Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze the influence of leadership style, education and training, and working environment on performance of civil service police member (Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja/Satpol PP) in Kotawaringin Timur regency. A descriptive quantitative analysis was used to examine 88 personnel of the unit. The results indicate that, first, leadership style has no definite and significant effect on personnel‘ performance. Secondly, education and training have a significant effect on members‘ performance. Lastly, a pleasant working environment has positively affected the personals‘ performance. This research suggests strengthening a positive leadership model that can make the work atmosphere more comfortable, increasing employees‘ engaged and enthusiastic so that they are willing to put their potency in order to complete the task.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Katingan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksplanasi (research explanatory). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun dengan melalui motivasi kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dalam hubungan ini motivasi merupakan variabel mediasi penuh (full mediator) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi. Variabel motivasi dalam hubungan ini merupakan variable mediasi parsial (partial mediator).

Abstract

Research in the field of marketing with a qualitative approach in increasing consumer purchase demand. SWOT analysis is used to be able to provide a descriptive picture of the marketing strategy. The research was conducted in depth on four batik business owners in Central Kalimantan. The results of the strategy show SO (Strength – Opportunities) as a marketing strategy, with the strengths that the organization has, it must be able to work on all the opportunities that are available outside. Marketing Relations with Government and Private Agencies related to the provision of Spotted Batik Yarn Fabrics, is one way of marketing to build and develop closer relationships with customers. The WO (Weakness – Opportunities) strategy which first fixes the weaknesses in the internal area so that you can work on the opportunities that exist outside. WT Strategy (Weaknesses – Threats). Which, to deal with the meeting area between weaknesses and threats is to control losses (damage control) so that the damage does not become more severe than expected. For further research this can be done on consumers regarding consumer buying interest quantitatively.

Abstract

Research in the field of management by strengthening financial literacy to strengthen the quality system of village income and expenditure budgets. Building a village with budget participation and community empowerment in the Gunung Mas district village apparatus in Palangka Raya Province. The research was conducted in seven sub-districts in Gunung Mas district, with 77 respondents being village officials. This type of quantitative research with the SPSS application shows that budget participation on the quality of APBdes is significant at 73%, then the results of financial literacy research are significant at 74%. The next result of community empowerment on the quality of APBdes is 59%. The implication of the results states that they can be used as a reference in improving the quality of APBdes and for further research to develop results with financial applications in village financial reports

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pelatihan manajemen untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan metode untuk mengelola usaha secara terstruktur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mandiri tim pada desa binaan UKM di Kabupaten Pulang Pisau yang bergerak dibidang sektor makanan, pertanian, kerajinan yakni pada 50 pelaku usaha. Hasil kegiatan ini menjadi laporan untuk acuan dalam lanjutan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi yang akan dilaksanakan selanjutnya pada desa binaan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dari segi manajemen usaha kecil menengah. Implementasi hasil dapat menjadi peningkatan untuk keberlanjutan usaha dengan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan manajemen.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, test, and measure the performance of BhayangkaraHospital Palangka Raya Services in terms of Customer Perspective. The type of thisresearch is quantitative descriptive. The data collected are secondary data and primarydata. The secondary data was obtained from the documentation of medical recordreports of the year 2020-2022. The primary data was obtained through questionnairesdistributed to patients of Bhayangkara Hospital Palangka Raya. The results showed thatthe hospital's performance from the customer perspective calculated based oncustomer retention and customer acquisition in 2020-2022 was on average good.Meanwhile the customer satisfaction indicators from five variables, namely tangibles,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, were generally classifiedassatisfactory. The management needs to pay special attention to the assessment ofindicators that have not been good or good enough, and maintain the assessment ofgood indicators in order to improve the hospital’s performance in the future.
