Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun angkatan 2011 dan 2012.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-post facto. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling karena sedikitnya populasi sehingga didapatkan total populasi sekaligus sampelnya adalah 42 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun angkatan 2011 dan 2012 adalah positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui persamaan regresi Y = 28,653 + 0,265 X. Artinya, apabila semakin tinggi mahasiswa yang lolos PMW maka semakin tinggi pula minat berwirausaha dari mahasiswa tersebut.Kata Kunci: Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha, Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun angkatan 2012-2014. Aspek literasi keuangan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi aspek pengetahuan dasar keuangan pribadi, tabungan dan simpanan, asuransi, dan investasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang didasarkan atas survei terhadap subjek penelitian. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun angkatan 2012-2014. Objek dari penelitian ini yaitu literasi keuangan mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun angkatan 2012–2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun angkatan 2012-2014 yang berjumlah 1.569 orang. Sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun angkatan 2012-2014 sebesar 57%. Jika persentase tersebut diinterpretasikan ke dalam kriteria tingkat literasi keuangan menurut Chen dan Volpe maka 57% berada dalam kategori rendah (60%).Kata kunci: literasi keuangan, ekonomi

Abstract

ABSTRAKEra Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Masyarakat 5.0 membawa tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan termasuk pendidikan kejuruan. Pendidikan kejuruan harus mampu menyiapkan lulusannya untuk bersaing pada era tersebut. Untuk dapat bersaing, peserta didik perlu dibekali dengan literasi baru yaitu literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. Literasi manusia diyakini menjadi literasi yang paling penting karena literasi ini menjaga seseorang tetap dalam kodratnya sebagai manusia di tengah gempuran kecanggihan teknologi yang ada. Penguatan literasi manusia dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pendidikan kejuruan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan literasi manusia dan model pembelajarannya kepada Bapak/Ibu Guru SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara, khususnya jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk edukasi dimana tim pengabdian memberikan pendidikan tentang literasi manusia dan model pembelajaran kepada Bapak/Ibu Guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Bapak/Ibu Guru lebih mengenal literasi manusia dan model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan untuk menguatkan literasi manusia pada siswa. Kata kunci: literasi manusia; model pembelajaran; literasi baru. ABSTRACTThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 era have brought challenges to education, including vocational education. Vocational education must be able to prepare graduates to compete in those era. To be able to compete, students need to be equipped with new literacies, namely data literacy, technological literacy, and human literacy. Human literacy is believed as the most important literacy because this literacy keeps a person in his nature as a human in the midst of the sophisticated technology development. Strengthening human literacy can be done through the implementation of learning models that are in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education. This activity aims to introduce human literacy and learning models used to reinforce it to teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara, especially those who teach Accounting and Institution Finance. This program is carried out in the form of education where the team provides education about human literacy and learning models to teachers. The results of the activity show that teachers get more knowledge about human literacy for students and what kind of learning models that can be used to reinforce the literacy. Keywords: human literacy; learning models; new literacies.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang serius bagi anak-anak usia sekolah di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu kasus bullying yang terjadi adalah kasus bullying di SMP Muhammadiyah Butuh, Purworejo pada awal tahun 2020. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang bullying bagi guru dan siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Butuh, Purworejo. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk edukasi bagi guru dan siswa berupa penyampaian materi yang berkaitan dengan bullying, tanya jawab dengan seorang konselor, dan pemberian media edukasi anti bullying berupa poster dan banner. Mereka juga mengerjakan  pre-test dan post-test. Hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan terhadap bullying. Walaupun demikian, peningkatan pengetahuan tersebut tidak signifikan. Kegiatan edukasi serupa sebaiknya dapat dilaksanakan dengan memasukkan tidak hanya aspek pengetahuan saja tetapi juga aspek keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan bullying.    Kata kunci: anti bullying; kegiatan edukasi; siswa; guru; sekolah. ABSTRACTBullying is one of the crucial problems for schoolchildren around the world, including in Indonesia. One of the bullying cases that happened was the bullying case in SMP Muhammadiyah Butuh, Purworejo at the beginning of 2020. This community service program aims to improve the knowledge and understanding of bullying of teachers and students in SMP Muhammadiyah Butuh, Purworejo. This program was an educational program for teachers and students by giving them a lecture, question and answer with a counselor, and giving them an anti-bullying poster and banner. Also, they took the pre-test and post-test. The result of the post-test showed that there was a knowledge increase in bullying. However, the increase was not significant enough. A similar program should be done by including not only the knowledge aspect but also the abilities aspect regarding bullying. Keywords: anti-bullying; education program; students; teacher; school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of curriculum attendance (CA) and extracurricular activities (EA) on entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) and entrepreneurial intentions (EI) in Indonesian students. This research is elaborated using the quantitative method with SEM-PLS to find out the studied phenomena. Decision questionnaires from questionnaires that have been used in previous studies. The questionnaire was responded to by 733 students who had studied entrepreneurship education during COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the presence of the curriculum attendance and extracurricular activities had a positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. Extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. However, the presence of the curriculum has no impact on entrepreneurial intentions. This is the first step for universities and students to realize that the presence of the curriculum needs to be reconstructed in order to have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Industries (SMIs) have an important role in realizing community development and welfare. In the current Industry 4.0 era, SMIs are required to keep up with technological developments, including SMIs players who must be able to use digital media as the main support for their business success. To support SMIs in optimizing the use of digital marketing, it is necessary to have effective assistance activities. The community service activities are in partnership with the assisted SMIs in Kingkang Village, Wonosari, Klaten. These activities focus on assisting SMIs in increasing promotion and sales through digital media business accounts, namely Instagram and Shopee e-commerce. The method used is to provide direct assistance in creating and managing business accounts. The assistance was done for one month with 13 sessions. The results of this program show that 100% of SMIs in Kingkang Village have had an Instagram business account and 70% of them have a Shopee account. SMIs are proven to have understood the use and management of these two digital media as promotion and sales media. Furthermore, SMIs felt the improvement in skills in how to use various features on Instagram and Shopee. Suggestions after these assistance activities are the need for follow-up activities with continuous guidance in using digital marketing effectively and optimally so it can support marketing activities and increase sales of SMIs’ businesses.Keywords: digital marketing, small and medium industries, Instagram for Business, Shopee.ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil Menengah (IKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Di era Industri 4.0 saat ini, IKM dituntut untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, diantaranya pelaku IKM di mana mereka harus bisa memanfaatkan media digital sebagai pendukung utama kesuksesan usahanya. Untuk menunjang IKM dalam optimalisasi penggunaan digital marketing, maka diperlukan adanya kegiatan pendampingan yang efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan IKM binaan yang ada di Desa Kingkang, Wonosari, Klaten. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pendampingan IKM dalam peningkatan promosi dan penjualan melalui akun bisnis media digital yaitu Instagram dan e-commerce Shopee. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan pendampingan langsung pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun bisnis. Pendampingan dilakukan selama satu bulan dengan 13 sesi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% IKM di Desa Kingkang telah memiliki akun bisnis Instagram dan 70% memiliki akun Shopee. IKM terbukti sudah memahami penggunaan dan pengelolaan kedua media digital tersebut sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Selain itu, IKM merasakan adanya peningkatan keterampilan tentang cara penggunaan berbagai fitur di Instagram dan Shopee. Saran setelah kegiatan pendampingan adalah perlunya kegiatan tindak lanjut dengan pembinaan berkelanjutan di dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital secara efektif dan optimal sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan usaha IKM.Kata Kunci : digital marketing, industri kecil menengah, Instagram Bisnis, Shopee.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Kampus Mengajar program experience on personal development and employability, with the usefulness of the program as an intervening variable. This study applied the quantitative method with causality research design and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for the research analysis approach. The data collection technique used the Likert scale questionnaires sent through a Google form. 62 students of the Accounting Education Study Program joined Kampus Mengajar program Batch 1 and Batch 2. The data were analyzed by software SmartPLS 3 with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The first step of the analysis was model measurement, which consisted of construct reliability, construct validity, and discriminant validity. The second step was structural model measurement to examine the hypotheses which comprised of R2 value, f2 value, direct effect, and indirect effect. The result revealed a direct and significant effect of Kampus Mengajar experience on program's usefulness. Besides, Kampus Mengajar experience showed an immediate and significant effect on each personal development and employability variable. Another research result showed an indirect significant effect of Kampus Mengajar experience on personal development with the program's usefulness as an intervening variable. This study concludes that Kampus Mengajar program as a teaching internship program positively influences students, and thus, this program needs to be followed up.

