Abstract

Pelaksanaan perkuliahan daring pada berbagai kampus di Indonesia telah dipertegas sejak makin mewabahnya virus corona. Kuliah daring menjadi solusi untuk tetap menjalankan kegiatan belajar-mengajar di tengah masa pandemi. Namun pelaksanaan perkuliahan daring memunculkan berbagai macam opini dalam masyarakat, khususnya di kalangan pelajar. Hal ini juga menimbulkan sikap pro dan kontra dari berbagai pihak. Untuk itu dilakukan penambangan data dari twitter guna menganalisis sentimen terhadap topik “kuliah daring”. Data diklasifikasikan ke dalam 3 kelas, yaitu positif, negatif, dan netral. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik lexicon-based approach menggunakan InSet Lexicon sebagai kamus kata opini berbahasa Indonesia. Penentuan kelas sentimen untuk setiap kalimat diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan polarity score. Hasil klasifikasi dari 5811 data tweet ternyata mengandung 63.4% tweet negatif, 27.6% tweet positif, dan 8.9% tweet netral. Pengujian hasil klasifikasi dilakukan dengan metode cross-validation serta confusion matrix dengan 80% data latih dan 20% data uji memberikan nilai accuracy 79.2%, precision sebesar 72.9%, recall sebesar 62.8%, dan f-measure sebesar 67.4%.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi pada saat ini berkembang dengan cepat sehingga terjadi perubahan sistem kerja di sebuah organisasi dari sistem konvensional ke sistem yang berbasis digital. Dampak perubahan ini menjadi cara pandang yang berbeda setiap orang di dalam sebuah organisasi dalam melakukan aktivitasnya. Perubahan ini juga terjadi di dunia pemerintahan tidak terkecuali pemerintahan di level desa yang memiliki tugas dalam pelayanan administrasi desa bagi masyarakat di desa. Pengabdian IPTEK yang akan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkat desa akan pengunaan TIK dalam tata kelola informasi di desa dan mengoptimalkan fungsi manajemen tata kelola sekolah dengan mengunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sehingga kedepannya pelayanan yang diberikan dapat lebih optimal lagi. Berdasarkan survey dan Hasil studi pendahuluan, ditemukan ada beberapa permasalahan di kantor desa mitra, yaitu: Tata Kelola Manajemen Informasi Desa masih mengunakan cara tradisional(manual) sehingga dalam prosesnya membutukan waktu yang lama dan sering terjadi kesalahan. Perangkat desa tidak banyak mengetahui cara memanfaatkan TIK untuk tata kelola organisasi yang baik pada desa mitra. Kurang mendukungnya sarana prasarana untuk penerapan TIK di kantor desa Mitra. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra tersebut yaitu Kantor Desa Nyogan. Kegiatan pengabdian Pengabdian IPTEK yang akan diberikan adalah 1) Penyuluhan tentang TIK bagi perangkat desa dalam tata kelola manajemen informasi desa, 2) Rancang Bangun Sistem informasi Desa. Tujuan Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk: meningkatkan kemampuan perangkat desa dan memudahkan dalam mengelolah tata kelola informasi desa, dan dapat meningkatakan kualitas tata kelolah manajemen informasi mitra ini, 3) Memberikan bantuan 1 Unit Laptop HP untuk mendukung sarana-prasarana kantor desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diberikan dalam bentuk pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, tanya jawab, sharing ide, praktik/latihan mengenai cara mengimplementasikan dan memelihara sistem tersebut. Lokasi kegiatan pengabdian diselenggarakan di Kantor Desa Nyogan Kec. Mestong Kab. Muaro Jambi.

Abstract

In general, to make decisions in the discipline of information systems are divided into two, namely Decision Support System (DSS) and Data Informed Decision Making (DIDM). DIDM is a data-driven decision-making process taking into account previous experience, user research, and other important information. Many applications are categorized as data-informed for universities, one of which is a portal that contains data or information about various aspects of a university. There are not many known factors that influence leaders to use informed data as a tool for making decisions. This study applies the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model by adding a leadership style variable as a moderating variable. Hypothesis testing using the bootstrapping technique in this study involved a number of samples (N) of 300, testing for the two-tailed hypothesis, using a significance level of 5%. Based on the test results revealed only facilitating conditions that affect use behavior. Meanwhile, the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have no effect on behavioral intention to use the application. In addition, it was also found that the moderator variable of leadership style did not affect the relationship between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions with the intention and actual use of leaders in data informed applications to make decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan rancangan sistem pelayanan jurusan yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti terdahulu, dengan tujuan meminimalisir permasalahan pelayanan yang terjadi pada Jurusan Teknik Elektro dan Informatika Universitas Jambi. Model yang digunakan adalah incremental model, yaitu suatu model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan berulang hingga produk yang dikembangkan selesai. Dalam pengimplementasian rancangan dilakukan tiga pembagian increment, yaitu increment ke-1 persuratan, increment ke-2 indikator kinerja utama, dan increment ke-3 layanan informasi berita, pengumuman dan dokumen elektronik dimana setiap selesai melakukan implementasi maka dilakukan pengujian fungsionalitas sistem menggunakan black-box testing dengan jumlah 52 butir fungsi uji, dan diuji oleh total 5 orang tester dengan hasil pengujian 100% fungsi berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci : Pelayanan, Model Incremental, Black-box Testing. Abstrak - This research was conducted to implement the design of the department's service system that has been designed by previous researchers, with the aim of minimizing service problems that occur in the Department of Electrical and Informatics Engineering, Jambi University. The model used is the incremental model, which is a software development model that is carried out gradually and repeatedly until the product is developed. In the implementation of the design, the 1st increase in correspondence, the 2nd increase in the main performance indicators, and the 3rd increase in news information services, announcements and electronic documents were carried out where each implementation was completed, the system functionality was tested using black-box testing with a total of 52 test function items, and tested by a total of 5 examiners with the results of testing 100% of the functions running well.Keywords : Service, Incremental Model, Black-box Testing.

