Abstract

Di sektor kesehatan perawat merupakan garda terdepan dalam pelayanan di rumah sakit. Kinerja perawat yang kompeten terukur dari nilai-nilai profesionalisme perawat yaitu altruism, pengembangan kepribadian diri, integritas dan self compassion. Training Personality Development ini ditujukan untuk calon perawat (prospective nurses) sebagai upaya pembinaan tentang nilai-nilai profesionalitas. Dengan demikian mahasiswa keperawatan memiliki optimisme dalam pemilihan karir sebagai perawat. Pelatihan diharapkan menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan mahasiswa keperawatan antara lain: penurunan motivasi, kendala dalam .membangun komunikasi dan team work, kurangnya pemahaman akan pilihan karir yang menyebabkan penurunan semangat kuliah dan bahkan pengunduran diri. Training Personality Development adalah pelatihan yang memadukan metode training (pemutaran video, ceramah, simulasi games, personality test, konseling) dan materi training (manajemen, psikologi dan nilai-nilai islam). Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui lima tahapan program training yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan program training; penetapan tujuan training; merancang program training ; pelaksanaan program training; evaluasi dan monitoring.

Abstract

Changes that occur in the child's growth and development phase are the result of the maturation process and the learning process. There needs to be a harmonious synergy between parents and teachers to optimize children's development, psychological and physical functions of children. There are children's problems, including: independence, difficulty adapting, temper tantrums, lack of discipline, indulgence, so a program is needed to provide solutions to these problems. This community service provides solutions through the Child Development Detection Program, Counseling and Parenting in 3 kindergarten school locations in Jember. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results of the data indicate the achievement of the program. Community service is able to bridge the perceptions of parents and teachers so that synergies and effective communication are established in order to optimize children's development.

Abstract

Peluang bekerja sempit menyebabkan disabilitas memilih bekerja sebagai wirausaha. Pelatihan guna mendorong disabilitas untuk mandiri secara ekonomi dirasakan belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan disabilitas. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan disabilitas dalam berwirausaha (entrepreneurial skills). Kendala yang dialami disabilitas ketika memulai berwirausaha atau mengembangkan bisnisnya adalah tidak memiliki keterampilan wirausaha yang disebabkan tidak adanya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran, merencanakan bisnis dan manajemen produksi. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah Model Accessible Entrepreneurship Training yaitu pelatihan yang pemberian materinya sesuai kebutuhan wirausaha disabilitas, serta proses pelatihan yang mudah diakses disabilitas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa wirausaha disabilitas di Kabupaten Jember membutuhkan pelatihan yang mampu meningkatkan entrepreneurial skills yang terdiri dari Technical skills, Business management skills, dan Personal entrepreneurial skills.

Abstract

AbstractPersonality is one of the dominant factors that determine the attitudes and behavior of humans in order to arrange how to relate to others, work together effectively. Career management means for people to be able to plan his careers to improve his status and salary, ensuring the safety of jobs, and retain his competitive value in the labor market. In order to enter the world of work, the students also need to recognize the strategic function of himself, intelligent and has a competitive value. This strategic function must be framed with ethics, personality and devotion. This training is intended to make students of Nursing and Midwifery Academy of Health (STIKES) Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember have a positive mindset about the direction of his career with organizing themselves, arrange the way of thinking and doing management career. The results of the training program is increasing knowledge and understanding of students about career management and ethics work, the students are able to measure his motivation. Appreciation and enthusiasm for the process of ongoing activities, student involvement in the game, as well the interesting dialogue and as the desire for sustainable activity is a measure of the success of this training program. This program is also to establish good cooperation between STIKES Bhakti Al Qodiri and IKIP PGRI Jember which is signed in a Memorandum of Understanding. AbstrakKepribadian merupakan salah satu faktor dominan yang menentukan sikap dan perilaku manusia agar dapat mengatur bagaimana berhubungan dengan orang lain, bekerja sama secara efektif. Manajemen karir dimaksudkan agar individu mampu merencanakan karir sehingga mampu meningkatkan status dan gaji, memastikan keselamatan pekerjaan, dan mempertahan nilai kompetitif dirinya di pasar tenaga kerja. Dalam rangka memasuki dunia kerja, mahasiswa juga perlu mengenali fungsi strategis dirinya, yang cerdas dan memiliki nilai kompetitif. Fungsi strategis ini haruslah dibingkai dengan etika, kepribadian serta ketaqwaan. Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan agar mahasiswa Keperawatan dan Kebidanan Akademi Kesehatan (Stikes) Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember mempunyai mindset positif tentang arah karirnya dengan menata diri, menata cara berfikir dan melakukan manajemen karirnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program pelatihan adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang manajemen karit dan etika bekerja, mahasiswa mampu mengukur motivasi dirinya. Mahasiwa di Akademi Kesehatan (Stikes) Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember sangat apresiatif terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyakarat ini. Ini tampak pada antusiasme selama proses kegiatan berlangsung, keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam permainan ini. Serta dialog yang berlangsung sangat menarik. Program ini juga mampu menjalin kerja sama baik antara Stikes Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember dengan IKIP PGRI Jember yang ditandai dengan nota kesepakatan bersama.

