Abstract

This study aims to explane the work culture of the three-quarters coworking space ecosystem at Semarang City The research subjects are creative workers and the internal team of the three-quarters coworking space. Data collection was carried out using participant observation methods, in-depth interviews with selected informants, and field observations. This research is a qualitative study using an ethnographic approach and the theory of cultural materialism proposed by Marvin Harris. The results found a pattern of activities of creative workers and the internal team of three-quarters of Coworking Space which is carried out every day as their habit and their views when doing work. Material and non-material cultures found in this study correlate with each other to form work culture in the three-quarter coworking space ecosystem. Work culture carried out by workers as a control of work intensity, as a way to achieve work goals, and psychological adaptation to workloads.

Abstract

Pembentukan daerah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan  publik guna mempercepat terwujudnya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pembentukan daerah berupa pemekaran dari satu daerah menjadi dua daerah atau lebih, atau penggabungan daerah yang bersandingan, atau penggabungan beberapa daerah. Permasalahan yang diangkat ialah Bagaimana prosedur pembentukan daerah Kabupaten melalui pemekaran; Bagaimana proses pembentukan Kabupaten Cilacap Barat melalui pemekaran Kabupaten; serta Bagaimana kendala dan upaya dalam pemekaran Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode yuridis normatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Perundang-Undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan perbandingan, dimana menggunakan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai dasar awal melakukan analisis yang merupakan titik fokus dari penelitian tersebut. Persyaratan yang dicapai oleh Calon Kabupaten Cilacap Barat dalam proses pemekaran hampir terpenuhi semuanya, hanya beberapa persyaratan yang belum terpenuhi mengingat diatur lebih lanjut dalam Peraturan Pemerintah yang belum diterbitkan oleh Pemerintah. Berdasarkan persyaratan yang dicapai dalam pembentukan daerah melalui pemekaran daerah yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kabupaten Cilacap layak untuk dimekarakan dengan membentuk Daerah Persiapan Kabupaten Cilacap Barat demi kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the lifestyles of the Generation Z which is formed because of their status as a Korean Wave fanatic fan. This study uses ethnographic research methods consisting of participation observation and depth interviews with five Generation Z of women who are fanatic fan of the Korean Wave. Based on the results of this study, there are four main components which are the factors why the Generation Z becomes fanatically attached with the Korean Wave, (1) high level of admiration and likes, (2) addiction, (3) feeling of wanting, and (4) loyalty. This paper then saw that the element of fanaticism inherent in Generation Z, which lead to indirect creation of a flow of the process of forming their lifestyle identity, which are the selection of Korean Wave as entertainment, spending a lot of time doing activities related to the Korean Wave, and use the money for the Korean Wave.
