Abstract

The goal of to the research to examine and analyze three dimensions of organizational commitment from meyer and allen models on work behavior publik Servants. To this end, after reviewing the literature on Reviews These themes, a conceptual framework with three hypotheses is proposed. Reviews These hypotheses were tested on 41 students of Master of Science in Management program through regresion with reflective indicator using SmartPLS 2.0M3. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) affective commitment strongly influence employee behavior, (2) the continuance commitment strongly influence employee behavior, (3) normative commitment strongly influence employee behavior. From the three commitment of normative commitment is a variable that affects most on work behaviors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB-I dan OCB-O, dengan dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel moderating. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model dari OCBs, sehingga bermanfaat bagi akademisi dan praktisi. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap di Universitas Palangka Raya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 161 dosen tetap di Universitas Palangka Raya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model dengan Amos ver 18. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dukungan organisasi mampu memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhada OCB-O dan OCB-I. Kepuasan kerja berperngaruh signifikan terhadap OCB-O

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara empiris tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Menggunakan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel. Desain/Methodologi/Pendekatan - Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian asosiatif-kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.Telkom Indonesia Palangka Raya yang berjumlah 48 orang dengan teknik sensus. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan efek Moderasi dengan menganalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Software yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3.2.7. Temuan penelitian - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Motivasi sebagai variabel moderator mampu memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Kinerja Karyawan di PT.Telkom Indonesia Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Research in the field of management to improve the performance of higher education services during a pandemic requires service human resources to quickly act effectively and efficiently in resource management. Getting customer satisfaction from services is a benchmark for universities to optimize capabilities and expertise that are carried out online with employees' intellectual capital. This study was analyzed quantitatively using SPSS 24.0 statistical tools on 250 state university students in Central Kalimantan, and the result is that the dimensions of intellectual capital are positive and significantly improve service performance by 69.2% of the human capital variable. 63,3% of the capital structure variable. and 71.3% of the relational capital variable. The resulting service performance will enhance the university's reputation that is reliable and has an organizational culture in terms of responsiveness, responsibility, effectiveness and reliability. The implication of this research is to prioritize maximum service and service performance in order to always create a good relationship between service users and the community in general.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of pay satisfaction, employee job satisfaction, and competence on turnover intention and its impact on the service quality of honorary employees. The research method is quantitative research by the survey through questionnaires. The research sample was honorary employees in the Airport Operational Unit Office of Class III Kol. RA. Bessing Malinau, Tanjung Harapan, and Nunukan who have worked for more than 1 (one) year as many as 85 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This research was conducted in September 2019 to February 2020. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS analysis. The results showed that pay satisfaction and job satisfaction had a significant and positive effect on service quality. Pay satisfaction, job satisfaction, and competence had a significant and negative effect on turnover intention. The turnover intention had a significant and negative effect on service quality. Pay satisfaction had a significant and indirect positive effect on service quality through turnover intention. Job satisfaction and competence did not have a significant indirect effect on service quality through turnover intention. Evaluation of employee satisfaction and competence in the organization is important to be carried out regularly. The most important thing is that this research will contribute to the body of knowledge, especially in human resource management science.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dan menerangkan pengaruh kepuasan kerja,komitmen organisasional, kepribadian dan profesionalisme dosen terhadap OCBs serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja. Sampel terdiri dari 160 dosen pada Universitas Palangka Raya. Hasil dari penelitian ini sudah membuktikan pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap OCBs. Kepuasan kerja, kepribadian dan profesionalisme hanya memiliki pengaruh pada OCB-O. Dukungan organisasi untuk mempertahankan hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB-O dan OCB-I CBs berarti berpengaruh pada kinerja dosen.Keywords: kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kepribadian, profesionalisme, dukungan organisasi, OCBs dan kinerja.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and uses the literature study method. This study indicates that the opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are in the industrial ecosystem, which is increasingly open, and the challenges are focused on the readiness of human resources. This study formulates that to prepare competitive human resources in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, learning in tertiary institutions must be oriented towards a) inter-multi discipline; b) problem solving oriented; c) interpersonal skills, and d) innovation based on technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange and organizational climate on organizational commitment mediated by work performance. This study is explanatory research, and the sample analysis of this research is the military personnel of the 30th maintenance department, Abdul Rachman Saleh Malang Airbase. In this study, the researchers set a sample size of 100 respondents and tested the research’s model by the Partial Least Square approach. This study shows that organizational climate can directly encourage organizational commitment while leader-member exchange has a positive effect when mediated by work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job satisfaction mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational commitment of civil servants. A structural equation modelling approach was used to test the collected data with a sample of 51 respondents. The results show that job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.