Abstract

Industri mebel merupakan sektor yang perkembangannya sangat kompetitif namuncenderung fluktuatif dalam permintaan. Penyerapan tenaga kerja yang tinggi pada industrimebel menuntut upaya efisiensi agar tenaga kerja tidak menjadi beban produksi, sehinggaperusahaan meenerapkan sistem kontrak pada karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmenganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja pada karyawan tetapdengan karyawan kontrak. Penelitian dilakukan di 2 perusahaan di Jawa Timur. Tekniksampling menggunakan Cluster random sampling, sehingga diperoleh 50 karyawan tetap dan50 karyawan kontrak sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan .data melaluikuisioner, studi pendahuluan, wawancara, observasi serta kajian publikasi ilmiah. Desainpenelitian ini Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif dua sampel. Analisis menggunakanIndependent Samples T Test dengan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian membuktikanbahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja pada karyawan tetap dengankaryawan kontrak sebesar 1.820. Karyawan kontrak rata-rata memiliki kinerja lebih baik(mean 24,56) daripada karyawan tetap (mean 22,74) .

Abstract

Recruitment are steps in searching, finding, bringing in, and ensuring a number of individuals from outside and from within the company as candidates for workforce with certain privileges in accordance with the designated of the organization's human resource policies. HR placement is planned so that the organization can maximize the capabilities of the individual in order to achieve the goals of the organization's goals. In order for recruitment and placement of human resources to run better and produce candidates who are more competent and able to adapt more quickly to organizational culture, the Myers - Briggs personality test can be a solution in finding employee candidates. Through this test, the University is able to find out the personality types of employee candidates, so that Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo can find employee candidates who are in line with the organizational vision and mission, and as well as candidates who are energetic and / or willing to be active in the union.This study uses an analytical technique in the form of an interactive analysis model with the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo as the object of research, where all permanent employees who work in the office of the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo campus 1 are the samples.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine its impact Employee Engagement, work environment, organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior and intervening effect of job satisfaction at PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, Sidoarjo. This type of research in the researcher uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 142 respondents of production employees PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, Sidoarjo. Using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, with a data analysis approach using structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and analysis tool using AMOS version 24.0. The results of hypothesis concluded that the employee Engegement and organizational culture, with organizational citizenship behavior showed significant results. While the work enviroment does not significantly effect the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This quantitative study examines the relationship between Talent Management, Education Level, Work Experience, and Employee Performance in a non-profit organization, specifically UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. The research aims to determine the effect of these factors on employee performance using a sample of 50 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed with the SPSS 22 program for data analysis. The findings demonstrate that talent management positively influences performance, while education level has a negative effect. Additionally, work experience was found to positively impact employee performance. These results suggest the significance of effective talent management strategies, highlighting the role of work experience in enhancing employee performance. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge in talent management and provides valuable implications for organizations aiming to improve employee performance. Highlights: Talent Management: This study explores the positive impact of effective talent management strategies on employee performance. Education Level: The research reveals a negative relationship between education level and employee performance, emphasizing the need to consider other factors. Work Experience: The study highlights the significant positive influence of work experience on employee performance, underscoring its value in enhancing productivity.
