Drinking traditional medicine (jamu is one of Indonesian traditions. This activity influenced by culture, family factors, group of reference and psychology. This paper tries to ex[plore attitude and intention consuming bitter jamu in Surabaya. The research design is exploratory and descriptive without hyphothesis. The research respondents are 100 which collected by documentation study, interview and survey. Moreover, they are analyze by Fisbein formula. The results show that (1) attitude to product: customer likes bitter jamu. (2) attitude to consumer behaviour : costumer is a neutral. (3) behaviour intention of jamu : customer like consume jamu. (4) the reference trust is neutral, expect parent references. (5) responden motivation to group of references is neutral (less motivated) to follow sugestions. (6) norm for each group of reference is neutral for sibblings, parents, media and seller references and it is not follow friendâ€™s references. (7) subjective norm as a whole is neutral to group of referencesâ€™s sugestion (8) Consumer intention to consume bitter jamu is neutral.

This paper develops framework of women micro entrepreneurs empower in order to analyze the contribution of 60% from 41 million of them in economic growth. The aims of this research are (1) analyze the impact of micro credit services towards business development among women micro entrepreneurers, (2) observes the relationships between micro finance institution and women micro entrepreneurs performance, (3) analyze the degree of credit risk faced by women micro entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship motivation plays important role in developing new business organization. This research addresses to test variable influence entrepreneurship among students in East Java. It refers to the theory of planned behavior modified by Segel et. al (2004) that uses three dependent variables, they are perceived feasibility or self afficacy (SE), risk tolerence (TR) and net desirability of self employment (NDSE) to explain entreprenuership motivation.To test this assertions, sample used are 854 students from 10 universities in Surabaya, Malang and Jember. Then, hypothesis both partial and simultanious variables, SE,TR and NDSE have positive relation to entrepreneurship motivation (MB) tested by regression and correlation analysis. As a result, findings support hypotesis and have significant implication for the way in which we conceptualize entrepreneurship motivation.

Decreasing the motivation and learning outcome forwards entrepreneurship subject motivates the expertise and academician to create learning athmosphere of entrepreneurship condusively.This research is briefly stress to describe study activities of entrepreneurership learning in faculty of economic Widya Mandala Surabaya. The method implemented in this neglance are problem based method, experience and experiential learning. Also, identification of restriction in this method is conducted. Morover, students are subject and patner in this research. They are supported to participate actively in aims to increase learning outcome. Condusive learning athmosphere is a motivator of more variation of student activities. As a result, learning evaluation shows that student’s mark in odd semester 2003/4 is 3.310 in average standart deviation 0.3848, flowerer, student’s mark in odd semester 2004/5 is 3.359 in average with standart deviation 0.3189, respectively. Eventhough, studen’s mark in average after implementation of new method is better than before implementation, but the differences between mean marking is not significant.

The rapid development of information technology and globalization has changed business enviroment through its components: customers, competition and change (JC). Related to the 3 C, the changes can be categorized into three areas: (I) the area of customers, that is the moving of the power of market from producers to customers; (2) the area of competition, that is the moving of competition form domestic to global, (3) the area of change, that is moving of product life cyclefrom slow to rapid.As the consequence of the changes, like it or not, any business institution that intends to survive or keep existing has adjust its business paradigm to the current changes. In other words, the business institution has to develop its own paradigm or adopt the available business new paradigm.The adoption or application of the business new paradigm implies the changes of the nature job, the structure, the function of business organization and the domain of core business as well. The business new paradigm also change the pattern and meanings of working career and affects the business institution and individual worker.

SMEs have a central role in supporting Indonesia's economic growth and providing employment for the productive age population in Indonesia. Besides that, SMEs are also the backbone of the national economy. The workshop activity with the theme of Building a SWOT Analyst-Based Strategic Planning for UKMK Surabaya City aims to maintain and develop UKMK in the Surabaya area and its surroundings. The workshops were conducted in the form of interactive lectures on matters related to making business plans and business profiles. The result of this activity is the use of a SWOT analysis as a way to identify strategic factors for MSME corporations. Using the TOWS matrix to identify a profitable niche is one way to develop a sustainable competitive advantage by using MSME strategic factors.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tambahan wawasan mengenai penguatan kecerdasan finan sial kaum muda di kevikepan Surabaya Barat. Kegiatan ini mengundang 50 orang pemuda Katolik. Namun, karena ada acara yang diikuti sebelumnya, peserta yang hadir sebanyak 23 orang peserta. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan ini menunjukkan rata-rata 4.4 yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta menilai baik sekali dalam penyelenggaraan pelatihan, pemberi materi dan fasilitas lainnya. Peserta nampak sangat antusias dan menganggap kegiatan ini bermanfaat hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil tanggapan pada kuisioner / form evaluasi
