Abstract

The physical meaning of Brebes Square has decline todays. It is happen because the square elevation is almost same as the elevation of streets arround it, the increasing number of street hawkers and the less arrangement of utilities. For that reasons, the Brebes Square planning and arranging study is needed. The planning methods using continuation, togetherness, conflict minimalization and sustainability basic approachs. The programs are arrangement inside, including increase the elevation up to 75 cm from the streets arround it, create the water absorbtion and drainage, change the pedestrian ways, rearrangement the lamp nodes, increase the plants, arrangement the street hawkers, removing the main flag mast, relocation the statue, to mislay the gate, and increase the utilities. The arrangement outside including increase the elevation of pedestrian ways up to 25 cm from the streets arround it, increase the plants, change the pedestrian ways, increase the utilities and excuse from the advertisement board.Alun-alun Kota Brebes saat ini mengalami kemunduran makna fisiknya, disebabkan ketinggian alun-alun hampir sama dengan jalan disekelilingnya, banyaknya pedagang kaki lima dan kurang tertatanya sarana prasarana yang ada. Untuk itu diperlukan studi perencanaan penataan kawasan Alun-alun Kota Brebes. Metode perencanaan menggunakan pendekatan asas pelestarian, kebersamaan, minimalisasi konflik dan keberlanjutan. Program penataan kawasan alun-alun Kota Brebes meliputi penataan dalam alun-alun yang terdiri dari peninggikan alun-alun menjadi 75 cm dari jalan sekelilingnya, membuat resapan air dan drainase, mengganti trotoar, penataan kembali titik lampu, penambah tanaman, menata pedagang kaki lima, pemindahan tiang bendera utama, merelokasi patung, menghilangkan gerbang alun-alun dan menambah sarana prasarana; penataan luar alun-alun terdiri dari peninggian pedestrian menjadi 25 cm dari jalan sekelilingnya, menambah tanaman, mengganti trotoar, menambah sarana prasarana dan bebas dari papan reklame

Abstract

One important thing in supporting Reliability Building to meet safety, is building capabilities in tackling a fire hazard, set out the Fire Emergency Action Plan. Reliability Action Plan Emergency Fire is an important part of the safety aspects of a building, and it can beevaluated on the readiness of the hardware and software as well as a means of supporting the Action Plan Emergency Fire which managed the building. This research is motivated curiosity of how far the readiness of Fire Emergency Action Plan in Rusunawa UNNES and how the response, feedback or ratings by students as inhabitants of the performance systems fire prevention at this Rusunawa UNNES. Based on the results of 96 students, students' perceptions of readiness in Fire Emergency Action Plan are as follows.There are 6% found APEF Rusunawa was in the excellent category; 72% found Rusunawa APEF UNNES Semarang was in good categories; 16% found Rusunawa APEF UNNES was in quite-good category and 6% found Rusunawa UNNES APEFwas in not-good category.Suggestions needs for the manager enhance the safety aspects that form the Emergency Action PlanFire, by conducting periodic evaluation of the readiness of the system and the existing equipment.  Salah satu hal penting dalam menunjang Keandalan Bangunan Gedung untuk memenuhi aspek keselamatan, adalah kemampuan bangunan dalam menanggulangi  bahaya kebakaran dengan tersusunnya Rencana Tindak  Darurat Kebakaran.  Keandalan Rencana  Tindak Darurat  Kebakaran merupakan bagian penting dari aspek keselamatan suatu bangunan gedung, dan ini dapat dievaluasi dari kesiapan perangkat keras (Hardware) dan perangkat lunak (Software) serta sarana pendukung Rencana Tindak Darurat Kebakaran (RTDK) yang di dikelola pada bangunan gedung tersebut.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi keingintahuan seberapa jauh kesiapan  Rencana Tindak Darurat Kebakaran (RTDK) Pada Rusunawa UNNES serta bagaimana respon, tanggapan atau penilaian oleh para mahasiswa sebagai penghuninya terhadap kinerja (performance) sistem penanggulangan bahaya kebakaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 96 mahasiswa, diperoleh keterangan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kesiapan Rencana Tindak Darurat Kebakaran adalah sebagai berikut : 6% berpendapat bahwa RTDK Rusunawa ini dalam kategori sangat baik;  72% berpendapat bahwa RTDK Rusunawa UNNES Semarang dalam kategori baik; 16% berpendapat bahwa RTDK Rusunawa UNNES ini dalam kategori Cukup baik dan 6% berpendapat bahwa RTDK Rusunawa UNNES ini dalam kategori tidak baik.Saran perlunya pihak pengelola lebih meningkatkan aspek keselamatan yang berupa Rencana Tindak Darurat Kebakaran, dengan mengadakan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap kesiapan sistem maupun peralatan yang ada.

