Abstract

Sport confidence is important psychology?s aspect for  athletes to be successful in their performance. SMP/SMA Ragunan? swimmers are junior talent athletes to accelerate in sport champion. This research discuss about the role of mental training in enhancing sport confidence of SMP/SMA Ragunan?s swimmers. This is a qualitative research with pre-experiment design. The result of this research showed that mental training have actively role in enhancing sport confidence of SMP/SMA Ragunan?s swimmers. Relaxation and visualization training plays the best role in enhancing sport confidence. Based on result of this research suggest that Ragunan?s swimmers have to continue mental training until  they get positive effect in their performance. Besides, sport needs more sport psychologist in the future to give mental training and education programe in another kinds of sport.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study dealt with the use of mind mapping and concept mapping as the one technique in teaching reading comprehension. The problems of this study were to find out whether or not there was any significant difference in average scores between students’ reading comprehension achievement who (1) both had been taught using conventional technique and mind mapping technique (2) both had been taught using conventional technique and concept mapping technique (3) had been taught using mind mapping technique and concept mapping technique (4) there is any significant difference among students who were taught using mind mapping, concept mapping, and conventional technique.The population was 160 students of the tenth grade students of State Senior High School 1 of Kelapa Bangka. Cluster random sampling was used to take 80 students as the sample. True Experimental Design was used as a method of the study. In collecting the data, tests were used. Homogeneity, normality, and independent sample t test were used to analyze the data.Based on the research, the writer concluded that the mind mapping technique and concept mapping technique were more effective and better for (1) students who were taught using mind mapping than students who were taught using conventional technique, (2) students who were taught using concept mapping than students who were taught using conventional technique, (3) students who were taught using mind mapping than students who were taught using concept mapping, and (4) since there was any significant difference among mind mapping, concept mapping, and conventional techniques, the technique is suitable to be used in improving students’ reading comprehension achievement. Key words: 1. Abstract

Many cases of violence in early childhood during the Covid-19 epidemic were carried out by their own parents. This is closely related to the emotional intelligence of early childhood parents, which is a reflection of their emotional literacy. This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence of early childhood parents in Indonesia at the time of Covid-19, with a sample of 641 early childhood parents living in the capital city of Jakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on Daniel Goleman's five dimensions of emotional intelligence, namely: self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and work together. Analysis techniques used descriptive and inferential quantitative data analysis. The validity of the instruments ranged from 0.323 to 0.603 with reliability of r = 0.625 to 0.731. The results showed that most of the emotional intelligence of early childhood parents in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the sufficient category (78%). The absence of a correlation between work together with self-awareness (F = -0.026; p> 0.05), self-regulation (F = 0.005; p> 0.05), and empathy (F = 0.002; p> 0.005) indicated that parents still need to increase their self-sensitivity and empathy for their children so that they can do positive parenting during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI I BABELAN – BEKASI JAWA BARAT Ali Anwar1, Marlinda Budiningsih2, Juriana2. 1Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi. Siswa SMA 1 Babelan. Penelitian tentang pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi. Ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 60 siswa. Hasil penelitian bahwa dari dimensi pengertian tentang organ Reproduksi 78,33%, Pengetahuan tentang fungsi organ reproduksi 80 %, Pengetahuan tentang cara menjaga dan merawat organ reproduksi 98,33 %, Pengetahuan tentang resiko hubungan seks bebas 61,66 %. Dari beberapa di mensi pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada Siswa SMAN 1 Babelan, maka aspek pengetahuan tentang menjaga dan merawat organ reproduksi memiliki persentase tertinggi. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Penyusunan norma mental skills pemain sepakbola usia 14 tahun (konsentrasi, kemampuan visualilsasi dan imajeri, kontrol perilaku). Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah maka peneliti dapat merumuskan sebagai: (1) Bagaimana norma untuk pengukuran konsentrasi pemain Usia 14 tahun. (2) Bagaimana norma untuk pengukuran kemampuan visualisasi dan imajeri pemain sepakbola Usia 14 tahun. (3) Bagaimana norma untuk pengukuran kontrol perilaku pemain sepakbola Usia 14 tahun. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta, pengambilan data dilaksanakan di Liga Kompas Gramedia di Lapangan MABES POLRI, Blok M Jakarta Selatan dan stadion Bea Cukai Jakarta Timur pada tanggal 16 Desember sampai 1 Maret 2017. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah pemain Liga Kompas Gramedia Usia 14 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik insidental dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: pengisian angket mental skills yang diisi oleh pemain Liga Kompas Gramedia Usia 14 tahun. Berdasarkan perhitungan validitas diketahui bahwa 18 soal dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson diketahui keseluruhan butir berada diatas nilai kriteria (r tabel) sehingga kuesioner mental skills ini valid dengan nilai berkisar antara 0,237 dan 0,697 dengan nilai r tabel sebesar 0,138. Sedangkan 18 soal yang valid/tidak, analisa data mendapatkan nilai reliabilitas sebesar r = 0,746 artinya alat ukur tersebut cukup terpercaya dan dapat digunakan untuk menilai mental skills pemain Usia 14 karena memiliki keajegan dari waktu ke waktu. Menurut data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan: (1) Norma pengukuran mental skills aspek konsentrasi untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14 tahun sebagai berikut: kategori tinggi dengan skor 24-30, kategori sedang dengan skor 17-23, kategori rendah dengan skor 10-16. (2) Norma pengukuran mental skills aspek kemampuan visualisasi dan imajeri untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14 tahun sebagai berikut: kategori tinggi dengan skor 25-30, kategori sedang dengan skor 19-24, kategori rendah dengan skor 13-18. (3) Norma pengukuran mental skills aspek kontrol perilaku untuk pemain sepakbola usia 14 tahun sebagai berikut: kategori tinggi dengan skor 26-30, kategori sedang 21-25, kategori rendah dengan skor 16-20. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge about the sport psychology which is owned by the swimming coach in Indonesia. Data is collected at the time of Kejuaraan Renang Antar Perkumpulan Se-Indonesia (KRAPSI) held in Surabaya, East Java on December 2016. This study used incidental sampling technique with the number of 76 coaches. The instrument used in this study a questionnaire that had been tested for validity (0,360-0,756) and reliability (r=0,713). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics for each dimension of sports psychology knowledge. Results of the research about knowledge of sports psychology owned by swimming coach is the following : a) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about developmental psychology (85.53%); b) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about learning psychology (71.05%); c) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about personality psychology (73.68%); d) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about social psychology (90.79%); e) Most of the swimming coach in Indonesia have high knowledge about the psychometric (72.37%).

