Abstract

The aim of this studies were determining and analyzing the internal factors influence the hedging decision of  mining sector company listed on the IDX from 2015-2018 with internal factors, such as financial distress, underinvestment and asset substitution problem. The population of this study consisted of 41 companies. Which was using purposive sampling obtained 12 sampel companies. The analys tecnique used is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analys showed there were no companies have been able to meet the average standard of internal factors during the year of this study so many companies have not been able to meet the average standard to do hedging to avoid the risk of internal hedging factors. There was one company has been able to meet the average underinvestment standard, it called the Market to Book Value (MBV) variable during the year of the research, it named namely PT. Bumi Resources Tbk. The next study can be expected to use the company’s hedging disclosure indicators outside of this studies such as external factors there were interest rates and currency exchange and measure the internal factors by adding the variables which can be used to increase the results of the study over all.

Abstract

This research aimed to recognize the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Assets Growth, Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets TurnOver (TATO) To Price To Book Value (PBV) at Food and Beverage sector was registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research using secondary data from company financial statement. The Population on this research are 33 companies. Sampling method used purposive sampling by taking 14 companies. This study used multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that DER, ROA, Assets Growth, and TATO had a positive effect an PBV, while CR has no effect.Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Growth, Price to Book Value (PBV) , Return On Assets (ROA), dan Total Assets TurnOver (TATO)

Abstract

             The aim of the study is to know the difference between the measurement of the performance of Conventional equity funds using Sharpe and Treynor Methods. The population of the study was a conventional equity funds listed in the Financial Services Authority for the year 2013-2016. The number of samples in this study were 32 conventional stock mutual funds by using purposive sampling. This study also used data Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), the net asset value of connventional equity funds and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) were taken on a monthly basis. This analysis technique using the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed a conventional equity fund performance as measured by the method Sharpe dan Treynor method showed better results than the market performance (JCI) and there is a difference between performance measurement using a conventional equity fund Sharpe and Treynor.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyzing the behavior of Palembang investors through cognitive biases and emotional biases that impacting investor’s decision making on stock transaction in the capital market. The population of the study are investors whom became partners of securities, those listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange and the securities which stand only in Palembang region. There are 50 investors as sample of this study with purposive sampling as sampling method. The type data of this study is qualitative and the resources of data in this study is primary data with distributing questionnaire. Analyzing method in this study using multivariate analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the result of this study shows that availability bias, conservatism bias, and loss aversion bias have significance effect to Palembang investor’s decision making in 2020. For future research could be able to take other samples from another big cities, as well as conducted research on the relationship between behavioral biases and financing or behavioral biases and health that including demographics and etc.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis sejalan dengan pertumbuhan teknologi yang makin pesat. Ada hubungan yang saling terkait antara pemanfaatan teknologi dengan bisnis. Begitupun dalam ranah multimedia, banyak hal yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk memajukan bisnis terutama dalam masa pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan data yang dikeluarkan LIPI terdapat sekitar 94,69% UMKM mengalami dampak negatif pandemi. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membantu UMKM di Kecamatan IB II dalam mencari peluang bisnis baru yang terkait multimedia. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, pelatihan dan diskusi.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan bagaimana mengelola teknologi dan informasi mengenai situs website desa guna menggali potensi yang ada di desa agar bisa memetakan persoalan desa sehingga dapat dimasukkan dalam pengenalan dan laporan kegiatan pembangunan desa kepada aparat desa beserta masyarakat desa Kotadaro II Kecamatan Rantau Panjang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan perlu diberikan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman aparat desa dan masyarakat dalam mengelola dan memperbaharui informasi data desa dengan melibatkan lembaga-lembaga yang ada di desa sehingga partisipasi masyarakat dalam manajemen pengelolaan website menjadi meningkat. Melalui peran serta aktif masyarakat desa maupun lembaga yang ada di desa maka diharapkan hasil pelatihan pengelolaan website akan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan tujuan pembangunan perdesaaan itu sendiri

Abstract

Saat ini dunia sedang menghadapi situasi pandemi akibat adanya wabah Corona Virus Disease2019 (COVID-19) yang berdampak mendalam terhadap berbagai sektor ekonomi terutama pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam survey yang dilakukan oleh MicroMentor terhadap 250 UMKM, tercatat bahwa 67% pendapatan UMKM menurun. Dampak Pandemi COVID-19 juga turut dirasakan oleh pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang. Data pemerintah kota Palembang mencatat bahwa ada sekitar 35 ribu UMKM yang mengalami penurunan Omzet sejak pandemi COVID-19. Memasuki era New Normalterjadi perubahan perilaku konsumen dimana hampir sebagian besar kegiatannya menggunakan pemanfaatan teknologi. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bisnis kedepan sekaligus peluang besar bagi para pelaku UMKM khususnya di Kota Palembang untuk meningkatkan kembali penjualan produk yang mengalami penuranan cukup tajam selama masa pandemi COVID-19 melalui optimalisasi strategi pemasaran digital. UMKM harus memiliki daya saing yang unggul agar dapat mempertahankan bisnisnya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjadi UMKM Unggul di era new normalini adalah dengan pemanfaatan dan pengoptimalisasian strategi pemasaran berbasis digital. Strategi pemasaran digital dapat berpengaruh hingga 78% terhadap keunggulan bersaing pelaku UMKM dalam pemasaran produk. Namun demikian, permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah tidak semua pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang yang dapat menggunakan pemasaran digital secara optimal, bahkan masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam menjalankan usahanya. Sehingga dengan pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital di era new normal bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memahami dan menerapkan serta mengoptimalisasikan strategi pemasaran digital untuk menjadi “UMKM Unggul”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect to firm value. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange which includes financial statements. This research sample uses 45 manufacturing companies, the period 2012-2016. The analysis used is a quantitative approach with panel data regression model, with estimation of fixed effect model. The findings of this study indicate that simultaneously the value of firms is influenced by investment decisions, financial decisions, and financial performance. While partially, financing decision has dominant influence from other variables, namely investment decision dan corporate performance. The conclusions of this study indicate that investment decisions and firm performance have a positive relationship to firm value, while financing decisions have a negative effect on firm value. In addition, the lag of firm value shows the long-term impact on the firm's value model.
