Abstract

The ability to speak can be interpreted as articulation sounds or say words to express, express, convey the thoughts, ideas and feelings of listeners receive information through a series of tones, pressures and word placement. The purpose of this research is to know the process of applying the macro role playing method and the improvement of speech ability of the children in group B through the macro role playing method in Darul Irfan Pakupatan, Serang-Banten kindergarten. The benefits of this research can optimize the development of speaking skills of children aged 5-6 years, facilitate teachers in teaching the ability to speak in a way that is fun and interesting for children and increase knowledge insight in improving children’s speaking ability. The method used in this research is the method of action research (PT), in this study consists of two cycles. In the first cycle of 8 actions and cycle II as much as 4 times the action, with the success of the action reached 60%. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-6 years with a total of 12 children consisting of 7 girls and 5 boys. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the ability to speak of children aged 5-6 years through role-playing method with the results of this study is known that the pre-action condition is 26%, then in cycle I increases to 40%, while in cycle II, significantly reaching 84% and experiencing success on already targeted indicators. Based on the results of data that have been obtained can be concluded that with the application of the method of playing the role of macro can improve the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Darul Irfan Pakupatan, Serang-Banten.

Abstract

Outbound is an activity carried out in an open space emphasizing group dynamics through games so that children learn from the experiences they have done. This study aims to determine the application of outbound games for children aged 4-5 years in TK Civilization in Cilegon-Banten. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were children aged 4-5 years totaling 16 children. Data is collected through observation, field notes, interviews and documentation Data analysis uses data reduction. presentation of data and conclusions. Data validation is done by extension of observation, perseverance/regularity of observation, triangulation, member checking, negative case analysis, checking or discussion of colleagues and referential adequacy. The results of this study found that the application of outbound games to children aged 4-5 years in TK Cilegon Civilization well developed. This can be seen in the outbound game process, the process of implementing the outbound game goes well. The game goes through several stages, namely planning things that must be prepared such as preparing tools and materials needed to play outbound. The implementation of outbound activities such as how to play and the rules of play and reflection is the final stage of the game as an evaluation of the child's playing experience.

Abstract

Naturalist intelligence is the ability of a person to understand the natural surroundings, to recognize animals, plants, natural phenomena as well as to have sensitivity to the environment. Naturalist intelligence of group B of children in PAUD Al-Maidah Serang Banten is still low, this is due to a lack of stimulation and proper activities that can support the development of children’s naturalist intelligence so that they can develop optimally. So it takes interesting and fun activities for children, one of which is through learning science. This study aims to improve naturalist intelligence in group B children at PAUD Al-Maidah. The method used in this research is a classroom action research method designed in a repetitive cycle, in this study consisting of II cycles. In cycle I there were 8 actions and cycle II there were 4 actions, with success criteria reaching 75 %. The subjects in this study were at PAUD Al-Maidah Bandung-Serang with a total of 10 children aged 5-6 years consisting of 8 boys and 2 girls. Based on the results of this study it is known that 1) in the pre-action naturalist intelligence of children 28%, 2) after the child was given action in cycle I, naturalist intelligence increased by 46%, 3) in cycle II it was obtained by 82%. Thus the naturalist intelligence of children has increased and is at a very well developed stage. Based on the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that science learning can improve the naturalist intelligence of group B children in PAUD Al-Maidah Bandung-Serang.

Abstract

The gross motoric skill is an ability to use large muscles of arms and legs which are largely needed the coordination of all parts of the child’s body. The every child should have some types of the gross motoric skill which are very useful for his/her further development and growth. The types of movement are three: non locomotoric movements, loco-motoric movements, and manipulative movements. The outdoor game tools can be the learning media to enable the child development and learning simultaneously and comprehensively, especially physical motoric development and learning. In line with this thought, this research has been conducted. This research was aimed to know the effect of the utilities of the outdoor game tools toward the children’s gross motoric skills of 4-5 years old. This research was conducted in 12 Early Childhood Education Schools located in Serang Village, Serang Municipality, Banten Province. As for the research method of researcher is quantitative research with survey. The population of the research involved are some 215 children and 68 children as its sample. The research instrument used in this study are three: questionnaires, interview guide and documentation. The quantitative data analysis was using Microsoft Excel.The research finding shows that the average result of the children gross motoric skill is 21.12 indicating significant effect (21,12 e” 1,658), which means that the utilities of the outdoor game tools towards the gross motoric ability of the 4-5 years old children in 12 Early Childhood Education School in Serang Village are very useful to develop further all aspect of the children physical motoric, particularly their gross motoric skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain data empirically about the influence of methods of habituation to the formation of responsibility attitude of children aged 4-5 years. This research was conducted in KB-TKIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon-Banten in January-May 2018. The method used in this research is quantitative research with Ex-post Facto research design. The population in this study were 84 pairs of X and Y. The sample used was 69 pairs of X and Y. The data was collected using questionnaire instrument and observation instrument. The questionnaire instrument is used to measure the variable of habituation method and the variable forming of responsibility attitude of the child. And supported by the observation instrument to measure the variable formation of responsibility attitude. The data were analyzed using Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test, simple linear regression test using regression coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Based on the results of normality calculations on both variables are variable methods of habituation and variable formation of responsibility attitude of children obtained results of 0.200 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the two data variables in this study normal distribution. Result of calculation of simple linear regression obtained v = 2,753 + 0,948X, hence can be concluded that variable of method of habituation have positive influence to forming of responsibility attitude of child and based on coefficient of determination value that method of habituation give influence equal to 86,6% to formation of child responsibility attitude. Hypothesis testing is done by t test with result t count 20,852 > t table 1,996. Thus it can be concluded that there is influence of methods of habituation to the formation of responsibility attitude of children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Kemampuan kognitif merupakan proses berfikir otak dalam menerima dan mengolah informasi yang diterima sehingga kognitif menjadi salah satu aspek perkembangan yang sangat penting bagi anak untuk membantu memecahkan suatu masalah. Penelitian ini bertujhuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat permainan edukatif ular tangga terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA AT-Thauhiriyah Kota Serang – Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent control group desaign dengan sampel 24 anak. kelompok B1 dengan sampel 12 anak sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelompok B2 dengan anak sampel 12 anak sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini beruoa pedoman observasi dengan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan kognitif anak kelas kontrol saat pre-test sebesar 0.070 sedangkan kelas eksperimen sebesar 0.055 dan rata-rata kemampuan kognitif anak pada kelas kontrol meningkat pada saat post-test sebesar 0.212% dan rata-rata kemampuan kognitif pada kelas eksperimen meningkat pada saat post-test  sebesar 0.165%. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan alat permainan edukatif ular tangga terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun dan pengaruhnya sebesar 0.165%. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat permainan edukatif ular tangga dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA AT-Thauhiriyah Kota Serang-Banten.

