Abstract

Community service activity (PkM) is carried out by students of the HKBP Nommensen University Medan at SD Negeri 094135 Tigabolon. The PkM participants consist of four students who are guided by a field supervisor (DPL) assigned by the Universitas HKBP Nommensen in Medan. This PkM is carried out within one month from 02 to 28 February 2022. This PkM is carried out as an implementation of the MBKM curriculum which is being implemented in various public and private campuses throughout Indonesia. Universitas HKBP Nommensen takes part in improving the quality of education in North Sumatra and Riau through this PkM program. This PkM is carried out outside of students' school hours with the aim of helping to optimize students' abilities at SDN 094135 Tigabolon and solve the difficulties faced by students. This PkM is held every Monday-Thursday at 13.00-15.00 WIB. This technical implementation is based on the instructions of the principal and the needs of students. This PkM is carried out by students evenly to students starting from grade one to grade six. Based on the sharing session activities carried out by DPL with PkM participating students, the PkM implementation can run well. The school accepts it well and can coordinate with all teachers in the school, including the education staff. The presence of this PkM has a positive impact on students at SD Negeri 094135 Tigabolon. Learning problems experienced by students can be resolved properly, especially in reading, writing, arithmetic, and understanding literacy well. This can be seen from the benchmark of the ability of students before the implementation of this PkM program. The school is willing to accept the next PkM participants because it has a positive impact on the school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of an open-ended approach and teacher creativity on student achievement of class IV SD Negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar.This type of research is a quantitative study with a descriptive quantitative data analysis approach. The study population was 63 students of class IV SD Negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar, the study sample was 63 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, where purposive sampling is a sampling technique carried out by taking the subject not based on strata, random or regional but based on the existence of certain objectives. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). Hypothesis testing techniques using multiple regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination. The result showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the open-ended approach and teacher creativity on the learning achievement of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar. The magnitude of the influence of the open-ended approach and teacher creativity on learning achievement of social science of students of class IV SD Negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar, namely 0.099 or 9.9%, the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pendekatan open-ended dan kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar dengan jumlah 168 orang, sampel penelitian berjumlah 63 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dimana purposive sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara mengambiil subjek bukan didasarkan atas strata, random atau daerah tetapi didasarkan atas adanya tujuan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket). Tenik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi berganda, uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi . Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pendekatan open-ended dan kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar. Besar pengaruh pendekatan open-ended dan kreativitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas IV Sekolah dasar negeri 122540 Pematangsiantar yaitu 0,099 atau 9,9% selebihnya dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini. Abstract

Penerapan belajar berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis saatproses pembelajaran, mewajibkan guru melakukan penilaianjuga berbasis keterampilan berfikir kritis. Analisi butir soalberdasarkan High Order Thinking yang dilakukan oleh guruhendaknya mampu menilai ketrampilan siswa dalam berfikirkritis menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi di kelaspembelajaran bersasarkan kompetensi dasar dan indikatorpencapaian pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan denganceramah dan latihan atau praktek Pelatihan penyusunan kisi-kisidan butir soal berbasis High Order Thinking bertujuanmenambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan guru SD Negeri091316 Kabupaten Simalungun dalam menialai siswa sesuaidengan tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Sebagian besar gurumendapatkan strategi khusus dan strategi umum menyusun kisikisi dan analisis butir berbasis High Order Thinking Skill.Pelatihan merubah mind set bahwa penyusunan soal hingga penilaianyang dianggap sulit, ternyata mudah untuk dirancang.

Abstract

With the coronavirus, the activities of the community have been disrupted. So that it has an impact on the Indonesian people, especially in the world of education. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, learning in Indonesia has been held online. The purpose of carrying out teaching activities at simarhompa 177041 elementary schools is to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of third-grade elementary school students by utilizing the independent campus program with campus teaching by students. This campus teaching activity is carried out from August 9, 2021, to December 17, 2021. The schedule of activities includes assignments, the deployment of campus teaching participants, the teaching process, mentoring with field lecturers student withdrawals, and closings. After the implementation of campus teaching was completed, this program proved to be very beneficial for students and schools. Both as they study and as they program with other students, students gain a wealth of practical experience in the field. Placement schools, on the other hand, recognize that the presence of students on site is very helpful for them in terms of teaching programs, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting school administration and teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh materi pembelajaran kreatif terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IPS di SMA Gajah Mada tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan populasi seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Gajah Mada yang berjumlah 19 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Normalitas, Uji Linieritas, Uji Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji Signifikansi Regresi (Uji T), Uji Signifikansi Koefisien Regresi (Uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar kreatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi dengan persamaan Y = 26,274+ 0,798X dengan penjelasan bahwa untuk setiap kenaikan 1% bahan ajar kreatif maka hasil belajar akan meningkat sebesar 0,798. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji-t) untuk variabel X diperoleh thitung (10,345) > t-tabel (2,109) dan p-value (0,000) yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas X (pembelajaran dan materi kreatif) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat Y (hasil studi).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Teacher Teaching Skills on Interest Student Learning in Class VII Social Sciences Subjects at SMP Negeri 13 Pematang Siantar. Type the research used is field research with the nature of quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained is questionnaire data. Test instrument using The classical assumption test and hypothesis test used are the t partial test (T test), and test Coefficient of Determination. Results of inferential statistical analysis (Simple Linear Regression) obtained the statistical equation Y 24.670 + 0.367 X which can be interpreted that if the value there is an increase in the teacher's teaching skills by one unit, then the interest in learning will be increased by 0.367. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis using a partial test (t test) who get the results of the significance value for the effect of the independent variable (skills teaching) to the dependent variable (interest in learning) is 0.000 <0.005 and the value tcount 3.698 > ttable 2.008 so it can be concluded that there is an influence significant teacher's teaching skills on student learning interest in social studies subjects class VII SMP Negeri 13 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of YouTube media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is a quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The population of the study was the X IPS class students at SMA Negeri 5 Pematang Siantar with a total of 172 people. The research sample was 72 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The hypothesis-taking technique uses simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study are that there is a positive and significant influence between YouTube learning media on the economics learning outcomes of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Pematang Siantar, namely a significant value of 0.693 > 0.05. Youtube Media R2 test has an effect of 0.003 x 100%, which means that the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 0.3% and the remaining 97.7% is influenced by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah harga yang murah membuat adanya ketidaksesuaian antara harapan konsumen terhadap produk yang diterima dan terdapatnya ulasan produk dengan penilaian yang buruk yang menggambarkan kekecewaan konsumen terhadap pembelian yang dilakukan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi tiktok shop di kelurahan sukamaju pematang siantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Subjek penelitian adalah penduduk kelurahan sukamaju yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian pada aplikasi tiktok shop dengan jumlah 108 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus hair,et.al. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan kuesioner untuk melihat pengaruh harga dan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi tiktok shop. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil uji hipotesis t variabel harga diperoleh t hitung sebesar 5,319 > 1,983 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji hipotesis t variabel ulasan produk diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,869 > 1,983 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji hipotesis F diperoleh F hitung sebesar 31,959 > 0,38 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada harga dan ulasan produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,367 atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel harga dan ulasan produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 36,7%, sedangkan sisanya 63,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lainnya diluar variabel yang diteliti. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga dan ulasan produk dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian penduduk kelurahan sukamaju pematang siantar pada aplikasi tiktok shop.
