Abstract

Cooperatives are one of the business units which purpose is to help the economy of small and medium-sized communities. One of the cooperatives in the city of Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia is KPN Kapur Warna. The routine business unit managed by KPN Kapur Warna is for savings and loans. So far, the savings and loan process is still done manually, including determining the eligibility of members to receive loans. Determination of the eligibility of members is carried out less objectively, by only looking at the profile of participants in general and the decision-making process is only carried out by one person, namely the chairman of the cooperative. The process that has been carried out so far has often resulted in wrong targets, namely providing loans to members who are not appropriate, resulting in bad credit or delays in paying monthly installments of participants. Therefore, we need a group decision support system that can help solve the above problems. In this study, a group decision support system was made using the AHP, TOPSIS and BORDA methods using five main criteria. The AHP method is used to determine the priority value for each criterion and the TOPSIS method is used to rank each alternative. Each decision maker performs the same process with the two methods, and then voting is carried out using the BORDA method of combining assessments for different decision makers. This study succeeded in providing a reference in determining the eligibility of which members are entitled to receive loans from cooperatives, with results that are more subjective and can help cooperatives in their work efficiently.

Abstract

MDM is a trade cooperative business unit that supplies healthy food options for consumers around the Andalas University campus. So far, the selection of suppliers that provide supply goods to the stores is only based on the trust between both parties, which is the principle of mutual acquaintance and kinship. The problems that may arise from a process like this are the lack of the right supplier, unavailability of goods, relatively higher product prices, late delivery, and low-quality goods. Therefore, we need a GDSS that is capable of overcoming these problems. This GDSS helps in decision-making by determining the right supplier for each of the stores owned by the MDM Cooperative. The methods used are AHP, TOPSIS, and BORDA, involving six criteria and five tested alternatives. The AHP method is used to obtain the weight of each criterion taken from the pairwise comparison matrix. The TOPSIS method is used to determine which suppliers get priority for supply goods. Combining the AHP and TOPSIS methods can reduce the weaknesses of the TOPSIS itself by giving subjective weights. The use of the BORDA method can provide maximum results in selecting this supplier. This GDSS also involves three decision-making bodies: the head of the cooperative, the deputy, and the treasurer. The results of this prototype can show the best alternative selected based on the ranking method.

Abstract

Cooperative is one form of businesses that is widely known as people concern and has a legal entity. In helping its members, the cooperative embraces familial value principle and mutual cooperation for the common social welfare. In carrying out its duties and functions, the cooperative requires an accurate and accountable recording. However, currently there are still many cooperatives performing their recording manually. Therefore, an information systems is needed in assisting the cooperative management in term of this recording. This research developed an object-oriented cooperative information systems using FAST method. Its purpose is to develop a cooperative information systems that can facilitate its  administrators in order to record the data through information systems-based, so the inaccuracy in recording, and loss of important data and archives can be avoided. Its result is a system that has been implemented into a cooperative. Hence, the information systems is developed using Java Programming language and MySQL database. From the system testing results shows that this information systems is capable in processing the accounting data associated with savings and loan transactions automatically, and produce information in the form of managerial and financial reports.

Abstract

Breastmilk Management adalah salah satu cara yang dilakukan bagi ibu-ibu pekerja atau disebut juga wanita karir untuk dapat mengatur dan mengetahui cara pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) kepada bayinya. Seorang ibu yang bekerja terkadang tidak mempunyai waktu untuk memberikan ASI secara eksklusif kepada sang bayi sehingga akhirnya memutuskan untuk menyediakan ASI perah untuk sang bayi. Kurangnya pengetahuan sang ibu tentang ASI perah seperti berapa banyak pemberian ASI atau kurang tahunya tentang masa kadaluarsa dari ASI perah tersebut dapat mengakibatkan keracunan pada bayi. Tulisan ini ingin memaparkan pembangunan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tentang manajemen ASI perah yang disebut dengan Aplikasi Breastmilk Management berbasis android. Aplikasi ini telah berhasil dibangun, harapan selanjutnya aplikasi ini dapat digunakan oleh ibu-ibu pekerja sekaligus menyusui sehingga dapat memanajemen pemberian ASI perah serta menambah pengetahuan tentang ASI perah.

