Abstract

The level of income in the City of Aceh Province, especially in Gampong Meurandeh is still relatively low. One reason is the use of free time for non-productive housewives. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of housewives to produce high economic value products by utilizing their free time by utilizing available natural resources, one of which is bamboo plants to be able to increase the family's economic income. The method used in the implementation of the activities carried out jointly with the mothers in Gampong meurandeh Langsa Lama Subdistrict, Langsa City is by (1) Socialization, implementation, survey and assistance programme. The current activity has been completed and has produced the superior bipesticide product of the community of Meurandeh Village. The conclusions that can be obtained from the implementation of the program are (a) The high level of participation from the community service program partners has a positive impact on the implementation of the program, seen from training and assistance in making products, (b) The program is able to produce alamai biopesticides made from bamboo leaf nanosilica so that it can improve the economy of the community and the product is environmentally friendly so that it can maintain environmental sustainability. Suggestion, (c) The high interest and enthusiasm of the community in participating in the Community Service program is expected to get special attention, so the program will continue. Keywords: Nanosilica, Bamboo Leaves, Meurandeh Village

Abstract

Cows are one of the livestock that produce meat, milk, labor and others. But lately the productivity of cattle has decreased due to changes in land and climate function and maintenance patterns that are still traditional in nature so that the intake of feed needs is not met both in quality and quantity. The purpose of this activity is to enhance the role and function of universities, BUMK, and livestock groups in accelerating and expanding adoption of livestock innovations to support livestock development through partnerships, government and private institutions. Providing training for livestock groups on the manufacture of probiotics and about the application of biotechnology for animal feed fermentation (straw) with probiotics to increase beef cattle production. Approach method is done by lecture method and field practice. Based on the results of the activity, it was found that the high level of participation of partners in the community service program the application of fermentation technology had a positive impact on the implementation of the service activities program (PKM). The implementation of the program is able to produce products that can improve beef cattle productivity so that it can improve the economy of the Alue Ie Puteh community, especially livestock farmers.

Abstract

Alue Beurawe is a village located in Langsa City, which is one of the cities affected by the Covid-19 virus. Almost all sub-districts in Langsa City have felt the negative impact of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, so various ways are needed to prevent transmission of the virus. People who are prone to exposure to the virus are people who have a history of degenerative diseases, such as cancer, cholesterol, heart disease, asthma, and so on. All degenerative diseases are caused by the immune system being unable to fight the development of viruses in the human body. Therefore it is necessary to provide vitamin intake into the body that is able to fortify itself from the spread of harmful viruses, one of which is an antioxidant. Temurui is a local plant which is known to have high antioxidant activity. This plant can be found scattered throughout Aceh Province. The majority of Acehnese people use temurui plants as a spice for cooking, included the people in Alue Beurawe Village. Based on the previous research that has been done by the team, this temurui leaves have very good potential as an antioxidant which can reduce the risk of degenerative diseases and increase immunity. The manufacture of herbal tea made from temurui leaves is an effort to take advantage of the potential of the local natural resources of Alue Beurawe village in overcoming the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus which is currently developing. Through PKM activities, it is hoped that it can increase the community's skills in processing temurui leaves into herbal medicine in the form of tea bags for private consumption as an alternative to reducing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus and can also be marketed to improve the community's economy. This PKM activity is carried out in the form of direct training with the Alue Beurawe community, especially member of PKK and unproductive housewives. After that, in this PKM activity, we hope that the community can produce herbal tea in a sustainable manner as a regional superior product`.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur di dunia pendidikan memberikan pengaruh perkembangan dari segi kenyamanan, kemudahan dalam proses pendidikan dan penelitian. Infrastruktur yang dimaksud adalah Laboratorium Program Studi Teknik Sipil Universitas Samudra, pada perencanaan pembangunan gedung ini perlu dilakukan Analisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk mengetahui nilai efisiensi besarnya anggaran dan peluang penyelesaian penjadwalan yang lebih efisien. Adapun tujuan artikel ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui besarnya anggaran biaya serta merencanakan jadwal kegiatan pekerjaan pada Perencanaan Gedung Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Tipe I Universitas Samudra. Metode yang digunakan dalam perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) menggunakan SNI 2013 dilanjutkan pembagian kegiatan pekerjaan atau pemecahan kegiatan dalam bagian yang lebih kecil dan mendetail dengan menggunakan Work Breakdown Structure sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penjadwalan kegiatan yakni Bar chart dan Network planning. Hasil dari analisis dan perhitungan menunjukan besarnya anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk Perencanaan Pembangunan Gedung Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Tipe I Universitas Samudra berdasarkan SNI 2013 adalah sebesar Rp. 21.262.560.000,00. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan Pembangunan Gedung Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Tipe I Universitas Samudra selama 30 minggu atau 180 hari terhitung dari bulan April sampai dengan November 2020.
