Abstract

One of the famous culinary industry brands in Pematangsiantar City is Toko Roti Ganda. The famous brand Of Toko Roti Ganda makes many visitors who have an impact on traffic jams. The phenomenon is due to the famous Toko Roti Ganda in the community makes the brand a top priority of the community compared to other brands for visitors who come. This study aims to determine the effect of brand loyalty on purchasing decisions at Toko Roti Ganda. This research was conducted on all residents of Pematangsiantar City and Simalungun Regency who have ever made purchases at the Roti Ganda. Furthermore, the results of respondents obtained from the study were 123 respondents. The research method was carried out by qualitative and quantitative. The results show that the research criteria are declared valid and reliable with the indicators met. For normality results that all research variables are normally distributed, the coefficient of determination shows that brand loyalty can explain purchasing decisions by fifty-four percent. At the same time, the rest is influenced by other factors not discussed in the study. Then the regression equation test shows a positive effect of brand loyalty on purchasing decisions and accepts the hypothesis that brand loyalty affects purchasing decisions. It means that brand loyalty for consumers greatly influences them in making purchase decisions, and brand loyalty can be a factor that can make consumers make decisions about purchases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hadirnya facebook marketplace terhadap minat beli. Populasi dari penelitian adalah warga kota Pematangsiantar dengan menggunakan cluster sampling serta waktu penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Oktober 2020 dengan jumlah responden yang diperoleh 168 orang. Hasil data kuisioner dari penelitian dinyatakan valid, data reabilitas penelitian menunjukan hasilnya realiabel, data dalam penelitian berdistribusi normal, besar kemampuan variabel bebas facebook marketplace terhadap variabel terikat minat beli sebesar 60 %. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif hadirnya facebook marketplace terhadap minat beli, karena ketika facebook marketplace meningkat kontribusinya maka minat beli juga akan meningkat

Abstract

The rapid growth of internet usage has affected several sectors of human life, not least in the transportation sector. The implications of mobilizing the use of application-based transportation (GoJek) are now a trend among people to travel from one place to another. This condition illustrates that the intensity of the use of application-based transportation will have implications for the level of user satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of price and consumer confidence to consumer satisfaction of users on the basis of application transportation. This research uses a case study model by involving students in one of the tertiary institutions in Pematang-siantar City. The number of samples in this study were 322 students obtained through non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling method. Data collection uses an online questionnaire that is distributed to all samples in the form of a link (URL). Data analysis uses SEM test models consisting of measurement models and structural models. The results of research and hypothesis testing explain that price has a significant effect on user satisfaction of application-based applications. Furthermore, consumer confidence has a significant influence on user satisfaction based on application applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study, analyze and study the competencies and performance of the board, and improve competency towards the board's performance. Research on 109 administrators of the Credit Union (CU) in the Highlands Region under the PUSKOPDIT Bekatigade. Data were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study were obtained from competence and good performance, and were positive results of competence on the management's performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang kompetensi dan kinerja pengurus, dan besarnya pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengurus. Penelitian pada 109 pengurus Credit Union (CU) Wilayah Dataran Tinggi di Bawah Naungan Pusat Koperasi Kredit (PUSKOPDIT) Bekatigade Sumatera Utara. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptip kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan kinerja sudah baik, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari kompetensi terhadap kinerja pengurus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of the high school teachers. This study uses a research design with an associative quantitative approach. Data was collected through documentation and online questionnaires. This study used a sample of 39 respondents with the determination of the sample size using the saturated sample formula. Partial least square is applied to examine the relationship between teacher performance, job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that of the seven hypotheses developed there are two accepted hypotheses, that is, for the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, it is obtained that the results of a significant effect and the influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance are also obtained significant results. Meanwhile, the other 5 hypotheses developed were not significant. Through the findings of this study, it is hoped that it can provide additional information for various parties, especially the school, to pay attention to the factors that affect teacher performance and job satisfaction, so that teachers gain comfort and confidence to continue to improve their performance in implementing learning in schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1. Untuk mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan spiritual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kinerja pegawai pada Badan Narkotika Nasional Pematangsiantar. 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Narkotika Nasional Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1. Kecerdasan spiritual, kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik. 2. Kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3. Kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan positif dengan kinerja pegawai. Kemudian baik tidaknya kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kecerdasan spiritual  dan kecerdasan emosional. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan H0 ditolak, artinya kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Abstract

