Abstract

Penelitian evaluatif ini bertujuan untuk 1) melihat implementasi program Ma’had Aly dilihat dari ketepatan peran dimensi instruksional dan institusional dalam proses penyajian materi perkuliahan pada program Ma’had Aly pada LPI MUDI Mesjid Raya dan 2) melihat hasil belajar yang dicapai mahasantri (behavioral objectives) dalam tiga domain, yaitu domain kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelian ini adalah questionare, pedoman wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Instrumen ini sudah divalidasi dengan nilai realibitas 0,87. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan menggunakan model evaluasi EPIC yang diperkenalkan oleh L. Hammond. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada proses implementasi program dilihat dari ketepatan penggunaan dimensi instruksional dan institusional dalam penyajian seluruh matakuliah berada pada kuadran III dengan kategori kurang baik/kurang tepat. Sementara hasil belajar mahasantri pada domain kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik berada pada kategori baik dengan jumlah total skor keseluruhannya diperoleh nilai 75%, dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

Kegelisahan orang tua terhadap perilaku moral anak yang tidak mencerminkan nilai agama selalu saja terjadi, sehingga menjadi wacana hangat yang terus didiskusikan. Karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari solusi bagaimana pembentukan perilaku nilai moral anak melalui pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini berbentuk kualitatif kepustakaan (Librari Research) dengan menggunakan content analysis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah; Pendidikan Islam melihat bahwa solusi dalam pembentukan perilaku nilai moral agama bagi anak usia dini terdiri dari lima tahap. Pertama pilihlah pasangan yang kuat agamanya, sebagai calon orang tua anak. Kedua didiklah perilaku anak mulai dari dalam kandungan dengan melakukan hal yang baik. Ketiga setelah lahir segera azankan, karena kalimat azan mengandung pendidikan nilai moral agama yang tinggi. Keempat berikan nama yang baik, karena panggilan nama yang baik adalah do’a bagi anak. Kelima berikan pendidikan di lingkungan yang baik, karena lingkungan sangat mewarnai perilaku moral agama anak

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the supervision of the madrasa supervisors in improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers at State MTsN in East Aceh Regency. The problem of this research is how the implementation of supervision of madrasa supervisors in improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers at State MTsN in East Aceh Regency, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors, and what solutions are taken to overcome these obstacles? This research used a qualitative approach, located at five MTsN in East Aceh Regency, by interviewing three madrasa supervisors, five MTsN principals, and eight Islamic Jurisprudence teachers. The results showed that the implementation of supervision of madrasa supervisor in improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers at MTsN in East Aceh Regency begins with planning, supervision of learning administration, and the learning process. The results have had a positive impact on improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers. The supporting factors are the enthusiasm to serve for the advancement of teachers and Islamic schools; the enthusiasm to see the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers; support from the leadership; and good cooperation from madrasa principals. The inhibiting factors are the large number of the assisted madrasa, the lack of supervisors, the long distance to the school, and even to inland areas. The solution is to propose a new supervisor, arrange for the distribution of the assisted madrasa for each supervisor not too far away, and encourage teachers and madrasa principals to be willing to become supervisors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the KIP-K Scholarship instrument at PTKIN IAIN Langsa while developing non-test instruments (questionnaires). This instrument is used to obtain information about students who apply for KIP-K scholarships. The instrument of content validity is obtained through a quantitative analysis by nine selected experts and a qualitative approach with an expert review of a set of questionnaires that have been arranged. In determining the content validity and reliability level, the experts analyzed a questionnaire quantitatively consisting of 29 items with three components: economic, household, and academic and non-academic students’ achievements. The data from this expert judgment is calculated using the formula Aiken V. While expert reviews are qualitatively similar to suggestions and feedback, they are used to refine constructed items. The result of these students’ economic condition, household, and academic and non-academic achievements was above 0.72 with a significance level of 5%, namely 0.92, 0.96, and 0.96. All of the 29 items are very valid (V > 0.72, V1 > 0.50) and reliable (α = 0,944). The conclusion that each component is closely related indicates information on the feasibility of distributing KIP-K. The instruments embodied at IAIN Langsa have high validity, and the level of reliability is excellent. This instrument can obtain complete information on prospective students who will become KIP-K scholarship recipients in 2022.

Abstract

This research's objective was to ascertain how motivation and job satisfaction affected every junior high school teacher's performance. The saturated sampling method was used to select 35 teachers for this study. Analysis is conducted using multiple linear regressions. The findings of the study demonstrate that instructors' motivation and job satisfaction significantly affect their performance. At the same time, job happiness and motivation have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

One factor in the low quality of education is the need for more training for teachers in schools and madrasas. This is the task and role of supervisors in developing teachers to improve the quality of education. Therefore, the main focus of this research is to describe the role of supervisors in improving the quality of teachers in madrasas. This research is descriptive and qualitative, taking the location of MTs.Negeri 2 Aceh Tamiang is the research location. Data was collected using interviews and observations of supervisors and madrasa heads as key informants. "Data analysis is guided by Miles and Huberman's theory through data reduction and data presentation followed by conclusions or verification." The end of this paper concludes that supervisors improve teachers' quality at the MTs.Negeri 2 Aceh Tamiang madrasah has made optimal supervision efforts in the academic and managerial fields. It is proven that supervisors have assisted in improving teachers' abilities in preparing the administration of learning planning/guidance programs, implementing learning/guidance, and carrying out assessments of student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the managerial sector has guided madrasa heads.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Aceh government's policy in preventing radicalism through the existence of Dayah Islamic education. The pluralism of the Indonesian nation, including Aceh, the westernmost province of Indonesia, is one of the factors causing radicalism to quickly enter through global progress and the massive spread of Wahhabism, which can penetrate the gaps in Islamic education. Therefore, for prevention, the Aceh government implemented three essential policies. The results of field data from several key informants consisting of Aceh border Dayah leaders and the Aceh Dayah Education Service, which is strengthened by the results of field observations, lead to the conclusion that the success of the three Aceh government policies cannot be separated from the results of the peace negotiations between GAM (Free Aceh Movement) and Indonesia in 2005, which led to the issuance of the "Aceh Government Law" (UUPA), serving as the basis for the implementation of formal Dayah education in Aceh.
