Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan: perbandingan pemasukan dana dan alokasi dana antara objek wisata Pulau Pasumpahan dan Pulau Angso Duo dari tahun 2015-2017. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari tahun 2015-107. Penelitian ini menemukan alokasi anggaran Pulau Pasumpahan tahun 2005 adalah Rp. 225.000.000,00 naik menjadi Rp. 400.000.000 pada tahun 2016 dengan kenaikan 56,25%, kemudian naik lagi menjadi Rp. 895.000.000,00 pada tahun 2017 dengan kenaikan 44,69%. Sedangkan pemasukan anggaran Pulau Angso Duo pada tahun 2015 adalah Rp. 228.000.000,00 naik menjadi Rp. 277.000.000,00 pada tahun 2016 dengan kenaikan 82,31% , kemudian naik lagi menjadi Rp. 395.000.000,00 pada tahun 2017 dengan kenaikan 70,12%. Bila dibandingkan kedua objek tersebut, alokasi anggaran lebih besar di Pulau Pasumpahan dari pada di Pulau Angso Duo tetapi bila dibandingkan persentase, kenaikannya lebih tinggi di Pulau Angso Duo dari pada di Pulau Pasumpahan. Alokasi dana Pulau Pasumpahan untuk 6 asset sedangkan Pulau Angso Duo untuk 5 asset, sehingga dana Pulau Pasumpahan lebih lengkap dari pada Pulau Angso Duo. Kata Kunci: Komparasi Anggaran, Aset, Objek Wisata. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe: the comparison of fund revenues and allocation of funds between Pasumpahan Island and Angso Duo Island tourist objects from 2015-2017. The data used is secondary data from 2015-107. This study found that the 2005 Pasumpahan Island budget allocation was Rp. 225,000,000.00 rose to Rp. 400,000,000 in 2016 with an increase of 56.25%, then rose again to Rp. 895,000,000.00 in 2017 with an increase of 44.69%. While the revenue of Angso Duo Island in 2015 was Rp. 228,000,000.00 rose to Rp. 277,000,000.00 in 2016 with an increase of 82.31%, then rose again to Rp. 395,000,000.00 in 2017 with an increase of 70.12%. When compared to the two objects, the budget allocation is greater in Pasumpahan Island than in Angso Duo Island but when compared to the percentage, the increase is higher in Angso Duo Island than in Pasumpahan Island. Pasumpahan Island funds allocation for 6 assets while Angso Duo Island is for 5 assets, so Pasumpahan Island funds are more complete than Angso Duo Island. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi pedagang kaki lima dalam pengelolaan sampah Pasar Bawah Kota Bukittinggi yang terletak di kecamatan Guguak Panjang Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan di Pasar Bawah Kota Bukittinggi berjumlah 577 orang. Teknik sampel menggunakan Random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan jumlah sampel 85 pedagang kaki lima. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah angket dan data diolah menggunakan formula persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif maka dapat diketahui tingkat partisipasi pedagang kaki dalam pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Bawah Kota Bukittinggi tergolong baik dengan skor keseluruhan yang di dapat yaitu 1910. Bentuk partisipasi tertinggi yaitu partisipasi membayar retribusi sampah dengan persentse 12,77 %. Kata Kunci : Partisipasi, Pedagang kaki lima, Pengelolaan Sampah Abstract This study aims to determine the level of participation of street vendors in waste management in Pasar Bawah Bukittinggi city which located in Guguak Panjang Sub-district, Bukittinggi city. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive method which is carried out for 3 months. The population in this study all the street vendors selling in the Pasar Bawah of Bukittinggi City totaled 577 people. The sample tecnique uses Random Sampling with Slovin formula and the number of samples is 85 street vendors. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and data processed using percentage formulas. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that the participation level of street vendors in the Pasar Bawah management of Bukittinggi is classified as good with an overall score of 1910. The highest form of participation is participation in paying waste retribution with a percentage of 12,77%. Keywords : participation, street vendors, waste management

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan potensi fisik air terjun 12 tingkat dan air terjun pancuran rayo di Kabupaten Kerinci Provinsi Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Sampel yang ditarik secara Purposive Sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, teknik scoring dan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan (1) Ketinggian Air Terjun 12 Tingkat 15 meter dan Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo adalah 150 meter (2) Kemiringan Lereng Air Terjun 12 Tingkat 15-25 % agak curam dan Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo adalah 15-25 % tergolong agak curam (3) Bentuk medan Air Terjun 12 Tingkat Bergunung dan Air Pancuran Rayo Bergelombang dan Perbukitan. (4) Jenis batuan Air terjun 12 Tingkat adalah Qvbk yaitu Batuan gunung api bungkuk sedangkan pada Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo Qvry yaitu Batuan Gunung Api Raya (5) Pola aliran sungai Air Terjun 12 Tingkat adalah dendritik dan Air Terjun Pancuran Rayo adalah Paralel. Kata Kunci: Potensi Fisik, Air Terjun 12 Tingkat , Pancuran Rayo Abstract This study aims to describe the physical potential of waterfall 12 tingkat and waterfall pancuran rayo in Kerinci district, Jambi Province. This type of research is descriptive. Samples were drawn by purposive sampling. Data gathered through observation, documentation, scoring techniques and descriptive analysis. This study found (1) Waterfall 12 Tingkat was 15 meters tall and Waterfall Pancuaran Rayo was 150 meters tall, (2) both waterfalls' slopes were 15-25 % slightly steep, (3) the land shape of both locations was formed by corrugated plains and hills, (4) Rock type in the former area was mostly identified as Qvbk which was the rocks from Bungkuk Volcano while in the latter area it was Qvry, the rocks from Raya Volcano, (5) the stream patterns were Dendritic (Waterfall 12 Tingkat) and Paralel (Waterfall Pancuran Rayo) Keywords: Physical Potensials, Waterfall 12 Tingkat , Waterfall Pancuran Rayo

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) Learn about the profile of the furniture industry specifically on production factors in terms of capital, raw materials and labor. (2) Knowing the obstacles faced by industry. (3) Knowing the range of services area and marketing of the furniture industry. The method that used in this study is a Quantitative Descriptive method. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and research documentation. The data analysis technique used (1) descriptive data analysis (2) analysis of service area using buffer. Research result shows that the profile of the furniture industry in the production factors seen in terms of capital, raw materials and labor in Pasia Nan Tigo Village is only one industry that has capital constraints. In the case of raw materials, industry owners state that the raw material is still sufficient in the production process. The furniture industry owner also stated that the number of permanent workers is still insufficient. Furniture industry in Pasia Nan Tigo Village is included in the small and medium industry. The obstacles faced by the furniture industry in the production factors are capital, raw materials and labor. From the capital factor, the obstacles faced by furniture industry owners are large-scale production which still requires additional capital. In the case of raw materials the obstacles faced by the owners of the furniture industry are the distance from the origin of raw materials. In the range of services area, the furniture industry in Pasia Nan Tigo Village is on average within the province.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kajian geografis dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk berbelanja ke pasar pagi kecamatan padang barat. jenis penelitian yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitiannya adalah pembeli dan pedagang pasar pagi kecamatan padang barat. sedangkan pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam pengambilan informan adalah dengan teknik aksidental. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Pasar Pagi Kecamatan Padang Barat berada pada letak yang strategis di tinjau dari kedekatannya dengan permukiman penduduk,dan mudah untuk dijangkau oleh layanan transportasi 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembeli berbelanja ke Pasar Pagi Kecamatan Padang Barat Kota Padang adalah aksesibilitas, kelengkapan barang, harga barang, waktu dan jarak tempuh,kualitas barang. Kata kunci : Faktor Penarik, Letak Strategis, Pasar The aims of this study to find out how geographical studies and factors that influence people to shop in the Pasar Pagi District of Padang Barat.The research type is descriptive qualitative The research informants are buyers and traders in the western Padang district market. while the approach taken in taking informants is accidental techniques. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang faktor-faktor penyebab pedagang bertahan di pasar lama Kecamatan Lubuk Alung serta sikap pedagang dan pembeli terhadap pasar baru yang telah dibangun. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab pedagang bertahan di pasar lama Kecamatan Lubuk Alung adalah 1) Faktor langsung yang mepengaruhi adalah (a) Lokasi pasar yang dekat dengan rumah pedagang dan pembeli dengan jarak tempuh rata-rata kurang dari 3 Km. (b) Transportasi yang dapat digunakan untuk sampai ke pasar lama kendaraan umum dan pribadi. (c) Harga sewa kios yang terjangkau Rp 500.000 – Rp 1.500.000 pertahun (d) Rata-rata pendapatan pedagang berkisar Rp 500.000 – Rp 1.000.000 perhari dengan keuntungan Rp 250.000 – Rp 500.000 perhari. Sedangkan faktor tidak langsung yang mempengaruhi yaitu (a) Kebijakan, tidak ada ketegasan pengelola pasar secara resmi untuk memindahkan pedagang dari pasar lama kepasar baru. (b) Hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan pedagang dengan lingkungan sudah terjalin dengan baik, dibuktikan dengan adanya ikatan antar pedagang yaitu IKAPILA (Ikatan Pedagang Pasar Lubuk Alung. 