ABSTRACT: Education as one of the most important sectors in the nationaldevelopment, be a mainstay for the work as much as possible in an effort to improve thequality of human life Indonesia, where faith and piety to God Almighty the source of lifein all areas. Therefore in this case the private education play an active role inpromoting education, especially in Pekanbaru with the establishment of educationalinstitutions under the auspices of the Education Foundation Al-Huda. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the background and Education Foundation Al-Hudafounding figures in the field of education, to know the developments in the field ofeducation Education Foundation Al-Huda period 2003-2015, to know the efforts madeEducation Foundation Al-Huda in the field of education, to know the factors drivingand inhibiting Education Foundation Al-Huda in its efforts promote education inPekanbaru. The method used is the historical method in which data were collectedthrough observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis usinghistorical writing. When the study began in the submission title until the completion of arevised proposal last essay writer. The results showed that Education Foundation Al-Huda formed on the notion character named Dr. H. Fachri Bais Salam Lc, MM whichformed Orphanage Isolated Tribe in 1986 and then grow until today EducationFoundation Al-Huda has overshadowed the five institutions that MTs Al-Huda, SMA Al-Huda, SMK Nasional Al-Huda, Akademi Keuangan dan Perbankan (AKBAR) danSekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau (STIE-R). Based on these results it can be concludedthat Education Foundation Al-Huda is the body that houses the educational institutionsparticipating intellectual life of the nation. Abstract: Indonesia is one country that is rich in natural resources one of which is petroleum, the oil sector is never apart from the polemic in many countries including Indonesia, which is a country that has oil reserves are abundant, but occurring oil reserves are actually in the "master "by a foreign company in which of the 47 mining area consisting of 25 groups majors (international oil companies are huge), comprising Chevron to 7 working area of operation, Exxon / Mobile with 5 WKP, British Petroleum with 3 WKP, Gulf Resource with 5 WKP , Total / Fina with 2 WKP Petro and other Majors with 3 WKP WKP and the remaining 22 are not classified Majors.1 Indonesia is a country that is very strategic to attract many multinational companies to invest corporation. Indonesia is one of the oldest centers of oil production in the world. So far in 1871 the Dutch had drilled oil seepage areas in an attempt to obtain the filtered oil into light oil. In 1883, a tobacco planter, Aeilko Janszoon Zijlker, obtaining a concession to drill in North Sumatra, which resulted in commercial production. The purpose of this study was to determine the history of the discovery of oil Minas during the Japanese occupation in Indonesia, to determine the Minas oil exploitation during the Japanese occupation in Indonesia, the Japanese government policy To know of the existence of oil Minas, Riau. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method with specific historical and documentary. The research location is Minas, Riau. Abstract: This study aims to: 1) To determine the correlation of the original school students with student motivation to learn Education Program History Armed 2014. 2) To determine the correlation of the original school students with student learning outcomes Education Program History Armed 2014. 3) To determine the correlation the entrance to the student motivation to learn students of History Education Armed 2014. 4) to determine the correlation track in student motivation to learn students of History Education Armed 2014. 5) to determine the correlation of motivation to learn the results of the students' education program history Force 2014 the Faculty of Education, University of Riau. The urgency of the motivation is the driving force, motive, and as a director of the goal. Board of Education, as a means of gathering agents of social change and the device must have the principle of unity or cooperation between institutions and members as well as people interested in it, without good cooperation, all the ideals for which the establishment educational institutions like the smoke that looks thick but easy to pass sendirinya.Populasi in this study were students of Education Studies Program History Force 2014 the Faculty of Education University of the 68 people. From the results of data processing using techniques Product Moment Correlation can be concluded that the motivation to learn has a significant impact on student learning outcomes. The effect of 55%, the remaining 45% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study, and it can be said that the students' motivation to learn the history of education courses University is in the medium category.Keywords: motivation, learning outcomes2

Abstract:Indonesian Independence on August 17, 1945 on the occupation ofJapan, the Netherlands is considered as an opportunity to rebuild their colonies inIndonesia. Various diplomatic efforts in the form of treaties and agreements that theDutch did not succeed in making Indonesia back is subject to Dutch rule. As for theDutch finally forced to take steps to regain control of Indonesia with its military power.Dutch desire to regain control of Indonesia realized with military aggression in variousparts of Indonesia. This gives rise to the struggle of the people in all regions ofIndonesia in an effort to face the onslaught of Dutch military aggression. As in this casethe people's struggle in the face of the Dutch military aggression also occur in KualaTungkal in Jambi. This study aims to determine (1) Condition Kuala Tungkal Jambibefore the Dutch military aggression. (2) The organizational forms