Abstract

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people. This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage. Abstract

Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter disiplin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesian Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil r-tabel 0,254 dan r-total 28,93 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,85. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karakter disiplin melalui sepakbola usia dini pada peserta Indonesian Junior Soccer League 2018 adalah sebagai berikut : sebanyak 148 orang tua (40%) menyatakan bahwa melalui sepakbola karakter disiplin anak sangat berkembang, sebanyak 121 orang (31%) cukup berkembang, dan 99 orang (27%) kurang berkembang terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin anak melalui sepakbola. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas latihan goal setting dan visualisasi terhadap peningkatan motivasi pemain Daksina Futsal Academy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Daksina Futsal Academy dan metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen one group dengan teknik Tes awal, Perlakuan, dan akhir (pre-test post-test). Penelitian ini diikuti oleh 30 orang sample pemain Daksina Futsal Academy. Mereka diminta menjawab butir-butir pernyataan angket penelitian tentang motivasi setelah itu mengikuti materi pelatihan goal setting dan visualisasi selama 5 sesi lalu diberikan kembali angket untuk melakukan tes akhir. Disampaikan tentang nilai rata-rata () dari hasil yang didapatkan pada tes awal 85,23 dan pada tes akhir 92,87. Dari rata-rata mengenai tes awal dan tes akhir Motivasi pemain Daksina Futsal Academy, menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil yang didapat. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh selisih rata-rata (MD) -7,63 dengan standar deviasi perbedaan (SDD) 6,80 standar error perbedaan rata-rata (SEMD) 1,29 dalam perhitungan selanjutnya diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar -6,05 dan nilai t-tabel dengan derajat kebebasan (n-1) dan taraf signifikan α = 0,05 didapat sebesar 2,045. Nilai |t-hitung| = 6,05 lebih besar dari t-tabel = 2,045. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan latihan goal setting dan visualisasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi pemain Daksina Futsal Academy. Kata Kunci: Goal Setting, Visualisasi, Motivasi. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of goal setting and visualization exercises for increasing the motivation of Daksina Futsal Academy players. This research was conducted at Daksina Futsal Academy and the method used in this study was the one group experimental method with the technique of the initial, treatment, and end (pre-test post-test). This research was followed by 30 samples of Daksina Futsal Academy players. They were asked to answer the items of the research questionnaire statement of motivation after that followed the goal setting and visualization training materials for 5 sessions then were given back the questionnaire to conduct the final test. Delivered about the average value (X ̅) of the results obtained at the initial test 85.23 and at the final test 92.87. From the average regarding the initial test and the final test Motivation Daksina Futsal Academy players, showed an increase in results obtained. From the results of data analysis obtained an average difference (MD) of -7.63 with a standard deviation of difference (SDD) 6.80 standard error of average difference (SEMD) of 1.29 in subsequent calculations obtained a t-value of -6, 05 and t-table values ​​with degrees of freedom (n-1) and a significant level α = 0.05 obtained 2.045. Value | t-count | = 6.05 is greater than t-table = 2.045. This shows that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. These results indicate that the application of goal setting and visualization exercises can increase the motivation of Daksina Futsal Academy players.