Abstract

The strengthening of students’ human literacy can be done through appropriate learning processes and models of teaching. The purpose of this study is to explore teachers’ understanding of models of teaching and whether the applied models can strengthen students’ human literacy. This qualitative case study of two vocational high schools in Surakarta used semi-structured interviews and documentation for data collection purposes. The results of this study found that teachers have an unsuitable understanding of models of teaching employed in Basic Accounting subject. In the interviews, the respondents of this study explained the types of learning media used (PowerPoint, Zoom, recordings, WhatsApp Group, and Quizizz) and methods of teaching (lectures and assignments), instead of models of teaching (discovery learning, inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, and problem-based learning). Even though the lesson plans they compiled have mentioned models of teaching, teachers felt that these models were not sufficient to strengthen students’ human literacy. These findings can help teachers to revisit the models of teaching used in the classroom with a proper understanding. Teachers are advised to improve their understanding of concepts related to teaching and learning activities. In addition, it is highly necessary for teachers to apply different models of teaching to strengthen students’ human literacy.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of learning for both teachers and students. Therefore, schools must have a good school culture, so that every school community can be given a place and opportunity to optimize the potential that exists in each of them. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of school culture in forming a positive learning environment for accounting students of SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. This research is included in qualitative research using a descriptive study approach. The research techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The samples used were 3 students from class 11 Ak. 2, then the deputy head of student affairs and accounting teacher. The results describe the school culture in shaping a positive environment including School Facilities and Infrastructure, Teacher Interaction with Students, Student Interaction with students, disciplining students, language and communication, school regulations.
