Abstract

Plants have a variety of function one of them as a medicine. Ageratum conyzoides L. plant efficacious as antimicrobial. This study aims to determine the effectiveness the leaf juice of Ageratum conyzoides L. on the growth of Trichophyton rubrum fungus. This research was conducted invitro using dilution method and hole method, and using Randomized Complete Design with three repetitions. The results will be analyzed using Anova Test, followed by Duncan test. Based on the results of analysis it is known that the leaf juice of Ageratum conyzoides L has the inhibitory power to the growth of Trichophyton rubrum. Minimum constraint concentration (KHM) of Ageratum conyzoides L leaf extract on Trichophyton rubrum growth was present at concentration of 40% with mean diameter of 1.61 cm resistance zone. So it can be concluded that the leaf juice of Ageratum conyzoides L is effective against Trichophyton rubrum growth, because it can inhibit its growth.Keywords: Ageratum conyzoides L., effectiveness, MIC, Trichophyton rubrum

Abstract

Aplikasi pengolahan dan pengarsipan data ini dibuat untuk menunjang agar pembuatan, pengarsipan, pencetakan, penyimpanan data dan laporan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan waktu yang singkat serta akurat dan lengkap. Aplikasi pengolahan dan pengarsipan data ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Java NetBeans dan database MySQL.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian terapan. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan teori pengembangan software SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).Aliran data dan perancangan aplikasi pengolahan dan pengarsipan data ini menggunakan Diagram Konteks dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Aplikasi pengolahan dan pengarsipan data ini dapat membantu dalam mempermudah pembuatan dan pengarsipan data diri, SK dan surat keterangan gaji di Fakultas Teknik Unlam Banjarmasin-Banjarbaru. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Fakultas Teknik Unlam Banjarmasin-Banjarbaru, Java NetBeans, MySQL

Abstract

The aims of this research were to know : (1) The influence of CSR variables (employee, environment, community) as independent varables either partially or simultaneously towards Return on Assets (2) The influence of CSR variables(employee, environment, community) as independent varables either partially or simultaneously towards Tobin’s Q. The method of this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample were taken from Corporate’s data on IDX through annual report and financial information from financial reports for manufacturers, developers, and miners (just typically pure trading corporates were not included) in the period 2010 to 2012 with the purposive sampling method. There were 95 of the companies that met the criteria and were accumulated for three years, so total of samples became 285 samples. The result of research showed that all of CSR variables gave positive significant influence simultaneously towards the dependent variables of ROA and Tobin’s Q. Partially, the variables of employees and community were positively significant influencing the dependent variable of ROA, and only employees as the independent variable had positive influence towards Tobin’s Q

Abstract

In line with the growing trend of online shopping with all the conveniences offered, the ability to manage finances also needs to be improved so that excessive consumptive behavior does not occur. In addition, the importance of understanding about financial capability is very important for the younger generation, especially students who will later face the world of work which requires them to be able to manage their finances independently and efficiently. Therefore, this educational activity is intended to provide insight for students in planning their financial management. This activity is attended by 80 online participants. This activity does not only focus on the provision of materials but also the practice of financial management. Based on the results of the pre-test, it was found that most of the participants still did not understand the importance of being able to manage their finances. Then, from the post-test results, it was found that after participating in this activity, the participants were able to understand more about financial management. By attending this activity, it is hoped that participants will have a better understanding of financial capability and be able to apply the knowledge they have gained in managing their finances in their daily lives.

Abstract

The large number of various types of food from other regions makes local food threatened, not to mention the traditional food from other regions in Indonesia which is no less delicious. Many types of food that we used to be able to enjoy are now getting hard to find and the younger generation now don't even know about this type of food. Serious efforts are needed from the government, universities and from the community itself to preserve the local specialties. In order to preserve and develop the regional food, the STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin lecturer team took the time to visit the Hulu Sungai Tengah area, precisely in Barabai City, which is about 150 km away, to do community service by sharing knowledge about entrepreneurship and marketing. The STIE Indonesia Banjarmasin lecturer team conducted a preliminary survey to find out the needs and problems faced by the traders, and continued with brainstorming about the marketing problems they face in the field. Abstract