Abstract

Gresik urban area is dominated by industrial, housing, trade and services activities. The growth of activities contributes to the land use change from green open spaces into built-up areas. The impact of land use change influence the level of air pollution and CO2 gas emission in Gresik urban area. The previous study briefly shows that this urban area produces 50.37% of the total CO2 gas emissions. The production of CO2 gas emissions should be controlled to reduce the impact of climate change in urban areas such as increasing urban temperature, hydrological cycle anomaly, drought, land degradation and other social and environmental issues. The green open space can recycle the CO2 gas emissions and can increase the absorption capacity of the CO2 gas emissions (bio-capacity). The land cover change for built-up area potentially reduces the absorption of CO2 gas emissions in Gresik urban area. Therefore the identification of the land cover change on CO2 emission absorption becomes an objective of this study. The preliminary study can formulate the strategic steps in the development of Gresik urban area that supports urban greenery and adaptive effort to respond the climate change. The study is conducted in two steps. The first step is to analysis the land cover change based on the Landsat satellite imagery analysis. The second step is to measure the dynamic change of the region's ability(bio-capacity) to absorb CO2 emissions by using ecological footprint analysis. The results show that Gresik urban area has a high development of developed land to the North area, Manyar Sub District. The growth of the developed land is more converting the fishpond land. The green areas in this regiontend to be influenced by farming activities which also convert into fishpond land. Bio-capacity of CO2 gas emission absorption increases from 2003 of 3.548 gha to 5.656 gha but the comparison between bio-capacity of CO2 gas emission absorption and developed land shows the declining tendency in each year. In 2003, the comparison score is 1.59 gha/ha of developed land. In 2014, the score is declining into 1.48 gha/ha or developed land.

Abstract

to aluminum properties that make difficulty to produced good well joints.To overcome this problem,in this study,chamfer angles were used on both contact surfaces of friction welding specimens. Used chamfer angles were 15 0,30 0 45 0, 60 0 and 75 0, variation of upset load were 157 kgf, 185 kgf and 213 kgf. Specimen were friction welded with rotational speed of 1600 rpm, compressive force of 123 kgf for 120 seconds. Then porosity testing and tensile strength testing were performed. Result showed that tensile strength of friction welding joint becomes higher with decreasing of chamfer angel and increasing of upset load. Specimen with chamfer 15 0 and upset load of 213 kgf has maximum tensile strength of 140,45 MPa. Specimen with chamfer angel 75 0 and upset loading of 213 kgf has the smallest porosity of 0,21 %. Abstract

Permainan sepakbola dicirikan dengan pola aktivitas yang berubah-ubah, olahraga dengan durasi yang panjang dengan intensitas yang tinggi dan aksi yang eksplosif seperti melakukan akselarasi, deakselarasi, merubah arah, melompat, dan menjegal yang tentunya memerlukan kerja yang tinggi dari daya tubuh. Di dalam pertandingan kebutuhan energi sangat tinggi, dipenuhi dengan metabolisme aerob dan anaerob, yang mana perlu dibarengi dengan asupan nutrisi berkualitas dalam bentuk mikronutrisi khususnya asupan/pemaparan vitamin D untuk pemain agar dapat menunjang dan menjaga performa permainan dari seorang pemain, terlebih pada level sepakbola elit. Vitamin D sendiri adalah suatu prekursor hormon yang memiliki peranan penting di dalam menjaga kesehatan tulang dan fungsi imunitas. Penemuan reseptor vitamin D pada sel otot rangka manusia telah membawa para ilmuwan fisiologi otot untuk menemukan peranan penting vitamin D dalam meregulasikan sintesis protein dan fungsi otot. Pada atlit sepakbola elit, terdapat kebutuhan konstan vitamin D di dalam memaksimalkan sintesis protein untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisik dari latihan harian. Selain dari pemaparan sinar matahari vitamin D pun dapat didapatkan dari sumber makanan yang mengandung nutrisi ini (hewani dan nabati).Soccer was characterized with activity that changed periodically during the game, this sport has long duration and with high intensity dan explosive action like doing acceleration, deacceleration, changing direction, jumping, and tackling. Of course in order to doing that this sport needs high rate of physical performance of the players. In the match, energy requirements is very high, fulfill by aerob metabolism and anaerob, to help the metabolism regulation, micronutrien intake especially vitamin D intake/exposure for the players to support and maintain performance of soccer players, especially in the elite level. Vitamin D is a hormonal precursor that hold an important role to maintain bone health and imunity function. The discovery of vitamin D receptor in human skeletal’s cells made attention to Muscle Physiologyst in order to find a way how vitamin D regulated protein synsthesis and muscle function. For soccer elite athletes, there’s constant needs of vitamin D to built synthesis protein in order to support the physical requirements from daily training. Besides sunlight exposure, vitamin D can be acquired from dietary foods that contain this vitamin (animal and plant source).Soccer was characterized with activity that changed periodically during the game, this sport has long duration and with high intensity dan explosive action like doing acceleration, deacceleration, changing direction, jumping, and tackling. Abstract

