Abstract

Perkembangan ergonomic dewasa ini telah sampai pada konsep yang sifatny amakro, hal ini dikarenakan kebutuhan yang sifatnya global. Namun industri manufaktur yang tidak mampu mengelola sumber daya dengan baik dan lemahnya manajerial akan berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas. Lingkungan kerja sehat dipengaruhi oleh ruangan yang ergonomis dan penggunaan serta penyimpanan bahan kimia harus ditangani dengan tepat. Serta pengetahuan tentang pentingnya Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) harus lbih dipahami oleh pihak perusahaan/ percetakaan karena hal ini akan berpenagaruh terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan Kerja (K3). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software smart PLS untuk mengolah data. Telah diperoleh bahwa penerapan APD terhadap produkvitas kerja dengan pendekanatan ergonomic partsipatory dan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dimana setiap variable nilai CR diatas 0.6 dan nilai setiap loading faktornya berinilai diatas 0.5 yang artinya setiap indicator yang terbangun berpengaruh terhadap setiap variabelnya.

Abstract

Munculnya Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) membuat persaingan makin kompetitif. Persaingan ini membuat perkembangan dan dinamika bisnis makin meningkat. Oleh karena itu perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dan jasa yang dihasilkan dengan cara peningkatan kinerja. Sehingga semua perusahaan berusaha dengan sebaik mungkin untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya masing-masing dengan meningkatkan kualitas dalam budaya dan manajemen organisasi. Perbaikan kualitas harus didukung dengan perbaikan kinerja organisasi yang berhubungan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusianya. Penelitian ini membahas khusus tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja perusahaan melalui perilaku produktif karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja perusahaan melalui perilaku produktif karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling untuk pengambilan data. Data diambil di lima perusahaan manufaktur dengan membagikan kuisioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif, signifikan dan langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan, 2). Kepuasan kerja   meningkatkan   kinerja    perusahaan, 3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui perilaku produktif karyawan, dan 4) Kepuasan kerja   meningkatkan   kinerja    perusahaan melalui perilaku produktif  karyawan.

Abstract

Penjadwalan produksi di dalam dunia industri, baik industry manufaktur maupun agroindustri memiliki peranan penting sebagai bentuk pengambilan keputusan. Perusahaan berupaya untuk memiliki penjadwalan yang paling efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas yang dihasilkan dengan total biaya dan waktu seminimal mungkin. Sistem produksi di bidang manufaktur yang melibatkan banyak proses, mesin dan juga waktu proses yang bervariasi akan menemui banyak hambatan jika penjadwalan tidak dilakukan dengan metode yang tepat, sehingga mengakibatkan proses produksi yang bekerja kurang efektif dan efisien. Tingginya permintaan dan cepatnya perkembangan dalam bidang industri seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mengakibatkan munculnya persaingan antara perusahaan yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Perusahaan yang dapat bertahan dalam persaingan tersebut harus berusaha untuk mempertahankan atau menambah jumlah konsumennya. Salah satu usahanya adalah dengan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada para pelanggannya yaitu dengan menyelesaikan pesanan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah disepakati. PT. Bobi Agung Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memperoduksi pupuk cair dan pupuk padat. Dalam proses operasionalnya. Hal ini diakibatkan karena penjadwalan produksi yang kurang efektif, sehingga kemungkinan besar dapat mengurangi kepuasan kepada pelanggannya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Campbell Dudeck Smith (CDS) dan Palmer yang mana dari kedu metode tersebut dapat mengetahui total waktu penyelesaian job minimal. Dari hasil yang telah diperoleh dapat diketahui total makespan dengan menggunakan metode CDS adalah 5918,71 menit dan Palmer adalah 6771,554 menit den gan selisih sebesar 852,844 menit, dimana metode CDS memiliki waktu penyelesaian lebih singkat.

Abstract

Pemborosan yang terjadi dapat mengakibatkan kerugian pada perusahaan, salah satu contoh kerugian yang dapat ditimbulkan karena adanya pemborosan adalah waktu penyelesaian produk yang lebih lama dibandingkan dengan yang sudah direncanakan tidak memberikan nilai tambah (non value added), maka yang menjadi tujuan untuk menghilangkan pemborosan di lantai produksi, dengan merancang VSM (Future State Map) yang sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan dengan mengintifikasi weste dengan menggunakan metode 5W- 1H ( what, who, where, when, why dan how) Setelah dilakukan perancangan future valuue stream map sehingga waktu (current state map) menunjukkan bahwa total lead time adalah sebesar 2890.5 menit dan proses pada future stream map lead time sebesar 2.740,5 menit maka dari itu ada pengurangan proses waktu lead time sebesar 150 menit dengan takt time dari 0,10 menit/ unit, kapasitas produksi terpenuhi 359 ton/hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghindari kelebihan dan kekurangan bahan baku dengan menghitung besarnya persediaan bahan baku di PT. Panca Usaha Palopo Plywood. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang bersifat kualitatif yang berguna menerapkan solusi pada masalah terkini. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari dari data pertahun perusahaan dengan pihak terkait. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa standar pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku telah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan perusahaan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa PT. Panca Usaha Palopo Plywood cukup efisien, efektif, dan ekonomis namun masih terdapat kelemahan-kelemahan dalam kegiatan dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku perusahaan seperti kurangnya pemahaman karyawan akan peraturan mengenai tindakan disiplin yang ada, kurangnya kepuasan karyawan, terhadap sikap perusahaan dalam pemberian kompensasi, serta pemesanan bahan baku yang tidak teratur sehingga mengakibatkan penumpukan di gudang.dan sebaliknya kekurangan stock digudang, pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku.

