Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to explore factors affecting knowledge sharing behaviour of workers in the minimarket’s organization in West Java. Knowledge sharing behaviour is the degree to which knowledge worker actuallyshares knowledge with other members of his/her organization. Based on the theory of planned behaviour, we tried to explore determinants of knowledge sharing in minimarket setting. Structural interview was then use to get the factors thatpromote knowledge sharing. This research identified behavioral and psycho-sociotechnological determinants as enablers of knowledge sharing activity.Keywords: knowledge sharing, behavioral, psycho-socio-technological, minimarket

Abstract

Lulusan perguruan tinggi memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dipersiapkan menjadi wirausahawan yang unggul, yang tidak hanya akan memandirikan dirinya secara ekonomi kelak, tetapi juga turut mengembangkan potensi ekonomi daerah yang pada gilirannya menjadi akan berdampak positif bagi perekonomian negara. Untuk mampu membentuk lulusan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki jiwa dan keterampilan kewirausahaan, perguruan tinggi telah memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan dengan berbagai program seperti Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha dan Kompetisi Bisnis Mahasiswa Indonesia. Pentingnya pengembangan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi, melatarbelakangi program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang kewirausahaan ini yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi masalah penyelenggara program kewirausahaan, dan (2) mengidentidikasi masalah yang diha-dapi tenan kewirausahaan. Penghimpunan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui obeservasi dan analisis kata-kata lisan dari obyek yang diamati. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu penyelenggara program kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi dalam emnentukan strategi untuk mencapai keberhasilan tujuan programnya. Abstract

This article describes the process and results of Community Service (PKM) activities carried out by the Bandung State Polytechnic in partnership with the Mekarsari Gambung Tourism Village, Bandung Regency manager. The PKM activity was carried out to solve governance problems and human resource problems faced by the Mekarsari Gambung Tourism Village. The Governance Plan document is prepared to serve as a guide for local tourism managers to increase the potential of tourist attractions and the competence of human resources in tourist villages. Furthermore, technical guidance (Bimtek) for the development of tourist attraction businesses is carried out to increase the capacity of the expertise and knowledge of the Mekarsari Gambung Tourism Village managers and the surrounding community so that they can be applied in efforts to develop the potential of tourism villages.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Orazio Multiusaha Indonesia adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang fashion wanita dengan produk gamis dan jilbab. Kegiatan operasional Orazio Multiusaha Indonesia dilaksanakan di tiga tempat, yaitu kantor pemasaran yang terletak di Cicaheum, dan gudang yang terletak di Sumbersari dan Soreang. Hal ini menyebabkan pengelolaan dan pengawasan dari setiap kegiatan kurang terpantau, informasi kurang jelas dan komunikasi belum efektif. Permasalahan-permasalahan ini diakibatkan karena Orazio belum memiliki prosedur kerja tertulis sehingga setiap kegiatan dilakukan hanya berdasarkan ingatan para karyawannya. Akibatnya ada langkah kerja yang terlewatkan dan terjadi kesalahan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat SOP pengendalian stok dan penjualan produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah SOP pengendalian stok dan penjualan produk. SOP pengendalian stok terdiri dari tiga SOP, yaitu SOP pengadaan barang, SOP penerimaan barang, dan SOP pengeluaran barang. SOP penjualan produk terdiri dari dua SOP, yaitu SOP penjualan produk secara COD dan SOP penjualan produk secara transfer. Kata kunci Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), UMKM, Pengendalian Persediaan, Penjualan Produk ABSTRACT Orazio Multiusaha Indonesia is an MSME engaged in women's fashion with robes and headscarves. Orazio Multiusaha Indonesia's operational activities are carried out in three places, the marketing office located in Cicaheum, and warehouses located in Sumbersari and Soreang. This causes poorly monitored management and supervision, unclear information, and ineffective communication. These problems are caused because Orazio does not have written work procedures yet so that every activity is carried out only based on the memories of its employees. As a result, there are missed work steps and errors occur in the implementation of activities. The purpose of this research is to make SOP for stock control and product sales. The result of this research is the SOP of stock control and product selling. The stock control SOP consists of three SOPs, namely SOP for procurement of goods, SOP for receiving goods, and SOP for releasing goods. The product selling SOP consists of two SOPs, namely SOP for product selling by COD and SOP for product selling by transfer. Abstract

Display produk UMKM merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang terdapat di Rumah BUMN Bandung yang digunakan sebagai wadah UMKM untuk memamerkan produk unggulannya. Kondisi riil pada survei di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM binaan, khususnya UMKM binaan baru, yang ingin memajangkan produknya di display Rumah BUMN Bandung, tidak mengetahui tata cara mendaftarkan produknya. Display juga sering dibiarkan berdebu dan baru dibersihkan ketika ada kunjungan dari pimpinan pusat, sehingga mengakibatkan petugas kewalahan. Selain itu, penyampaian informasi antar pegawai mengenai display produk tidak tersampaikan dengan baik dikarenakan sumber daya manusia yang digunakan merupakan mahasiswa magang yang silih berganti sehingga sering menimbulkan miss communication. Kendala ini terjadi karena tidak ada panduan yang mengatur kegiatan pada bagian display produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat SOP pendaftaran, penataan dan perawatan, serta alur kerja utama pada display produk UMKM di Rumah BUMN Bandung. Informasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan SOP merupakan hasil wawancara dengan koordinator Rumah BUMN Bandung serta UMKM dan observasi selama melakukan kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa SOP pendaftaran display produk, SOP perawatan dan penataan display produk, serta SOP alur kerja utama pada display produk.

Abstract

Recruitment and selection processes Project planning and smart hiring are two things needed to obtain quality employees, namely employees who are smart, skilled, have competence, can work, are creative, and have high morality. However, in its implementation, the recruitment and selection process at PT Ebiz Prima Nusa has not been carried out effectively. Such as the absence of references, guidelines, or standardization when recruitment and selection are carried out. Based on this phenomenon, a project was developed to create media that can provide complete information in the form of a digital booklet regarding the recruitment and selection process at PT Ebiz Prima Nusa. The digital booklet created aims to serve as a guideline, direction, and reference for recruitment and selection activities. This project was made with qualitative methods for collecting data and processed with the interactive model method. The project design was carried out with the help of the Canva and Anyflip platforms so that the digital booklet could be created. The design stage is divided into three stages: pre-project implementation, project implementation, and post-project implementation. In the pre-project implementation stage, problem identification, a literature review, and needs interviews were conducted. Furthermore, the project implementation stage is also carried out in stages, starting with planning, information processing, searching for a digital booklet platform, design, development, testing, revision conducted by interviews with experts or lecturers, Forum Group Discussions (FGD) with employees who have been accepted at the testing stage, and interviews with HR, then ending with the publication stage. The last stage is post-implementation, which involves reviewing the impact of the project through a final interview. The final result of this project is a digital booklet that will be used as a guideline, direction, and reference for recruitment and selection activities at PT Ebiz Prima Nusa.