When playing soccer, the main mechanism for removing heat energy from the body is the evaporation of sweat from the surface of the skin. Although this mechanism is essential in regulating body temperature, this sweating process can often lead to dehydration. Dehydration is the process of losing water in the body and is often explained as a change in body mass during acute exercise. For example, 2% water dehydration is defined as a 2% body mass deficit. Thermoregulation in sweating is the main source of loss of body mass during acute exercise / exercise, but there are other contributing factors, namely loss of water and carbon dioxide through the respiratory tract produced by the substrate oxidation pathway. To get around the state of dehydration soccer players must immediately be rehydrated. Rehydration is an important part of the recovery process, good rehydration must be done both before, and especially after exercising, if the players have a body mass deficit, they must replace it with fluids and electrolytes in preparation for training or the next match.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembangunan suatu gedung pasar penting untuk memperhatikan beberapa aspek, terutama aspek mengenai keselamatan pada bangunan. Pada bangunan pasar, penanggulangan dan pencegahan bahaya kebakaran sangatlah penting. Tujuan dari pengamatan lapangan secara langsung ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dalam studi kasus bangunan Pasar Sampangan. Kekurangan tersebut antara lain kurang jelasnya jalur evakuasi dan sirkulasi udara bersih bila terjadi kebakaran. Tetapi bahaya kebakaran pasar tersebut sudah diantisipasi oleh pengelola dengan adanya apar, pipa hidran, dan tabung pemadam api ringan di beberapa lokasi pasar. Peraturan yang dipakai adalah SKBI (Standar Konstruksi Bangunan Indonesia), SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia), NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). Bangunan yang dijadikan studi kasus adalah pasar modern 3 lantai. System penanggulangan kebakaran yang dievaluasi adalah system proteksi pasis dan system proteksi aktif pada bangunan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi system pencegahan kebakaran, didapatkan pada beberapa yang sudah memenuhi persyaratan SKBI, SNI, dan NFPA. Dari beberapa evaluasi yang ditemukan ada yang belum memenuhi persyaratan SKBI, SNI, dan NFPA, maka disarankan untuk memenuhi peraturan dan persyaratan pencegahan dan penanggulangan bahaya kebakaran pada bangunan sesuai pada peraturan yang berlaku.  Kata Kunci : Pasar Sampangan, Keselamatan bangunan, Pencegahan.

Abstract

Development of botanical gardens as a government effort to maintain the natural resource ecosystems may be affected by changes in the condition and development of social behavior in the surrounding communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the public's perception of community Sabung village towards development botanical garden in Sambas district. Data were collected by survey method by interviewing people in two villages located in the village Sabung. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling. the community is more than 3 years residing in the village Sabung. The results showed that there are differences in the perception of the botanical garden development. The public has a positive perception, and being negative about the development of botanical gardens Sambas district. However, the overall development of society agrees with Sambas district botanical gardens and take positive impact on the forest and surrounding communities. This difference in perception may be due to differences in the level of knowledge and lack of socialization by took instance on the development and benefits of botanical gardens. Abstract

Kejadian presentasi sungsang umumnya terjadi pada usia kehamilan 28 minggu masih cukup tingg. Kehamilan dengan presentasi sungsang merupakan satu dari empat indikasi utama untuk seksio sesarea di seluruh dunia. Mengurangi kejadian morbiditas dan mortalitas sebagian besar janin dengan presentasi sungsang mempunyai bahaya yang signifikan. Terdapat dua cara yang dipakai untuk mengubah presentasi bokong menjadi presentasi kepala yaitu knee chest position (posisi dada lutut) pada ibu serta moksibusi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas Moksibusi dan Posisi Knee Chest  Terhadap Keberhasilan Pemutaran Posisi Janin dengan Presentasi Sungsang Pada Kehamilan Trimester III. Desain penelitian posttest only with control design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah  ibu hamil dengan presentasi sungsang usia kehamilan pada 30-37 minggu yang berkunjung di 5 Praktik Mandiri Bidan di Surabaya dan 5 Puskesmas di Surabaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji T tidak berpasangan atau uji Mann Whitney. Hasil Moxibusi lebih efektif dari knee chest terhadap keberhasilan pemutaran posisi janin dengan presentasi sungsang pada kehamilan trimeseter III dengan p=0,000 dengan rata-rata waktu pemutaran posisi janin dengan moxibusi yaitu 11 hari sedangkan knee chest 18 hari.

Abstract

AbstractGoing concern opinion is accepted by a company represents the condition and events which arises auditor’s hesitation of the company’s going concern. Going concern audit opinion used as early warning to the user of financial statements in order to prevent mistakes on decision making. This study objective was to reinvestigate factors that influencing going concern audit opinion. The factors used on this research are auditor reputation, bankruptcy prediction, disclosure and leverage.Samples were collected with purposive sampling method and obtained 229 observation data of listed manufacture companies that meet the criteria from year 2009-2011. Logistic regression was been used for hypothesis testing. The result showed that bankruptcy prediction using Z-score model and leverage affected acceptance going concern audit opinion. The hypothesis testing also showed that auditor reputation and disclosure did not affect acceptance going concern audit opinion.
