teacher performance to create human resources with certain quality. Teacher competence influenced by many factors, such as educational background and teaching experience for his specific subject. This study aims to: 1) map the competence of primary school teachers in Tanah Bumbu Regency, and 2) analyze the effect of educational background and teaching experience to teacher competence. This study used quantitative approach. Population of this research is all primary school teachers in Tanah Bumbu regency which already followed Online Test of Teacher Competence (UKG Online) as many as 1,106 teachers. Samples were taken by using purposive random sampling as much as 20% of the total population that numbered 160 people. Variables of this study are: 1) Teacher Competence, 2) Educational Background and 3) Teaching Experience. This study used quantitative analysis includes percentage technique and multiple linear regressions. The results showed: 1) Primary school teacher competence in Tanah Bumbu Regency is above the national average score of 53.05, but still below the Minimum Competence Standards (SKM) of 55. The average score of pedagogic competence is 48.15 and professional competence is 55.91. 2) There is a significant simultaneous effect of educational background and teaching experience to teacher performance. Partially, only teacher experience variable that that significantly influence the teacher competence.

Abstract

Imooji is a digital promotional media to introduce products or services from small businesses that are not widely known. The introduction of small businesses to digital promotional media is very important, especially during a pandemic, in order to overcome the constraints of direct promotion which has limited activities. This program aims to provide assistance to a number of small businesses in utilizing Imooji as part of the development of the creative economy. The scope of this program includes 20 small businesses in Banjarmasin. The method of this program is through direct assistance to each place of business with the involvement of lecturers and student groups as companions. This program has an impact on increasing the knowledge of small business actors about Imooji as a form of promotional media. They are also directly assisted in creating Imooji to promote their business digitally. The result of the program is an increase in the skills of small business actors in making Imooji as a digital promotion medium for their business. The digital literacy of the small business actors involved is also increasing and hoped that will help them to promote their business efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of teacher digital literacy on student interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar; 2) Analyzing the influence of learning management on students' interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar; 3) Analyzing teachers' digital literacy skills and learning management on students' interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely all teachers at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The research model consists of digital literacy (X1), learning management (X2) as the independent variable, and students' learning interest (Y) as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires that were distributed directly. The method used in analyzing the data is correlation analysis and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS application. The results show (1) Teacher's Digital Literacy variable (X1) has an effect on Student Learning Interest (Y) this is based on the t-count value of 4.979 > 1.985. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (2) Learning Management variable (X2) has an effect on Students' Interest in Learning (Y) this is based on the t-count value of 5.129 > 1.985. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (3) Student Learning Interest (Y) variable F-count is 22.890 > F-table 3.09. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (4) the results of the determination test show that the amount of Adjusted R Square is 24.9%, the variation of Student Learning Interest (Y) is influenced by Teacher Digital Literacy (X1) and Learning Management (X2) while the remaining 75.1% is influenced by other factors. which were not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of curriculum attendance (CA) and extracurricular activities (EA) on entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) and entrepreneurial intentions (EI) in Indonesian students. This research is elaborated using the quantitative method with SEM-PLS to find out the studied phenomena. Decision questionnaires from questionnaires that have been used in previous studies. The questionnaire was responded to by 733 students who had studied entrepreneurship education during COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the presence of the curriculum attendance and extracurricular activities had a positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. Extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. However, the presence of the curriculum has no impact on entrepreneurial intentions. This is the first step for universities and students to realize that the presence of the curriculum needs to be reconstructed in order to have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Di tengah masa pandemi Covid-19, Desa Pemakuan, Kabupaten Banjar yang terkenal sebagai Kampung Sagu beberapa waktu lalu tertimpa bencana alam yaitu banjir besar yang membuat masyarakat disana menderita kerugian karena tidak bisa menjalankan aktivitasnya dengan baik selama kurang lebih dua bulan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pemulihan sosial ekonomi pasca bencana di Desa Pemakuan, Kabupaten Banjar, Kecamatan Sungai Tabuk, Kabupaten Banjar. Lingkup kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi pemulihan sosial ekonomi pasca bencana di desa tersebut. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan diskusi pada berbagai kegiatan bidang sosial ekonomi yang dilaksanakan selama 45 hari mulai tanggal 3 Juli 2021 sampai dengan 18 Agustus 2021, bertempat di desa Pemakuan, Kabupaten Banjar bersama dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Lambung Mangkurat dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terlaksananya berbagai pendampingan terkait pemulihan sosial ekonomi pasca bencana, mencakup: a) pelatihan pemasaran produk sagu, b) kegiatan mengajar SD Negeri Pemakuan, Kabupaten Banjar, c) program menciptakan pojok literasi untuk anak-anak di desa Pemakuan, Kabupaten Banjar, d) program membantu mengajar TPA, e) membantu administrasi desa Pemakuan, Kabupaten Banjar, serta f) program bakti sosial dan MJM (Malam Jumat Mengaji).