Abstract

(KUB - IK ) Mataram  Macoa is a cocoa industry . The cocoa industry can produce chocolate with a cocoa material capacity of 87 kg per month or 1.0444 tons per year. Based on data from the Polewali Mandar Regency Statistics Agency, in 2018 the chocolate industry has a prospect that is still less proven with the data from BPS Polewali Mandar Regency, there is only 1 group of cocoa industry centers and the number of business units is 1 unit (BPS Polewali Mandar Regency, 2018).The company does not currently have a structured risk management to identify and mitigate risks that occur, especially in the supply chain function. By using the House of Risk method, the risks that may arise and their causes can be identified to simultaneously find ways to mitigate these risks to improve the operational quality of the Kelompok Usaha Bersama Industri Kecil Mataram Macoa  and open opportunities to detect profitable business opportunities for the company. The purpose of this paper is to determine the causes of the dominant risk and design response measures in the Kelompok Usaha Bersama Industri Kecil Mataram  Macoa. The basic method of writing is descriptive method and is implemented by using a case study method through a quantitative approach. The selection of respondents was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection by observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results of this paper indicate that in the activity plan there are 2 risks, in source activity there are 5 risks, in make activities there are 5 risks, in delievery activities there are 3 risks, and in return activities there is 1 risk. The risk treatment plan is designed to reduce the risk status for each risk event using a risk matrix

Abstract

Clean water distribution machines are very important for local drinking water companies to be able to supply clean water to customers. The need for water continues to increase, so an analysis is needed to determine the decline in engine pump performance in the production process. Maintenance activities need to be carried out to maintain the reliability (realiability) of the machine so that it can operate properly. Therefore, a good strategy is needed to maintain the continuity of the production process. The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the water distribution pump machine / equipment associated with the low level of clean water production, to identify the losses experienced by the company. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value obtained before repairs were carried out in November 2019 for Lapi I was 69.38% and Lapi II was 69. 75% while in December 2019 for Lapi I it was 74.02% and Lapi II was 73.65% still below the JIPM standard, namely ≥85%. From the results of the six big losses, the clean water distribution pump machine as a whole still needs evaluation to make improvements in increasing effectiveness and productivity, especially in the problem of redeuced speed losses so that suggestions can be made to improve the clean water distribution machine. After repairs in January 2020 for Lapi I was 87.90% and Lapi II was 87.26% while in February 2020 for Lapi I it was 90.34% and Lapi II was 85.81%. Abstract

Some of literature shows that the SCM model is effective enough in evaluating and measuring whether the enterprise is went well, efficient and effective. Nevertheless, the available literature is still quite limited in offering perspective in integrating various methods in evaluating and the measurement of SC performance easily and simply. The SCOR model as one of approach in measuring the SC performance, operationally still need to be integrated with another approach. This was intended to reveal the clarity of the target and the result of measurement in more effectively, comprehensively, and accountably. In this study, it would be conduct a measurement of SC performance of iron sheet factory enterprise within using the SCOR model through the hirarchial integration based measurement system with traffic light system. The result of this study suggests that such integration can provide solutions for management of evaluation and measurement of enterprise's performance in a more effectively, comprehensively, accountably and integrated.

Abstract

The culinary business in Indonesia is increasingly in demand by seeing the increasing number of people who like to hunt for a variety of food menus, both traditional, national, and international food. This is evidenced by the increasing number of culinary businesses that have been established from time to time, including culinary businesses that have developed in Indonesia such as Browcil, JCO, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Big Bananas. Big Bananas is one of the most popular culinary food businesses today. He started his business in September 2017 with two types of snacks, namely banana nuggets and banana rolls with flavors ranging from chocolate, and green tea, to vanilla. By joining Big Bananas with online delivery services, namely Gojek and Grab, packaging design must be paid more attention to ensure that these products reach consumers safely. So there is no anxiety for BigBananas consumers and Food Delivery service users, namely problems that often arise for Food Delivery service users such as easy-to-open packaging, no composition information, and no Big Bananas product packaging seal on the packaging which causes consumers to ask- asked about the safety of  Big Bananas products to consumers who use Food Delivery services, so the need for a new Big Bananas packaging design to guarantee food safety for consumers using Food Delivery services. So with that Big Bananas’ packaging needs to be redesigned to improve food safety in maintain product quality from the packaging by changing the packaging design, displaying complete attributes on the packaging, changing the color according to product characteristics, providing a seal on the packaging, and selecting the packaging material that is resistant to water and oil so that product quality is maintained and does not cause anxiety to Big Bananas customers in Makassar city

Abstract

Human resources are one of the resources that exist in the organization which consists of people and their activities this is the most resources compared to other resources. At the Camming Sugar Factory, human resources are the main means to achieve the desired goals of the company, especially in the production section in order to achieve maximum production results with the aim of maintaining the survival of the company and employees being able to perform optimally in the form of work productivity. To achieve this goal, qualified human resources are needed, one way is through a good and correct selection process. The performance of employees at the camming sugar factory is said to be less than good. This can be seen from the conditions that have occurred in the Camming sugar factory, namely the threat of bankruptcy with an average loss of more than Rp. 100 billion per year due to production results which are only 30 percent of the maximum potential since 2001. Based on the parameters that cause losses at the Camming Sugar Factory which is thought to be caused by weak management which is considered to be the main trigger, it is necessary to research and review what factors influenced the decline of the factory..The method used in this research is linear regression method, in which the method can determine the hypothesis and the relationship between the independent variable and the bound variable. The research results obtained from the coeficients table obtained a significance value of 0.000 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Selection variable (X) affects the Performance Variable (Y). From the statistical calculation of the t test, t count is 6,731 from t table then H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant and positive effect of the employee selection process on the performance of employees at the Camming Sugar Factory. Thus the hypothesis is proven