Until October 2, 2021, the total number of cases of Covid-19 confirmation in the world is 234.110,530 cases with 4,788,697 deaths (Case Fatality Rate 2.0%) in 204 infected countries and 151 Transmission Countries communities. Government The Republic of Indonesia has reported 4,218,142 confirmed people positive for COVID-19 and there were 142,115 deaths (CFR: 3.4 %) related to COVID-19 reported and 4,042,215 patients have healed from the disease. Since Covid-19 was declared a pandemic, various efforts have been conducted by the government with Support cross-sectoral, as efforts increase knowledge power health in the environment Association House Islamic Hospital Nahdlatul Ulama, ARSINU together LETTERA Foundation organizes support workshop enhancement readiness and Nahdlatul Hospital response Ulama (NU) against Covid-19 and disease infectious new others, workshops held online and off this line followed by 183 participants held at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital Workshop involving 5 houses sick in ARSINU 's shade grabbed enthusiastically by participants, workshops held with this hybrid method increase participants ' knowledge go on by 20%, expected through this workshop whole power health capable give good contribution on implementation daily officer power health walk right his job in giving service to patient covid 19 and capable control self for infected Covid-19.

Abstract

Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver. In chronic hepatitis, inflammation of the heart lasts for at least 6 months. Several incidences of disease in hepatitis require good and simultaneous treatment. To increase public knowledge regarding hepatitis, a webinar was held "What and How is Chronic Hepatitis and Diabetes Mellitus in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic". The implementation of this community service was carried out at the Surabaya Ahmad Yani Islamic Hospital, in June-October 2022. This community service was carried out through webinar activities which were attended by 156 participants, followed by patients and non-patients which were packaged in an attractive manner in order to provide clearer information related to hepatitis and diabetes mellitus so that they are more aware and alert. The results of the webinar related to the explanation of chronic hepatitis and diabetes mellitus during the covid-19 pandemic have gone well. Evaluation of respondents' knowledge when participating in webinar activities has increased. Respondents have good knowledge regarding chronic hepatitis, transmission media for chronic hepatitis, how to prevent it, symptoms of diabetes mellitus, clean and healthy living behavior for diabetes mellitus prevention, and a good diet. Webinars held packed with interesting with webinar media you can increase the knowledge participant go on by 12%, expected through education carried out by the YouTube channel could realize a society that is more aware and care about the incidence of chronic hepatitis and diabetes mellitus. This community service activity is expected to be presented periodically with other disease topics to increase public knowledge and understanding regarding diseases, their causes, methods of prevention and treatment.

Abstract

The Research on solution of the neutron diffusion equation in a cylindrical Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) with recycled uranium fuel. The research aims to obtain the distribution of neutron flux in a cylindrical Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) using recycled uranium fuel. The method was carried out by means of simulations using the C++ programming language including determining the specifications of the reactor core, determining cell geometry and volume fraction, determining atomic density, calculating macroscopic cross-sections with the PIJ module, and calculating the neutron diffusion equation. After obtaining the solution of the neutron diffusion equation, calculations were carried out on ¼ part of the reactor core with a cylindrical cell geometry defined by IGT=3 on SRAC. The results obtained in this study are that the diffusion equation without a source of distribution of the highest neutron flux is in group 1 of 1.1681 × 10-10, the diffusion equation with a fission source of the highest distribution of neutron flux is in group 3 of 4.6009 × 10 -8, the diffusion equation with fission sources and the scattering distribution of the highest neutron flux is in group 3 with the division time of 1.1681 × 10-10, the diffusion equation with fission sources changes the power of 3,000 MW the highest distribution of neutron flux is in the group 3. The highest group has more neutron flux and changes in power do not affect the value of the neutron flux.

Abstract

The Research on solution of the neutron diffusion equation with a PWR reactor using recycled uranium fuel at 1⁄6 section of the reactor core with a hexagonal IGT-6 geometry. The purpose of this research is to determine the distribution of the neutron flux in the PWR of recycled uranium fuel. The solution is done by computational simulation using the Dev-C++ programming. The parameters used in this study determine the specifications of the reactor core, determine the volume fraction, determine the atomic density, calculate the macroscopic cross-section with the PIJ module, calculate the neutron diffusion equation, calculate ϕ (x,y) using the Gauss Seidel method. The results obtained in this study are the neutron diffusion equation without a source obtaining the highest relative neutron flux value in group 1 of 4,5729×〖10〗^(-2), with a fission source obtaining the highest relative neutron flux value in group 3 of 7,3327×〖10〗^(-4), with fission and scattering sources obtaining the highest relative neutron flux value found in group 2 of 1,5157×〖10〗^(-3), and 3,200 MW of power is added to the source fission, the value of the neutron flux does not change. This is because the addition of power does not affect the value of the neutron flux.
