The study of the Analysis on Need of Maritime Edupreneurship Program at Politeknik Maritim Negeri Indonesia (Polimarin) started from the hope that the young generation as well as the workforce in the maritime field had to have entrepreneurial spirit and from the hope to create edupreneurship at Polimarin. By considering the level of study in Polimarin, it will be difficult to built business spirit in every academic force in Polimarin, because D3 Program has only 3 years length of study. The method applied in taking research data was interviews to respondents in various forum, ie: in-depth interviews and focused group discussions. This study sought and found conditions for entrepreneurial behavior from all lines of Polimarin academics as well as the conditions of entrepreneurship learning conducted at Polimarin. Respondents in this study were students, lecturers, stakeholders, Polimarin’s alumni and Director of Polimarin. The results obtained are: Polimarin educators have the opportunity and potential to create and innovate, Polimarin’s students need practical entrepreneurship courses, entrepreneurial spirit needs to be grown in every line, both from top management, from education staff, educators and students at Polimarin’s environment and there is a need of to build maritime edupreneur program in Polimarin in systematic ways.

Penelitian mengenai “Studi kebutuhan Asosiasi Perempuan Pelaut di Indonesia” ini berangkat dari masalah adanya kenyataan bahwa hak perempuan pelaut tidak mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah. Tentunya dengan tidak mendapatkannya dukungan tersebut, perempuan yang kemudian bersatu dalam wadah organisasi akan ‘mengurus dengan benar dirinya sehingga perempuan pelaut memeroleh status yang kuat dalam profesinya sebagai pelaut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui gambaran ‘perkembangan asosiasi perempuan pelaut di Indonesia dan ingin mengetahui urgensi kebutuhan perempuan pelaut di Indonesia akan adanya asosiasi untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan perempuan pelaut Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskripsi analitis melalui penggambaran obyek penelitian untuk dianalisa dan dicari model pengembangan atas obyek penelitian. Metode ini bisa dipakai untuk diterapkan dalam penelitian tentang evaluasi organisasi sekaligus mengenai perubahan organisasi. Populasinya adalah semua perempuan pelaut di Indonesia. Sementara cara penentuan sampel yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa organisasi perempuan pelaut tidak diurus dengan benar, terbukti dari pengurus dan anggotanya yang tidak mendukung kegiatan dan hidupnya organisasi, hingga tidak adanya visi, misi dan tujuan dari organisasi serta kontinuitas kegiatan organisasi. Organisasi sementara ini masih dinilai sebagai tempat untuk saling berkomunikasi saja dan informasi yang ada juga tidak sangat memiliki arti yang signifikan dengan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan posisi perempuan pelaut di dunia maritim. Saran yang disampaikan adalah perlunya penguatan asosiasi dalam hal kemampuan bargaining position dengan pemerintah atau pihak lain dan perlunya membuka diri dan berjejaring dengan lembaga terkait.

Dalam bekerja sebagaimana mestinya menggunakan alat proteksi diri agar tercipta keamanan dan kenyamanan, juga kesehatan bagi si pemakai yaitu pekerjanya sendiri. Alat proteksi diri yang dipakai harus memenuhi standart Bagian tubuh yang harus diperhatikan adalah kesehatan pernafasan, yang bisa mengakibatkan penyakit ISPA ( Infexi Saluran Pernafasan Akut ), yang apabila tidak terdeteksi dari awal dapat menimbulkan gejala kronis dan menetap yang akan mengganggu kinerja dari karyawan. Untuk mencegah terjadinya ISPA maka pemakaian alat proteksi diri sangat dianjurkan pada perusahaan bidang kimia. Penelitian mengenai seberapa besar pemakaian alat proteksi diri (APD) dapat menurunkan penyakit ISPA ini dilakukan terhadap para crew kapal kimia yang ada di Jawa Tengah dengan jumlah responden sejumlah 30 orang. Penelitian uji pengaruh ini menguji hipotesa dengan product moment. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan analisis pengaruh pemakaian alat proteksi diri terhadap angka kejadian ISPA karyawan di perusahaan kapal kimia di Jawa Tengah, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Ada pengaruh pemakaian alat proteksi diri terhadap angka kejadian ISPA karyawan di perusahaan kapal kimia di Jawa Tengah dan 2) Pengaruh pemakaian alat proteksi diri terhadap angka kejadian ISPA karyawan di perusahaan kapal kimia di Jawa Tengah sebesar 58% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41% disebabkan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian.

Leadership is the main point of the development of an organization. Leadership is not only obtained from talent or charismatic nature, but can be obtained by mastering theoretical concepts and training in cultivating leadership. The availability of information, literacy and knowledge about the concept of leadership, as well as case studies of the implementation of leadership in organizations need to be improved, in order to foster a spirit of leadership and open up insight into leadership methods in organizational containers in Kemujang Village, Karimunjawa District, Kab. Jepara. The objectives of the community service activity to increasing knowledge about the principles of management and organizational leadership in Kemujang Village, increasing effectiveness in organizational management so that administrators are able to accommodate activities optimally and increase reference and literacy in the concept of organizational leadership and management. The methods used are presentations/lectures, discussions and case studies to discuss among the participants, as well as training in building leadership, organizational personality, understanding the roles, goals and functions of organizations and caring attitudes towards the community environment. The results of the basic leadership training services carried out by the service team can provide useful knowledge for participants who take part. So that it can be implemented in developing a qualified organization with various programs.

This study aimed to identify the use of educational technology in supporting the education of the next generation who want to improve the quality and equity of learning outcomes. The researcher carried out a series of data collection at one of the tertiary institutions, namely the Indonesian state maritime polytechnic. The researcher obtained the needed data through the location observation interview approach and documentation. Next, it analyze uding a phenomenological approach. The secondary and primary data coding was checked, organized, organized, and finally interpreted to get relevant and valid conclusions to answer this study's problems. After a series of analyses and discussion of data, this study concludes that there were several use for technology to support activities and accelerate learning at the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic, including that technology has become a core in learning because the power of innovation and revolution provides equity learning result in student learning. These various features and technology platforms enabled very effective and innovative learning, such as in efforts to develop the quality of lecturers with a variety of choices for learning or artificial intelligence to enable learning to occur more autonomously and accelerate training models and other classroom exercises. Pengenalan teknologi otonom (autonomous technology) telah membawa dampak besar dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk industri perkapalan. Dalam hal ini, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan edukasi tentang konsep dan manfaat kapal otonom kepada siswa-siswa SMA 14 Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk webinar yang menghadirkan tenaga ahli seperti dosen dan atau praktisi di bidang kapal otonom (autonomous vessel) otonom sebagai pembicara. Peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang teknologi otonom (autonomous technology) dan mengajukan pertanyaan terkait topik ini. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi masa depan yang semakin terhubung dengan teknologi.

This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the fish farming group in Beji Village, Semarang Regency, regarding the operational technicalities of pellet printing machines to empower village communities. The method used in this service was training, which included lectures, questions and answers, and direct practice in making fish food pellets with material provided to participants, including knowledge of tool operation, tool components, and troubleshooting on tools. This service partner was a fish farming group in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, to improve the community's economic level around the new campus of the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic in Ngobo sub-district, which borders Beji sub-district. This service evaluation instrument used an assessment of the training participants by practicing operating, disassembling, and installing spare parts for the fish pellet printing machine themselves. The results of this service showed that most members of the fish farming group in Beji sub-district could operate the fish pellet press and care for it well. Apart from that, the quality and quantity of catfish feed increased because the the fish farming group had been able to produce fish feed independently.
