Abstract

We know the lecturer workforce turnover for a university has considerable trouble. The lecturers' rapid turnover will influence the teaching process's stability. To shorten the lecturer workforce's turnover, the university desires to have an effort to enhance the quality of the lecturers' work-life. This research decides to create life's variables, which is a variables aspect for Maranatha Christian University lecturers to resign from their jobs. Using a survey method to get the data, it distributed questionnaires to 150 lecturers from Maranatha Christian University. The data collected were treated using Amos 22 software. The supervision style and job satisfaction variables' correlation results showed 5.33 and the relationship between salary allowances and supervision style showed a precise result. The conclusion obtained for Maranatha Christian University's lecturers, the quality of work-life, appears not instantly to touch lecturers' desire to move their jobs. However, the supervision and calculation of allowance salaries directly affect job satisfaction, although this relationship realistic presently affects lecturers to drop their jobs. The purpose of this research is to provide information for Maranatha Christian University. This research aims to scale down the lecturers' workforce turnover by increasing the quality work of life variables.

Abstract

The social media revolution has completely changed consumer behavior as well as the Internet. A marketing strategy which reaches consumers through internet usage channels, mobile devices, search engines, and social media in the broadband Internet corridor is needed by businessmen nowadays. This marketing strategy so-called digital marketing is required to compete for customers in the 21st century. Specifically in this community dedication project, we deliver a webinar to educate villagers from Desa Cibodas about digital marketing skills to create business opportunities by utilizing digital platforms. Additionally, this webinar is a part of Digital Village program which is a joint cooperation between Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat and Asosiasi Pendidikan Tinggi Informatika dan Komputer (APTIKOM). Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia since March 2020, especially with the entry of the Delta variant in mid-2021, creates extraordinary challenges for all business people. Culinary businesses have started implementing sales with the concept of e-commerce through marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and BukaLapak, as well as selling directly via Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram or other social communication media. This study examines the factors in online promotion through Digital Marketing techniques specifically through Instagram that influence online culinary purchasing decisions since the Covid-19 pandemic. Primary data collection performed through online questionnaires and received 106 responses, the results of which were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables were valid and reliable. Multiple linear regression analysis for 5 models with the dependent variable being the type of Instagram post content with an alpha of 0.005 shows that there are 4 significant models and 1 insignificant model in the simultaneous effects on the dependent variable studied. The significant models are for Single-Post, Carousel Post, Reels, and Video, with the best R square in the Video independent variable model. The model with the dependent variable story that is not significant.

Abstract

The need for a computer-based system for Chinese language course institutions that still carry out the payment administration process manually, by writing payment details on receipts and student payment cards. The manual system makes the payment process longer and less efficient and requires more time to make financial reports. The problem is how to make the payment process more manageable, practical, efficient, and well-controlled. The computer-based payment management information system will solve this problem. In addition, there are additional benefits, good data management of students, and more detailed financial statements than manually. This research is develop a course payment system for the controlled management of student finances. The purpose is to prevent financial abuse and financial reporting more efficiently and accurately. The software engineering method used is Waterfall with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) development model which is able to build the system in stages. It is hoped that with this system new student registration, payment processes and financial reports will be better for this course institution.The MandarinPro Course Payment System has been tested and used by Feng Huang Mandarin Course Bali to support student registration, course payments and financial reports. This system can be applied to similar courses.

Abstract

Tantangan Bebras merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang memperkenalkan computational thinking dan informatika kepada siswa sekolah. Bebras Indonesia melalui setiap mitra biro Bebras di seluruh Indonesia menyelenggarakan Tantangan Bebras setiap tahunnya yaitu pada minggu kedua bulan November. Biro Bebras Maranatha juga mempersiapkan guru-guru yang berada di bawah naungan Biro Bebras Maranatha dalam kegiatan pelatihan pada 7 Oktober 2022 secara hybrid dan technical meeting pada 28 Oktober 2022. Pelatihan untuk tahun 2022 dimulai dengan kuis soal-soal Bebras yang diambil dari soal-soal dalam Tantangan Bebras tahun-tahun sebelumnya untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman guru dalam computational thinking. Kegiatan pelatihan dilanjutkan dengan pembahasan soal kuis melalui diskusi, penyampaian konsep computational thinking, serta pendaftaran dan persiapan siswa untuk Tantangan Bebras 2022. Pada akhir sesi pelatihan, guru-guru peserta mengisi kuesioner untuk mengetahui sejauh mana persiapan yang sudah dilakukan untuk Tantangan Bebras 2022. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan secara hybrid diikuti oleh 52 guru perwakilan sekolah. Dari 52 guru yang mengikuti kuis, nilai kuis berkisar antara 0 sampai 80 di mana rata-rata nilai adalah 35. Sebanyak 79% dari guru-guru yang mengikuti pelatihan ini sudah pernah mengikuti workshop Bebras di tahun-tahun sebelumnya dan 69% dari total guru tersebut telah memanfaatkan soal Bebras untuk pembelajaran di kelas. Selama proses pembekalan Tantangan Bebras, terdapat tiga tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi yaitu kemampuan berpikir siswa, persiapan guru untuk pembekalan, dan melatih siswa dalam membaca soal.