Abstract

Knowledge management is an organization of knowledge held by individuals within an organization. With knowledge management,an individual knowledge can be own by organization so it can give a benefit to organization in order to enhance business competitiveness.Management and documentation of the knowledge in order to become a reference for all the employee within the organization are need a development and implementation of appropriate knowledge management system. The implementation of knowledge management system must be supported by specific features to store and organize the existing knowledge.To overcome this problem, a knowledge management system was designed in the form of a web-based programming system using PHP programming languages ​​with GTFW and MySQL Framework. Knowledge management systems are equiped with data search facilities, documentation and records of problems, information and download features from each of available documents.

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan masalah yang hampir terjadi di seluruh Negara di dunia ini. Masalah ini perlu penanganan serius untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian dan korban yang lebih banyak. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi fast help yang mampu mengirimkan titik lokasi terjadinya kecelakaan pada pihak rumah sakit terdekat sehingga pertolongan terhadap korban dapat segera diberikan. Aplikasi ini dibangun dari dua sisi yakni server berbasis web dan client berbasis android. Aplikasi ini sudah diujikan pada beberapa titik lokasi di Kota Padang Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

This study compares the Type-1 Fuzzy and Interval Type-2 Fuzzy in Decision Support System (DSS). Particular case studied in this paper deals with supplier selection for development of new product. DSS is developed to recommend a decision to provide assessment criteria on the supplier. All the type of membership functions and rules between these systems are equally applied. It is shown that  in Type-2 Fuzzy can manage the level of uncertainty in decision making. In general, both systems have a surface resemblance. The result shows that type-2 Fuzzy based decision making with a level of uncertainty is able to provide alternative decisions.

Abstract

Nowadays, the need to stay ahead of the competencies is one of the company's focus. In an effort to stay afloat in the competitive conditions, companies can perform a variety of information technology development. One of the information technologies that are currently being intensively developed is the use of Data Mining. Data Mining provides benefits to process data into useful information for a company. The main pont of the research on this journal is to establish data mining models to identify TelkomFlexi postpaid customers who have the possibility to move to another provider (churn analysis).Churn analysis is done so that the company can choose the most appropriate strategy in retaining customers. Type of data mining is used to churn analysis is classification.

Abstract

Arsitektur enterprise merupakan sebuah mekanisme yang menjamin sumber daya teknologi informasi dari organisasi agar selalu berada pada jalur strategi, dan juga menjelaskan rencana untuk membangun satu atau sekumpulan sistem. Dalam penerapan arsitektur enterprise di PT. POS Indonesia diidentifikasi ada beberapa faktor-faktor yang mengandung risiko. Abstract

Besarnya dana kegiatan untuk masing-masing Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Padang dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya proposal kegiatan yang diajukan setiap periode akademik. Oleh sebab itu, perlu diadakan proses verifikasi proposal kegiatan oleh tim bidang kemahasiswaan dan keuangan. Penentuan kelayakan proposal kegiatan untuk diangkat menjadi sebuah kegiatan haruslah memenuhi beberapa kriteria penilaian yang sudah ditentukan. Terdapat lima kriteria penilaian dengan subkriteria masing-masing. Hasil perhitungan berupa nilai total tiap proposal yang diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga status yaitu Sangat Layak, Layak dan Tidak Layak. Setelah dilakukan proses perhitungan, kemudian dilakukan verifikasi pada komponen pembiayaan yang pada akhirnya akan menentukan berapa besarnya dana yang diterima oleh setiap proposal kegiatan. Setiap Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa bisa mengajukan beberapa proposal, sehingga nanti akan dijumlahkan berapa besarnya dana yang diterima oleh masing-masing Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa.Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan nilai bobot setiap kriteria dan subkriteria dan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam proses penentuan kelayakan proposal. Berikutnya digunakan perhitungan pemberian dana dalam menentukan besarnya dana yang diterima oleh masing-masing proposal. Proses terakhir dilakukan penjumlahan total dana yang diterima oleh masing-masing unit kegiatan mahasiswa. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan AHP dan TOPSIS sebagai model sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan dana kegiatan untuk unit kegiatan mahasiswa dapat membantu tim verifikasi memberikan rekomendasi prioritas usulan yang cukup akurat dimana inputan utamanya adalah penilaian proposal kegiatan pada periode semester Genap 2012/2013 yang sudah dianggap layak baik secara teknis maupun adiministrasi.