2) Sikap pedagang dan pembeli terhadap pasar baru umumnya tidak setuju, karena status penempatan pedagang di pasar baru belum jelas, pedagang sudah merasa nyaman di pasar lama rata-rata mereka berdagang sudah bertahun-tahun, biaya sewa yang mahal, alasan lainnya jarak dari terminal angkot ke pasar baru cukup jauh kurang lebih 200 meter. Hanya sebagian kecil responden dari pasar lama yang menyatakan setuju, karena dipandang pasar baru kebih teratur, jalannya lebih besar dan sudah diaspal. Kata Kunci : Sikap pedagang, pasar lama. Abstarct This study aims to find out about the factors that cause traders to survive in the old market Lubuk Alung District and the attitude of traders and buyers to new markets that have been built. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of the study found that the factors that caused traders to survive in the old market of Lubuk Alung Subdistrict were 1) Direct influencing factors were (a) Market location close to the homes of traders and buyers with an average distance of less than 3 Km. (b) Transportation that can be used to get to the old market of public and private vehicles. (c) Affordable kiosk rental prices of IDR 500,000 - IDR 1,500,000 per year (d) The average income of traders ranges from IDR 500,000 - IDR 1,000,000 per day with a profit of IDR 250,000 - IDR 500,000 per day. Whereas indirect factors that influence are (a) Policies, there is no official firmness of market managers to move traders from old markets to new markets. (b) Community social relations with traders and the environment have been well established, as evidenced by the bond between traders, namely IKAPILA (Lubuk Alung Market Trader Association. 2) The attitude of traders and buyers to new markets generally does not agree, because the placement status of traders in new markets has not clearly, traders already feel comfortable in the old market, on average they trade for years, expensive rental costs, other reasons the distance from the angkot terminal to the new market is quite far about 200 meters. Only a small number of respondents from the old market stated that they agreed, because it was seen by the new market to be more orderly, the road was bigger and already paved. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan indikator sapta pesona di Pantai Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang diwakili oleh Bapak Edral Saputra, wisatawan sebanyak 12 orang dan 5 orang masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel sapta pesona yang telah terlaksana di Pantai Padang yaitu: (1) keamanan, (2) kesejukan, (3) keindahan, (4) keramahan dan (5) kenangan, sedangkan dua unsur sapta pesona belum terlaksana yaitu (1) ketertiban dan (2) kebersihan. Penerapan sapta pesona belum terlaksana karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dan wisatawan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif di objek wisata Pantai Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine consumption patterns of the poor people in Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The population in this research are all poor families who live in Pangkalan Kuras subdistrict are which amounted to 2.558 families. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula so that obtained to 97 families. The result showed that the food consumption patterns of the poor people in Pangkalan Kuras sub-district larger than the consumption pattern of non food..proportion to the pattern of food consumption is 55.37% or Rp 1,520,370, while the consumption pattern of non food is 44.63% or Rp 1,225,492. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the regional splitting plan in Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang by knowing what factors influence the regional expansion plan in Kecamatan Koto Tangah in terms of administrative, physical and regional requirements based on Peratutran Pemerintah No. 19 of 2008 Tentang Kecamatan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with a spatial approach. The sample area in this study is the Kecamatan Koto Tangah with all the existing villages. The analysis technique used in this research is the study of literacy, interviews and formulations used in reference to Peratutran Pemerintah No. 19 of 2008 Tentang Kecamatan. The feasibility analysis of the expansion plan of the Kecamatan Koto Tangah area was analyzed based on administrative, physical and regional requirements. The results of this study indicate that the administrative requirements are not yet feasible to be expanded, whereas physically the territorial area is feasible to be expanded and technically it is also feasible to be expanded.

Abstract

Abstract . This study aims to determine the state of residence, environmental conditions, type of work Community income level before and after widening the By Pass road. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive study with the subject of research is the community around the By Pass Lubuk Begalung District, Padang City. The results of the study found that there were changes in housing and community environment in the form of distance, environmental comfort, and conversely did not experience changes in the type of building, building area, environmental cleanliness and the number of workers. There is a change in the type of work and the level of income of the community in the form of changes, income, profits, and vice versa, there are no changes, permanent employment, side jobs and business development.
