Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak upah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company di Sidoarjo, dengan mengisi celah pemahaman tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor ini secara individu dan kolektif mempengaruhi hasil kinerja di industri farmasi. Menggunakan teknik sampel purposif acak, penelitian ini melibatkan 120 karyawan untuk mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, tes validitas dan reliabilitas, tes F, dan pengujian hipotesis melalui tes-t. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa upah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kemampuan kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara individu, sementara bersama-sama, mereka memberikan kontribusi yang komprehensif terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Wawasan ini menekankan peran kritis strategi sumber daya manusia yang disesuaikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas tenaga kerja dalam pengaturan farmasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method using a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool which is then tested using SPSS 24 software. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed via a google form link. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Head Office of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo, totaling 363 people. The sample size in this study was 190 determined using the slovin formula. The sampling method used is non probability sampling using proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the magnitude of the contribution of work-life balance variables, employee involvement and job satisfaction affects employee performance variables by 46.7% and the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

The fundamental components in hierarchical progress are human resources as the main driver and motivation as the mindset for running the organization. The increasing competition in the workplace has driven institutions or organizations to continuously innovate in their offerings, creating products or services that benefit society. The aim of this research is to understand how the performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo is influenced by job stress, workload, and work experience both simultaneously and partially. This study employs quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis in an associative research style. Data collection was conducted using a poll distributed through Google forms. The entire population of this study consisted of 86 employees from PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo, with a sample of 55 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that employee performance is positively influenced by work stress, workload, and work experience at PT.Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Pemimpin mempunyai peran penting dalam merujuk pada kesediaan membantu tanpa mengharapkan imbalan apa pun, atas dasar sukarela. Pemimpin diharapkan tanggap terhadap segala permasalahan dalam organisasi dengan mengkomunikasikan kepaada bawahannya, pemimpin dapat menumbuhkan empati yang berimplikasi pada pemahaman kinerja pegawai. Namun aktivitas yang monoton dapat menurunkan kinerja, menimbulkan kebosanan, menurunkan loyalitas dalam kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mana yang mempunyai pengaruh lebih tinggi terhadap kinerja pemimpin, komunikasi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman bahwa kinerja dapat diseimbangkan melalui profesionalisme kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sumber data utama berupa kuesioner. Untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel penelitian digunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Terdapat lima variabel yang dianalisis yaitu Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Komunikasi (X2), Penggunaan Teknologi (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y). Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by many factors including natural resources, capital, technology and available human resources. Employees who want to improve their performance must show discipline. Workload greatly affects employee performance at work. Some of the impacts that may occur in organizations are due to workloads that are too high or too low. This situation can lead to less efficiency in the performance of tasks. In addition, it is important to strive to create a positive work environment. Organizational support is a very crucial factor for employees in an organization. The presence of such support in the organization can make a positive contribution, encouraging employees to actively strive to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, workload and organizational support on performance. Research using quantitative methods descriptive research type. Sampling in this study were 120 respondents with purposive sampling method. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaire distribution, and data analysis methods using SPSS statistical tools. The results showed that Work Discipline, Workload, and Organizational Support have a significant influence on employee performance at PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana seluruh anggota populasinya digunakan sampel semua. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diambil dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, perangkat lunak bernama SPSS V25 digunakan untuk proses analisis. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengujian asumsi standar dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji R2 dan uji t. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. (nilai t tabel >1,661), dan secara parsial tingkat pendidikan mempunyai dampak yang sangat penting dan bermanfaat, pengalaman kerja membawa manfaat yang besar bagi kinerja karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan PT Fajar Putra Plasindo dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh penempatan kerja.

Abstract

Banyak pelajar yang masih menyalahgunakan teknologi untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan, meskipun teknologi sudah maju. Ada beberapa faktor tambahan yang juga berperan dalam tingginya tingkat pengangguran di kalangan lulusan perguruan tinggi baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi digital, efikasi diri, dan motivasi kerja pada mahasiswa program studi manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. 185 orang menjawab dengan bantuan teknik non-probability sampling dan strategi purposive sampling. Setelah data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS, terlihat jelas bahwa variabel literasi digital mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan meskipun parsial terhadap kesiapan kerja. Dalam kadar yang lebih kecil, variabel Self-Efficacy mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap Kesiapan Kerja.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of organizational commitment and work engagement on employee performance, focusing on the role of office location in PT Sentosa Abadi Transport. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 employees through a questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment, work engagement, and employee performance. An optimal office location enhances these factors, suggesting that management should prioritize strategic office placement and supportive work environments to boost performance and organizational effectiveness. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the intricate interplay between knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior, individual innovation capability, and the performance of secretariat employees in the Sidoarjo Regency. The research, encompassing all 70 secretariat employees, employs a total sampling technique and utilizes Likert-scale questionnaires. Employing multiple linear regression analysis, the findings reveal that knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior, and individual innovation capability significantly influence the performance of secretariat employees in the Sidoarjo Regency. This study sheds light on the pivotal roles of collaborative knowledge sharing, motivated work behavior, and individual innovation in enhancing the overall efficiency of secretariat operations, offering valuable insights for organizational development and human resource management in a global context. Abstract

This study examines how self-efficacy, work environment, and work discipline affect job satisfaction at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Using a quantitative, descriptive approach, the research sampled 117 employees from a population of 166 through proportional random sampling. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results indicate that self-efficacy, work environment, and work discipline each have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving these factors can enhance employee satisfaction and potentially boost organizational performance. Highlight: Self-efficacy positively impacts job satisfaction.
