Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan komunikasi yang efektif, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitati. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 40 orang karyawan UD. Kondang Roso dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel komunikasi efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Secara simultan variabel komunikasi efektif, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada UD. Kondang Roso.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 33 orang karyawan P.T Lemsi Triguna Abadi Kediri dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). pada penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2 ) Adjusted R square memiliki pengaruh sebanyak 64,8% dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 35,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Firm Value in the Basic Material company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Price Earning Ratio (PER) is a ratio commonly used by investors to analyze whether the company is good or not in the future. The type of data used is using secondary data in the form of financial reports of Basic Material sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The population and samples in this study amounted to 8 companies with the 2017-2020 time period with 32 financial reports obtained. The analysis technique used in this study uses Panel Data Regression Technique. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results obtained Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a significant effect on firm value. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on firm value. Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has a significant effect on company value. The results of the analysis simultaneously Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) affect the value of the company. Abstract

This study discusses product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at “Soto Ayam Pak No Bok Ijo Bok ijo Kediri”, this study aims to determine the results of the influence of product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at “Soto Ayam Pak No Bok Ijo Bok ijo Kediri”. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data (observation, interviews, questionnaires) and secondary (literary study). Sampling in this study used the Accidental Sampling technique which took respondents as a sample based on coincidence, that is, anyone who met the researcher by chance could be used as a sample if the person he met was suitable as a data source. Total population in this study ± 1500 people and a sample of 94 people. Data processing in this study is using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research is product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0 < 0.05. Service quality has no relationship to purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.09 > 0.05. Price has a relationship with purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.008 <0.05. Location has no relationship to purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.091 > 0.05.

Abstract

A form of strategy to influence consumer satisfaction can be done by providing good quality service. Consumers feel that what they want will be served responsively, besides this, the variety of products available will fulfill consumers' taste desires. A comfortable cafe atmosphere can make consumers feel satisfied and want to make repeat purchases. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, product diversity and cafe atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Akar Coffee Wates. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 112 respondents. From the results of the t test, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Then product diversity has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 rejected and Ha accepted. And the atmosphere of the cafe has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. In the F test results, a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained, so H0 rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that service quality, product diversity and cafe atmosphere simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction at Akar Coffee Wates.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how significant the effect of morale and work discipline on teacher performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was Pawyatan Daha 1 Middle School teachers with a total of 34 respondents. This study uses a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability first. This research data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of brand image, price, and service quality on the purchase decision of OPPO brand smartphones at the MbahJo Cell mobile phone store in Kediri city. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of brand image, price, and service quality on the purchase decision of OPPO brand smartphones at the MbahJo Cell mobile phone store in Kediri City. This type of research uses associative research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study was only on consumers who were making a purchase decision on OPPO smartphones at the MbahJo Cell mobile phone store as many as 102 consumers. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling with the Accidental Sampling method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The result of this study is that there is a significant influence of brand image on purchasing decisions with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant influence of price on purchasing decisions with values of Sig. 0.037 < 0.05. There is a significant influence of service quality on purchasing decisions with a value of Sig 0.000 < 0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of brand image, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions with a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The development of globalization is progressing very rapidly and is expanding, this causes companies that are old enough to be difficult to compete with experienced companies. So the company can experience financial distress that can lead to bankruptcy. One of the companies that are threatened with financial distress is PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk in 2016-2020. The model used in this study is the Grover O-Score Model, which is a model made by assessing and redesigning the Altman Z-Score. The purpose of this study was to explain the prediction of financial distress using the Grover O-Score Method at PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. The results of the study state in 2016 the company experienced non- distress with classification of 0.024, in 2017 the company experienced non- distress with classification of -0,026, in 2018 the company experienced financial distress with classification of -0.0.100, in 2019 the company experienced financial distress with classification of 0.005, in 2020 the company experienced financial distress with classification of -0.002.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of price, promotion and product design on the purchase decision of Honda Scoopy vehicles at PT Kembang Jawa Permai. The study aims to explain the influence of price, promotion and product design on the purchase decision of Honda Scoopy vehicles at PT Kembang Jawa Permai. The sample of this study was consumers who bought Honda Scoopy vehicles at PT Kembang Jawa Permai as many as 108 consumers. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely incidental sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that there is a positive and significant influence of price on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of promotion on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of product design on purchasing decisions. There is a simultaneous influence of price, promotion and product design on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Department of Food and Livestock Security of Kediri Regency. By using non-probability sampling with sampling method using purposive sampling technique as many as 66 respondents, and using interview research methods, questionnaires, observations, and library studies. For data analysis techniques in this study using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test (R2 ) using SPSS For Windows version 25.0. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of the t-test of the Leadership Style variable (X1) had a partially significant effect on employee performance by getting a Sig value. 0.001 < 0.05, the work environment variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. While the results of the F test indicate that the Leadership Style (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a partially significant effect on Employee Performance at the Food and Livestock Security Office of Kediri Regency with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