As for this research problem formula is how work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar. Research Method used in this writing is library research and field research. Its population and sample is employees Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar  amount to 28 people. Considering responder amount less than 100 people to reply the questionnaires which writer propagate and availibility of writer time and also for the accuracy of result of research. In this study using  qualitative data and quantitative data, and technique of data collecting by questionnaires, interview and documentation. Then technique analyse the data use the descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive method.Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ=35,010 + 0,491X1 + 0,763X2 meaning there are positive influence work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,781. From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 61%, and the rest 39 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that work ethics and job satisfaction applied by work ethics and job satisfaction on working discipline at Kantor Pelayanan Perbebndaharaan Negara (KPPN) Pematangsiantar.an effect on to working discipline. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the fhitung (19,537) > ftabel (3,39) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Keywords: Work Ethics, Job Satisfaction,Working Discipline

Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bangun masih belum optimal dilihat dari implementasi beberapa indikator yang belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bangun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian, kepustakaan dan lapangan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah primer dan data sekunder. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 orang dan seluruhnya merupakan karyawan tetap kantor PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bangun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan linear berganda, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan H0 ditolak, artinya komunikasi interpersonal dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bangun baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To find out the description of quality control and the products quality produced at CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar. 2. To find out the implementation of quality control to improve the products quality produced at CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar.The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. The process of quality control in the production process applied by CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar is not optimal. 2. The aesthetic and conformance dimensions of the product quality produced by CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar are not optimal. 3. From the results of the histogram, irregularities or discrepancies found at the end of the QC or inspection of the final product / finished product are dominated almost 80% by 2 (two) types of non-conformity, namely the state of paint / color and the function of lights and hoses. 4. From the analysis of fishbone diagrams, it is known that the causes of irregularities are derived from raw material, human or worker factors, work methods and the environment. Keyword: Brand Image, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan komitmen sebagai variabel intervening pada SMA Swasta Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari guru tetap yang berjumlah 34 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan antara lain dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sudah baik, komitmen sudah tinggi dan kepuasan kerja guru sudah puas; 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kepemimpinan kepala terhadap komitmen dibuktikan dengan hasil regresi Z = 5,700 + 0,485X dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara komitmen terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dibuktikan dengan hasil regresi Ŷ = 16,985 + 0,877Z.  3. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan komitmen dibuktikan dengan nilai r = 0,699 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 48,8%. Hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara komitmen dengan kepuasan kerja guru dibuktikan dengan nilai r = 0,744 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 55,4%. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis  ditolak, artinya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen dengan hasil  = 5,527 ˃  dan taraf signifikan 0,000 ˂ 0,05. Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru hasil  = 6,306 ˃  dan taraf signifikan 0,000 ˂ 0,05. This study aims to determine the influence of the principal’s leadership on teacher’s job satisfaction with commitment as intervening variable at SMA Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. The population in this study consisted is permanent teacher’s amount 34 people and all of them were used as samples. Data collection was carried out among others by questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research instrument test used is the validity and reliability test. The data analysis technique cinsisted of normality test, qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the study can be concluded as follows: 1. Principal’s leadership is good, commitment is high and teacher’s job satisfaction is satisfied;2. There is a positive influence between leadership on commitment as evidenced by the regression results Z = 5,700 + 0,485X and there is a positive influence between commitmen to teacher’s job satisfaction as evidenced by the regression results Ŷ = 16,985 + 0,877Z. 3. There is a moderately high and positive relationship between the principal’s leadership and commitmen as evidenced by the value of r = 0,699 and the determination value of 48,8%. A moderately high and positive relationship between commitmen and teachers job satisfaction is evidenced by the value r = 0,744 and the determination value of 55,4%. The result of the hypothesis test  are rejected, meaning that the principal’s leadership has a positive and significant effect on commitment with the results  = 5,527 ˃  and significant level of  0,000 ˂ 0,05. Commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s job satisfaction. The result of   = 6,306 ˃  and significant level of  0,000 ˂ 0,05.