of struggle. (3) theprocess of the struggle of the people of Kuala Tungkal in Jambi in the face of the Dutchmilitary aggression. (4) Completion and final outcome of the struggle of the people ofKuala Tungkal in Jambi in the face of the Dutch military aggression. The method usedin this study was a qualitative research approach history (History) and data collectiontechniques in the form of literature, observation, documentation and interview. Abstract: In the process of education, parental background differences have a very important role and influence of such a magnitude to send their children. Socio-economic conditions should be taken to ensure that educational success can be achieved to the fullest. Smp n 2 Kuantan Mudik is one who has the role of formal education to improve the quality of education. Students who attend also come from family backgrounds var . There is work as farmers, laborers, etc. rubber cutter .Based on field observations, encountered students who have parents with high incomes obtain a low learning outcomes, and vice versa .This type of research used is descriptive research with samples from 36 people. The data collected was obtained from 33 question items in the questionnaires that spread to parents of students, and 10 items from the interview question class VII. While the learning outcomes of students in the can from social studies grades 2nd semester school year 2012-2013 with an average yield of between 75-90 students with KKM 75.Recapitulation of the questionnaire can be known about the socioeconomic status of the parents of students of class VII in SMP N 2 Kuantan Mudik shows the results of " moderate / medium " that is 59.3% because the value is in the range 50% -75% . Means it can be seen that the socioeconomic status of the parents " influence " on student learning outcomes in social studies class VII in SMP N 2 Kuantan Mudik, Kab. Abstract: Simpang Perak Jaya village subdistrict Kerinci kanan district Siak is transmigration villages, which are Transmigration Settlement Unit (UPT) Settlement Unit VII (SP) 7 region of Buatan Inti Indo Sawit Subur (IIS) that is included in the Office of the Ministry of Transmigration Dumai in region Bengkalis subistrict of Siak. Under district expansion according The Constituion Number 53 , 1999 about Siak District formation, and then Simpang Perak Jaya village under Kerinci Kanan Subsdistrict Siak District jurisdiction. This research have purpose for understanding (1) To determine the development of community education Simpang Kanan Perak Jaya Kerinci Subdistrict Siak Regency (1993-2014). (2) To knowing amount of of students who that have school in simpang perak jaya village (1993-2014). (3) To determine the number of educators in Simpang Perak Jaya jaya village (4) To determine the number of educational facilities in Simpang Perak Jaya village. (5) To determine the factors that influence the development of education in Simpang perak jaya village (1993-2014). This research use descriptive qualitative method with history approach and data accumulation including interview, litterature and documentation. Abstrak: art is the result of human action arising out of life and have aestethic value. Art consists of various type that include traditional music art. One of which is the art of traditional music Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. This research have a purpose to know about (1) history of musical art Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (2) role of the government in preservation of musical arts Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (3) role of the education department in preservation of musical arts Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (4) role of the people in preservation of musical art Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. (5) the benefit from preservation of musical arts Calempong Baoguong in Bangkinang City Kampar District. This research use a qualitative method with approach history and collect document with observation, interview and document or library studies. Interviewers in this research is culture chair of Kampar District, people in education department of Bangkinang City Kampar District. Result of the research is show that of musical arts Calempong Baoguong begin spreading from West Sumatera up to Kampar District. The spreading process through migration people from West Sumatera to Kampar District and in a way of dominate place by Pagaruyung Kingdom at 14 Century when Adityawarman leadership. Now the musical of arts Calempong Baoguong preserved by government, education departemet and people in Bangkinang City Kampar District in every event.Key words: Calempong Baoguong, art of Kampar.

Abstract: In the society in Kenegerian Rumbio Ninik mamak has its own order considering there are some tribes that are in the community. People who have tribal Ninik mamak piliang then be referred to as Datuok Putio (Datuk White), the tribal community called Datuk Godang Domo, Pitopang tribal community called Datuk Ulaksimano, Chaniago tribe known as Datuk Gindoh Malano, and Kampai tribe called Datuk Paduko. This study aims to determine (1) The procedure for the selection and appointment of Datuk Putio (2) The role of progenitor Putio in public life Tribe Piliang River Tonang under the provisions of Indigenous previously (3) Shape shifting role of Datuk Putio at the present time (4) The public perception Tribe Piliang river Tonang of adherence levels of society to Datuk Putio (5) factors - factors that causes occurrence Datuk Putio Shifting role in public Life Piliang river Tribe Tonang in Kenegerian Rumbio (6) measures that can be done to restore the role of Datuk Putio. This study uses qualitative research approach to history (History) and data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documents or literature. Informant in this research is Datuk Putio and Tribal communities Piliang Tonang River.
