Abstract

At present, a number of contemporary skills become crucial for students in learning process, especially the entrepreneurship skill. This article aimed to identify the students’ learning strategy on entrepreneurial spirit through student’s cooperation (KOPMA). This study was descriptive qualitative study that involved five student’s cooperation (KOPMA) in 4 universities. This study has resulted that KOPMA has become a media in forming entrepreneurial spirit for students. Besides, the learning strategy was carried out through: 1) dividing a time-set between academic learning and cooperation (KOPMA); and 2) bravery to take any risk in cooperation (KOPMA). This learning strategy was intended to instill and develop students’ entrepreneurial spirit. Keywords: Learning Strategy, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Salah satu syarat negara maju menurut Kementrian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia ialah memiliki jumlah wirasusaha yang bertambah tiap tahun untuk mendorong penguatan struktur ekonomi. Berasarkan data Badan Pusat Statisik (BPS), pada tahun 2018 Indonesia memliki rasio wirausaha sebesar 3.1% dari total populasi penduduk. Nilai ratio tersebut mengalami kenaikan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya namun masih tertinggal dibandingkan negara tetangga. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan ratio kewirausahaan diperlukan minat sejak dini salah satunya dengan mengenalkan wirausaha dengan bantuan teknologi atau technopreneur pada lingkungan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan sumber daya kreatif dan inovatif. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenalkan technopreneur pada mahasiswa melalui program inkubasi bisnis yang dilakukan secara daring atau online sesuai dengan kondisi new normal. Model yang digunakan pada program inkubasi bisnis ini melalui pembinaan dan pendampingan. Matrik atau pengukuran yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program inkubasi bisnis ini menggunakan komponen penilaian meliputi:(1)pemahaman materi pembinaan, (2)motivasi untuk menerapkan materi pada model bisnis dan (3)kegiatan keselurahan pelaksanaan program bisnis yag dilakukan secara daring atau online. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap peserta, didapakan 98.04% peserta menilai kegiatan program inkubasi bisnis ini bermanfaat dan memiliki minat untuk menerapkan materi pada usaha yang sedang berjalan ataupun usaha yang akan dijalankan peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Post-pandemic social change requires transformation in every element of education. Transfiguration in the structure of character education is one form of educational transformation. There are various differences and changes in the implementation of character education before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This article will present a comparison of the implementation of character education during face-to-face learning and distance learning. In the discussion, it will explore the analysis of the obstacles and challenges of character education, then propose a solution idea as a form of character education transformation. . The approach used in this research is a mix method approach with descriptive and literature review analysis. The research subjects were students, teachers, and principals at SMPN 14 Bandung. The findings of this study in conclusions; 1) there are differences in student perceptions of the implementation of character education before and after the Covid-19 pandemic; 2) the habituation-based character education process becomes a promising alternative solution as an effort to transform the character education model

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to optimize the blended learning model in building the learning independence of the Zillennial Generation. This study uses a systematic review method by summarizing the results of primary research to be analyzed and presented so that it can provide accurate, comprehensive and balanced information. The primary research results used were taken from various accredited national and international journals. This is done so that the results obtained are able to answer the research questions thoroughly and accurately. The results showed that the strategy used to develop student learning independence through blended learning was carried out through a shift in the conventional learning paradigm to a digital basis and a change from learning through a one way traffic system to a two way traffic system. Optimizing the development of learning independence through blended learning can be done with five main keys, namely live events, self-paced learning, collaboration, assessment and performance support material

Abstract

The impact of digital transformation on the shape of business operations around the world cannot be understated. Yet, the Islamic digital economy era remains in its infancy, and the challenges that it faces are still left unanswere. Nonetheless Entrepreneurship learning is still a subject that is considered difficult for students because it is considered incompatible between theory and practice. Ease of access to information technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is considered to be one of the hopes in achieving learning success, especially in entrepreneurship courses. A business opportunity made possible by the use of technology platforms and other information communication technologies is known as digital entrepreneurship. The idea of digital entrepreneurship publication, which displayed the big picture utilizing data from all countries, has not yet been thoroughly researched. This study uses bibliometric analysis to visually map all scholarly papers in the topic of digital entrepreneurship that have been indexed by Scopus. This study makes use of the analysis capabilities of Scopus programs and makes use of VOSviewer to show bibliometric networks. This study adds keywords for digital entrepreneurship to the Scopus database, which contains 335 scholarly papers published globally between 2012 and 2022. Increasing numbers of worldwide papers in the have been identified to exhibit patterns and trends based on this investigation: entreprenuership, entreprenuer, socialentrepenuership, social networking, sustainbility and digitallization.

Abstract

EMPOWERMENT OF THE CREATIVE ECONOMY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CULINARY BUSINESS NETWORK BANJARMASIN TYPICAL BANANA BREAD CAKECommunity empowerment through the development of the creative economy in the era of globalization is very crucial. This economic development is based on creativity, culture and local excellence, and is a new hope in looking at the nation's economic changes in the future. Creative economy development can be carried out in rural communities, for example in Kayuambon Village, which is located around Lembang, West Bandung Regency, where one of its main commodities is bananas. It's just that the processing of these commodities has not been maximized, so it has not provided significant additional income for the community. Based on this, this research aims to educate the public regarding the innovation of various processed foods made from bananas as the main raw material, in particular the development of a culinary business typical of Kalimantan banana bread and a strategy for developing a network of processed businesses so that they can provide additional income for the Kayuambon Community in Lembang District. The method used is action research. The results of this research, namely the development of a culinary business network for Banjarmasin typical banana bread, can improve the welfare of the people of Kayuambon Village, Lembang District.Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di era globalisasi menjadi sesuatu yang sangat krusial. Pengembangan ekonomi ini bertumpu pada kreatifitas, kebudayaan serta keunggulan lokal yang dimiliki, dan menjadi harapan baru dalam menatap perubahan ekonomi bangsa di masa mendatang. Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dapat dilakukan pada masyarakat di pedesaan, contohnya Desa Kayuambon yang berada disekitaran Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan salah satu komoditas utamanya adalah pisang. Hanya saja, pengolahan komoditas tersebut belum maksimal, sehingga belum memberi penambahan pendapatan yang signifikan bagi masyarakatnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terkait inovasi berbagai olahan makanan yang berbahan baku utama pisang, khususnya pengembangan bisnis kuliner roti pisang khas Kalimantan serta strategi pengembangan jejaring bisnis olahan tersebut sehingga dapat memberi tambahan pendapatan bagi Masyarakat Kayuambon Kecamatan Lembang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu action research. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah melaksanakan penelitian, yaitu pengembangan jejaring bisnis kuliner roti pisang khas Banjarmasin, dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Kayuambon Kecamatan Lembang.
