Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), indicator used was the index of CSR disclosure with 64 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012 as the samples. This research used multiple regression analysis. The results show that institutional ownership, managerial and foreign has no effect on CSR. This indicates that the ownership structure could not improve CSR in the company. On the contrary, profitability has an influence on CSR. It indicates that companies with high profits have the fund flexibility to implement CSR programs that have been set. Moreover, corporate debt levels also affect the CSR with the negative direction. This means that companies with high debt levels will usually focus more on managing faced business risks rather than on CSR program. Last, company size has no effect on the company CSR.

Abstract

The transformation in education must be directed in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program. This article aimed to discuss the potential support of New Biology in achieving the formulated SDGs. This literature review covered 31 articles which were published since 2010 to 2019. The keywords used to collect the data were new biology, future biology, biology education, biological science, and biology. The review results informed that New Biology can potentially enact five goals of SDGs, i.e. goal 2 (Zero Hunger), goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), goal 4 (Quality Education), goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy). By considering the findings, it is suggested to promote New Biology approach in Indonesian educational system.

Abstract

The data processing systems is a very necessary way to manipulate a data into useful information. The system makes data storage, adding, changing, scheduling to reporting well integrated, so that it can help parts to exchange information and make decisions quickly. The problems faced by GKPI Pal Merah Jambi are currently still using Microsoft Office Word and in disseminating information such as worship schedules, church activities and other worship routines through paper and wall-based worship services. To print worship and report reports requires substantial operational funds, in addition to data collection and storage there are still deficiencies including recording data on the book, difficulty in processing large amounts of data and stored in only one special place that is passive. Based on the above problems, the author is interested in conducting research with the title Designing Data Processing Systems for Web-Based Churches in the GKPI Pal Merah Church in Jambi. The purpose of this study is to design and produce a data processing system for the church. Using this system can facilitate data processing in the GKPI Pal Merah Jambi Church. This study uses a waterfall development method, a method that provides a systematic and sequential approach to system needs analysis, design, implementation and unit testing, system testing and care. Applications built using the web with MySQL DBMS database, PHP programming language and Laravel.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research, which aims to improve the teaching skills of students of biology education. The study consisted of two cycles each consisting of three meetings. To measure basic skills, an observation sheet was used which was used from a peer teaching assessment sheet developed by UPT PPL FKIP Jambi University. The results showed 65,2% of the basic facts included in the category enough. Percentage of teaching basic skills before the action of 65,2% included in the category enough. The percentage of basic learning scores increased in the first cycle to 70,6% included in the good category and in the second cycle increased to 77,1% included in the good category. Based on the research data it can be concluded that the learning textbook used by everyone's learning model is a teacher here who can improve the student basic teaching skills.

Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian awal oleh penulis lakukan, instansi Pemerintahan Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal Kecamatan Tebo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo yang beralamat  di Jl. Muaro Bungo ? Jambi. Pada proses pengolahan datanya menggunakan komputer tetapi belum maksimal dan pengarsipan melalui buku agenda, sehingga masih banyak terjadi kendala dalam pengolahan data, seperti sulitnya : Untuk mendata data Kependudukan, merencanakan kegiatan yang direncanakan sebelumnya karena proses pencarian data di nilai lambat, data tidak tampil otomatis sehingga harus menulis secara berulang, serta data tidak dapat saling terintegrasi karena tidak adanya database. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa sistem yang sedang berjalan, agar dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pada pada Pada Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal, dengan cara merancang Perancangan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) Berbasis Web Pada Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal. Tahapan yang akan dilakukan dalam penyelesaian masalah yang dibahas yaitu, melakukan identifikasi, melakukan pencarian informasi berdasarkan landasan - landasan teori, pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, menganalisis untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang didhadapi Pada Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal. Metode Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model air terjun (Waterfall), implementasi penelitian ini menggunakan Bahasa Perograman PHP dan DBMS MySQL. Hingga menghasilkan aplikasi pengolahan data yang di harapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data maupun pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

First Gym Jambi merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak bidang pelayanan jasa yang mencakup pusat kebugaran jasmani yang pengelolaan data masih menggunakan bantuan buku dan penyebaran informasi menggunakan brosur atau percakapan orang-orang. Sehingga terjadi permasalahan yaitu penyebaran informasi yang lambat, terkadang terjadi kesalahan dalam pengolahan data member dan pembayaran serta belum adanya media untuk interaksi secara onine dengan trainer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dengan menawarkan website sebagai media promosi dan pendaftaran member menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan DMBS MySQL dimana penulis melakukan pengembangan sistem dengan metode waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan model sistem unified model language menggunakan usecase diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Sistem baru menghasilkan output yang menampilkan data alat, data produk, data member, data pembayaran serta menghasilkan laporan-laporan yang dapat dicetak sesuai dengan kebutuhannya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop Emulsi (electronic module practicum articulate storyline 3) to support self-regulated learning (SRL) of students which is valid and effective. This research is research and development and the subjects of this study are students of class VIII F of SMP Negeri 1 Ungaran. Data collection techniques in this study used validation sheets, tests, and students self-assessment sheets in SRL. This research begins at the Emulsi design then validated by validators with details on the average results of material (85%), linguistics (95%), media (80%), pretest and posttest construct questions (75%) , syllabus (97% ), lesson plans (95%), students self-assessment sheets in SRL (87%), the rubric for the assessment of the practice report (76%). The results of student learning pretest scores (36.11%) posttest scores (100%) and final scores obtained from the average value of the practicum report and posttest scores (77.77%). The result of N-gain is 0.73 indicating high criteria. The results of the self-assessment score in SRL is 75% or 27 of 36 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Emulsi can be said to be valid and effective to support the SRL of students.

Abstract

SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi was builded with supported by not good database design. It’s caused by the information need was responsed by building database incidentially without data model which can be used as a guide. The results are as like the lost of historical data, hard to make important information and difficult to integrating it with another information system. To fix those problems then needed to do a study to build a data model which can describe the academy domain activities which result of the analysis of it’s business process. In the building of the data model for SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi is parted in first two steps which are the conceptual and the logical step. For the data model result representation, ER diagram is used. So that with the data model, SISFO Akademik STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi could supported by a better integrated and better integrity database.

Abstract

e-learning is one of the learning media which supports the teaching and learning process by using the internet. Currently at SMA Negeri 5 Batanghari the teaching and learning process is carried out during the pandemic using social media such as whatsapp. There are limitations of the whatsapp application so that teaching and learning activities at the school do not go well, such as sending assignments that can carry out automatic assessments. Based on that, it is necessary to develop a web-based e-learning application with the aim of research to make it easier for teachers to send and process grades automatically. The method used in this research is on system development using the waterfall. While the method of data collection is done by interviewing, observing and reviewing the literature into related research. In this research, a web-based e-learning application was produced using the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The views obtained in this e-learning application are teacher data, student data, grade data, assignment delivery, and reports for teachers in the progress of activities during teaching and learning at SMA Negeri 5 Batanghari. Abstract

Madrasah Nurul Hidayah is an educational institutions that teaches the religion of islam, one the subject which madrasah Nurul Hidayah taught is the guidance of Shalat. The learning process in this madrasah is still using a book accompanied by the teacher. This research aims to implement Android-based augmented reality as a media for introduction of shalat guidance virtually as an alternative media. System development method which this research uses is a waterfall with UML as a modeling system. The software used for the development is Unity 3D that is combined with the Android SDK and Vuforia SDK. This application can display shalat movement animation in a 3D form and displayed in the virtual wolrd. From the test results it can be concluded that any module on the application have run well.
