Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction of Batik Benang Bintik in Palangka Raya. This re-search is a quantitative research with field survey techniques. The subjects of the research are 75 customers of Batik Benang Bintik in Palangka Raya with different age and backgrounds. The data were collected through interview and questionnaire instrument which is consist of 15 questions that have previously tested for its validity and reliability. The costumers’ satisfaction were analysed in term of costumer service, promotion, price and shop location in the city. We do hope this research may provide insight to business owner and local government in their effort to enhace the poten-tial market of Batik Benang Bintik, especially in Palangka Raya city.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh disiplin dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja PNS melalui motivasi kerja Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Sebanyak 48 responden anggota Satpol PP di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dan hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Disiplin, Budaya Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Kedua, budaya kerja, disiplin berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja pada Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Ketiga, budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada Satpol PP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Katingan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksplanasi (research explanatory). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun dengan melalui motivasi kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dalam hubungan ini motivasi merupakan variabel mediasi penuh (full mediator) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi. Variabel motivasi dalam hubungan ini merupakan variable mediasi parsial (partial mediator).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh langsung profesionalisme, kinerja pegawai, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa pada unit pelayanan terpadu Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Kalimantan Tengah (ULT LPMP Kalimantan Tengah). Alat analisis cerdas PLS digunakan untuk menilai persepsi 87 responden dari data pengunjung LPMP ULT tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, profesionalisme kerja, kinerja karyawan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan. Kedua, profesionalisme kerja dan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan, namun profesionalisme kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa melalui kualitas pelayanan. Terakhir, kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa melalui kualitas layanan.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Kalimantan Tengah menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang tinggi, dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi dari Marketing Capabilities dengan analisis Social Media, Learning Orientation dan Market Orientation yang mampu sebagai pengaruh yang signifikan dapat meningkatkan pemasaran sebagai Pengembangan Produk, Kemampuan harga, Kemampuan komunikasi. Penelitian di lakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner sebanyak 50 UKM di sektor kuliner Kal-Teng yaitu Kerupuk Ikan Saluang dan di analisis secara kuantitatif dengan regresi hasilnya positif signifikan Social Media dan Market Orientation signifikan terhadap Marketing Capabilities sedangkan Learning Orientation tidak signifikan terhadap Marketing Capabilities. Implikasi penelitian untuk berkontribusi dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan menjadi kajian/pertimbangan pelaku usaha UKM Kuliner Kal-Teng untuk meningkatkan Marketing Capabilities sebagai strategi bisnis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the hybrid learning method (hybrid method) in economic and business statistics courses. The research method uses a mixed method between a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach using primary data. The data were tested using one of the different test analyzes, namely the Paired-Samples T Test. The findings indicate that an effective hybrid method is used for classes of economic statistics and business. Students prefer to use the IK method combined with the TMa (virtual face) method because they can understand the material quickly and the method is very similar to conventional methods. The theoretical implication of this research is that the hybrid method is better used for online learning methods than the IK method. Meanwhile, the practical implication in this study is that teachers can use the hybrid method for mathematics-based and calculation-based courses because the results of the study show that computation-based statistics courses can be effectively implemented using the hybrid method.

Abstract

The purpose of organizational development research is related to three aspects of the research, namely organizational culture, HR strategy, and employee performance. Research at the Office of the General Secretariat of the Central Kalimantan Province. HR innovation should be the result of a creative learning process and need to be accompanied by a culture and leadership that has strong empathy and involvement. This study shows that the HRM strategy that leads to the development of a culture of achievement is a strategic factor that plays an important role in efforts to interact in an effort to improve employee performance. This type of quantitative research is SEM PLS with 128 respondents. The results of the research Organizational culture has a significant effect on HR strategy, Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, Implementation of HR practices that are partially significant on employee performance. The application of HR practices that have interaction and level of relationship suitability or compatibility with organizational strategy improves employee performance. HR strategy is a partial mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province. For further research, longitudinal studies are needed that combine historical secondary data and studies based on primary data that are also multi-time/period to capture the dynamics of changes in the organization's internal environment, including changes in HR management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of electronic services and sales promotion on customer satisfaction and loyalty, either directly or indirectly, where customer satisfaction is an intervening variable. This research is explanatory research with 96 respondents. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling technique and applying structural equation modeling for analysis. The results of the study show that the quality of electronic services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; electronic services have no significant impact on loyalty; sales promotion has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction; sales promotion has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty; customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; the quality of electronic services has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of organizational culture on tutor performance; 2) The influence of leadership style on tutor performance; 3) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction; 4) the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction; 5) the effect of job satisfaction on performance tutor at Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) Luthfillah and Tilung Raya. This study uses a quantitative approach, and questionnaires carry out data collection techniques. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, which amounted to 33 respondents. Respondents in this study were all PKBM tutors, Luthfillah and Tilung Raya. The data analysis method in hypothesis testing uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and leadership style affect job satisfaction. On the other hand, Organizational Culture has no significant effect on tutor performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction influences tutor performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai pada BPSDM Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah 84 orang yang merupakan seluruh pegawai di BPSDM Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun dengan melalui kepuasan kerja dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Dalam hubungan ini kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel mediasi penuh (full mediation). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja. variabel kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan ini merupakan variabel mediasi parsial (partial mediation). Dengan meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan membuat lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif untuk peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai, maka pegawai akan merasa puas dalam bekerja dan menjalankan tugas, hal inilah yang diharapkan menjadi peningkatan terhadap kinerja kearah yang lebih optimal.