Abstract

The use of social media during the current pandemic is the choice of the community in expressing their thoughts, one of which is Twitter. With the hashtag feature in the Twitter application, people can find out the latest trending information. With the current pandemic condition that raises many social, political, economic problems and so on, making Twitter a place for people to express their emotions. Not long ago, the hashtag #IndonesiaTerserah became a byword in the community because it described the public's disappointment with the handling of the Corona virus (COVID-19) in Indonesia. This study aims to see how the sentiments of the Indonesian people through the hashtag #IndonesiaTerserah. The sentiments were analyzed through the sent-strength algorithm, and classified into 3 classes, namely positive, neutral, and negative. This algorithm uses the lexicon as the basis for calculating the weight of the sentiment strength. The stages carried out in this study are the data crawling stage, data preprocessing and word weighting. The results of this study obtained 236 tweet data with 41.5% neutral sentiment, 32.2% negative sentiment, and 26.3% positive sentiment. This research is expected to be a benchmark for stakeholders in making a decision.

Abstract

Pelayangan sub-district is a sub-district in Jambi City where the average income of the population is obtained from small and medium industries (IKM). The product produced is one of the typical products of the Jambi region, including crackers, batik, food, and others. Product marketing that has been carried out so far is still fixated using conventional methods. This is due to the limited knowledge of IKM managers in the Pelayangan District area in utilizing information technology to support the marketing process for the products they produce. With the use of social media and the development of video advertisements on social media, it is possible to expand market share and the resulting product sales transactions. For this reason, in order to expand market share, a community service program for the application of science and technology is carried out. Where in this service program, the development and implementation of assistance in the use of promotional media will be carried out in the form of product videos that are advertised premium on social media in order to expand market share in product sales to small and medium industries (IKM) in Pelayangan Kota District. Assistance activities will be carried out in 3 activity sessions located in Pelayangan District, namely 1 session of delivering material, ideas and ideas about product marketing through advertising services on social media and 2 sessions of making, implementing and mentoring the use of the media. The output resulting from this community service activity is an increase in community understanding and skills about promotion using social media and IKM product videos that are promoted through advertising services on social media

Abstract

In recent years, electronic commerce or e-commerce has experienced significant growth worldwide. Retail companies utilize e-commerce platforms to sell their products to customers in various countries. In this context, a good understanding of sales data and trends in the global market becomes crucial for optimizing marketing strategies and improving sales performance. Data visualization plays a vital role in transforming complex sales data into easily understandable graphs, charts, and tables. Tableau, as a popular data visualization tool, aids retail companies in creating appealing and informative dashboards, understanding global sales trends, identifying business opportunities, and making evidence-based decisions. In this research, descriptive analysis is used to provide a concise and detailed overview of sales data in the global retail industry. The visualization results using Tableau reveal that New Zealand is the country with the highest sales, the year 2014 had the highest sales, and personal care products are the most purchased items by consumers. This research provides valuable insights for retail companies to optimize their marketing strategies and make better-informed decisions based on a deeper understanding of their sales data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Pojok Statistik Virtual. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif S1 Universitas Jambi yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Pojok Statistik Virtual (POSITIV). Pojok Statistik Virtual adalah pelayanan yang dikembangkan oleh BPS Provinsi Jambi menjadi online atau virtual melalui metamesta atau metaverse. Dengan metaverse, Pojok Statistik Virtual dapat digunakan secara bersamaan dan dapat diakses secara luas melalui internet. Adanya pelayanan online Pojok Statistik Virtual yang dikembangkan oleh BPS Provinsi Jambi membuat pengunjung tidak perlu lagi membuang waktu dan tenaganya untuk datang ke Pojok Statistik di Universitas Jambi. Namun, adanya penerapan teknologi pada pelayanan pojok statistik virtual menggunakan teknologi informasi tentu berhubungan dengan penerimaan pengguna (user acceptance). Penerimaan pengguna atau lebih dikenal User Acceptance akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan implementasi Teknologi Informasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Conditions memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, adapun Behavioral Intention memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavior.

Abstract

Toast is a common and popular food all over the world. Toast is generally made from slices of bread that are toasted until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. The basic bread used varies, from white bread to whole wheat bread, and can be cut in various shapes. The toasting process is a key stage in making toast, where the pieces of bread are toasted until they reach the desired doneness. Fillings are an important element in toast, with various options such as butter, jam, cheese, chocolate and nuts. Bread ingredients such as bread, butter, canned milk, etc. are a problem. If one of these ingredients is not met then production in the bakery business will be hampered. Therefore, to find out what variables hinder optimal value in the bakery business, mathematical modeling can be created using the simplex linear method program.

Abstract

This article aims to optimize the profit of seblak business through the application of Simplex method in linear program. Seblak is a popular business today with a wide variety of toppings such as meatballs, sausages, noodles, feet and many more, but efficient production planning and resource allocation can be challenging. In calculating this profit optimization, we use the Simplex method to identify production combinations that can generate maximum profit by considering various constraints related to raw materials, processing time, production costs to product selling prices. The result is expected to help seblak business owners in making smarter decisions regarding production, inventory, and pricing strategies, thus improving their business profitability.