Abstract

Social skills are the ability of children to achieve social maturity in accordance with social demands including the ability with social peers, the ability of themselves, ability for the academic success, ability of children’s to meet the demands of others and social skills. Social skills are very important because humans are social beings who cannot live alone but need others in their lives. The aimsof this research was to determine the effect of playing a drum band musical instrument on social availability of children aged 5-6 years. This research was carried out in kindergartens in Serang Banten sub-district which carried out extracurricular playing drum bands. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey method with 83 students as a sample. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis using Microsoft Excel. The results showed that the average child social skills, was 17.38, showed a significant influence (17.38> 1.658), meaning that there was an influence of playing the drum band musical instrument on the social skills of children aged 5-6 years. Thus, playing a drum band is useful for developing all aspects of child development, one of which is social skills.

Abstract

Interpersonal intelligence is intelligence that includes many skills in to empathize and understand other people’s thoughts towards achieving the same purposein friendship braid. Traditional games as one form of play activities are believed to be able to provide benefits to children’s interpersonal intelligence in communicating and socializing. This study entitled “Improve the Interpersonal Intellegence Children 5-6 Years Throught Traditional Game” that aims to find out the process of the implementation of the activities of the traditional game play improved interpersonal intelligence, know the ages of 5-6 years. This type of research is research using modelaction Kemmis and McTaggart. Indicator of success in this study way 75%. The research result showed that interpersonal intelligence of children increased to 86% from the results of research of pre 26% rise in cycle I od 58% from the results it can be concluded that the traditional game play acrivities can enhance interpersonal intelligence chidren aged 5-6 years in the PAUD Negeri Terpadu Syeh Malka CIbadak, Lebak-Banten.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of the use of weighing instruments on understanding the symbol of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in Sabilul Huda Cibungbulang PAUD Bogor. The type of research used is Quasi Experiment used in this study is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample used is 4-5 years old which is divided into two classes / groups, namely class A1 as the experimental group and class A2 as the control class with a sample of 28 children. The data analysis technique used the help of Microsoft Excel computer program and SPSS version 24. From the independent sample test, the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 was smaller than (0,05). There was a significant effect in the experimental class on the pre-test. the test obtained an average score of 5.00 before using the weighing instrument, after being given a weighing instrument obtained an average post-test score of 8.79, while in the control class the pre-test obtained an average score of 4.50 and for the post -test of 4.29, this shows that understanding the concept of number symbols of children aged 4-5 years who receive learning with weighing instruments is better than understanding the concept of number symbols of children aged 4-5 years who obtain conventional learning.Because the value of Sig (2-tailed) <α or thitung> ttable then HI is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence in the weighing tool on understanding the concept of number symbols in children aged 4-5 years in Sabilul Huda ECD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of using gadget on the social interaction of children 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Muhajirin Cilegon-Banten. This study uses quantitative research with ex-post facto methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were 60 parents who had children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Muhajirin and the sampling technique used a total sampling where the number of samples taken was the same as the total population is 60 people. The data analysis technique used correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, simple linear regression, and t-test. The results of this study indicate that using gadgets has a significant effect on children’s social interactions. This can be seen from the results of the hyphotesis testing obtained a significance value is 0.001 < 0.05 and the t value is -3.422, tcount value is 3.422 > t table 2.001 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of using gadgets on social interaction of children aged 5-6 years at TKIT Al-Muhajirin Cilegon-Banten.
