Abstract

The Government through the Minister of Education and Culture who is responsible for education issued Permendikbud number 23 of 2017 as a legal basis for full day school policy. Full day school has a negative impact on teachers. One of them has an impact on work discipline. With a variety of problems that occur in the field, ranging from lack of infrastructure to the behavior of students. The teacher will also experience the saturation point, coupled with the number of teacher assignments besides teaching such as administration of learning and so on. With the density of activities, many teachers carry out learning only as a routine, it happened because of the different theories with practice in implementing full day school.

Abstract

The problem in this study is related to the process of managing the curriculum and organizing the curriculum at Kapau Islamic Boarding School which has not been well planned, the level of supervision over curriculum management at Kapau Islamic Boarding School is still low. The purpose of this research is to look at curriculum management at Kapau Islamic Boarding School. This research is in the form of qualitative description. The research was conducted at the Islamic Boarding School Tarbiyah Ilamiyah Kapau Tilatang Kamang Kab. Agam. The techniques used to collect data in this study are observation, documentation, interviews. The results of the study show that Curriculum Management at Kapau Islamic Boarding School goes through a process or framework, which involves all institutional structures at Kapau Islamic Boarding School which are guided by the vision and mission of education, curriculum components, curriculum organization, curriculum implementation and control of curriculum implementation. Implementation of the curriculum at Kapau Islamic Boarding School uses two curriculum models, namely the madrasah curriculum which refers to the curriculum of the Ministry of Religion, and a special cottage curriculum for cottage lessons. The two curricula run separately in the education system at Kapau Islamic Boarding School. The madrasah curriculum is systematized, has documents and develops with reference to Islamic education curriculum standards from the Ministry of Religion, while the pondok (religious) curriculum refers to the teaching of kiyai/sheikh and does not have written curriculum documents using yellow books. So that the implementation and organization of the curriculum at Kapau Islamic Boarding School integrates one subject with another

Abstract

Based on pre - survey in field drawn that the performance of state junior high school teachers in the city of Padang is still not optimal. this suspected there is relation with training and facilities. By because that need conducted study to test the truth. This study aims to reveal the influence of training and infrastructure facilities on teacher performance in public junior high schools in Padang City. The hypotheses proposed in this study are: (1) training has an effect on teacher performance, (2) infrastructure has an effect on teacher performance, (3) training and infrastructure in a manner together influences teacher performance. The population in this study is all junior high school teachers in the city of Padang, a total of 1,099 people from 11 districts. The sample study amounted to 63 people taken with technique proportionate stratified random sampling which had previously been carried out by clusters in 1 sub-district, namely West Padang District. The research instrument used is a scale evaluation and scale model questionnaire Likert that has tested its validity and reliability. Research data analyzed with multiple linear regression technique. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) training has a significant effect on teacher performance. This can be seen from the acquisition of t-count (2.645) > t-table (1.670) other than that it has a significant value = 0.005 <0.05, (2) infrastructure has a significant effect on teacher performance. This can be seen from the acquisition of t-count (2.827) > t-table (1.670) besides that it has a significant value = 0.006 <0.05 , (3) there is a significant effect of training and infrastructure together on teacher performance with a level a significant value of 0.000 <0.050 and with an f-count value of 434.822. The level of achievement of the teacher's response to training is in the high category (89.39% of the ideal score), the infrastructure variable is in the good category (84.80% of the ideal score) and the teacher'. The findings above imply that training and infrastructure are two factors that can improve teacher performance, apart from other factors

Abstract

The fact that LKPD is still presented to students at school in the form of handouts printed by teachers is the inspiration for this research. The aim of this research is to create an E-LKPD product using the Nearpod application built on the RADEC platform. Development research using the ADDIE development model is this type of research. Research tools include questionnaires, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the elementary school level E-LKPD supported by the RADEC-based Nearpod application are classified as very valid. In the very practical field on the practicality questionnaire, both teacher response scores and student scores are very practical. The N-Gain score % test is applied to the efficacy category. So the resulting E-LKPD can be said to meet the criteria of being correct, useful and effective in improving student learning outcomes. The percentage test of the N-Gain score in the effective category is used to measure effectiveness. Therefore, it can be said that the E-LKPD implemented has fulfilled all valid, practical and effective criteria for improving student learning outcomes in science and science subjects using the Nearpod application based on radec as well as interest and enthusiasm for learning

Abstract

Media adalah mitra humas yang harus dipandang sebagai kolaborator yang saling mendukung. Untuk memenuhi tugas dan peran tersebut, dibutuhkan manajemen humas yang dapat mempengaruhi konten media sehingga dapat terhubung dengan masyarakat. Salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan media social yang menandai perkembangan teknologi diera digital saat ini. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak hubungan masyarakat terhadap konten media. Artikel  ini menggunakan metode kajian literature atau studi pustaka dengan menganalisis artikel penelitian yang terdiri dari 11 artikel nasional dan 10 artikel internasional yang relevan.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis artikel-artikel tersebut,ditemukan beberapa dampak hubungan dampak hubungan masyarakat terhadap konten media. Dampak tersebut diantaranya, (1) Membangun citra positif organisasi, (2)  Menjadikan suatu kendali dalam mengatur arus informasi, (3) menjaga hubungan yang sehat dalam organisasi. Media sosial, yang awalnya digunakan untuk komunikasi dan hiburan, kini memiliki dampak signifikan dalam berbagai industri. Sebagai platform interaktif, media sosial memungkinkan humas pemerintah berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat, tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan baru dalam menciptakan konten yang sesuai dan diminati oleh publik. Studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial oleh pemerintah masih perlu ditingkatkan, dengan fokus pada strategi humas digital.Pentingnya hubungan yang sehat antara humas dan media dalam menjaga kredibilitas dan objektivitas pemberitaan menjadi inti dari materi ini.
