Model Evaluasi Penilaian Ranah Afektif Siswa dalam Pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri Samarinda Sunarmi, Sri

Abstract

Islamic education is a compulsory subject in every educational institution. Students are expected do not only know theory of religion but they also understand, feel, and implement theory of religion. Therefore, evaluation instrument of affective domain for Islamic education subject need to be developed and taken care since there has not been any evaluation instrument yet which is particularly developed for Islamic education subject. So this research aim at developing evaluation instrument of affective domain for Islamic education subject that fulfill validity and reliability requirement. Population of research object is evaluation instrument of affective domain assessment and population of research subjects are Junior High School students in Samarinda. Sample of this research is taken by using stratified proportional random sampling technique. Referring to the instrument construction, the use of revised GBPP of Islamic education subject for Junior High School is considered as the correct option. Data collection was done by using questionnaire technique. Data was analyzed by using Iteman analysis technique to find out degree of validity and reliability. Data analysis result reveals Likert method questionnaire, from the test of construct validity shows cumulative variant value 90.4% or it can show 94% of theory construct which has been stated. Reliability coefficient obtained is 0.914 with 0.124 SEM value which indicate very good quality of affective domain instrument. The use of sentences in constructing Likert method instrument assisted respondents to respond the instrument well. In Likert method, constructing questionnaire takes long sentences so that the respondents feel tired to read those statements. Likert method require sequence of words to formulate a good and objective statement. The implementation is that in Islamic education subject require efforts to take the decision.

Abstract

Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kegiatan di laboratorium Fundamental Kimia sangat erat terkait dengan alat-alat gelas, instrumen khusus dan bahan-bahan kimia. Penggunaan alat/instrumen dan bahan kimia dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan jika pengguna laboratorium tidak memahami secara tepat tata cara penggunaannya. Laboratorium kimia merupakan tempat kerja yang memiliki banyak potensi bahaya. Ini meliputi larutan kimia, ledakan reaksi kimia, dan panas dari peralatan. Seseorang yang bekerja di laboratorium kimia harus menggunakan peralatan pelindung diri (personal protective equipment). Laboratoriumnya juga dilengkapi dengan alat-alat keselamatan kerja. Kecelakaan di laboratorium bisa terjadi akibat kurangnya pengawasan, pengguna laboratorium kurang memahami bahaya dan cara menangani ketika terjadi kecelakaan, hal ini bisa berdampak fatal pada praktikan, lingkungan sekitar dan orang-orang yang bekerja di laboratorium. Dalam Program Penelitian Khusus Tenaga Kependidikan Pranata Laboratorium Pendidikan ini, dilakukan kajian yang bisa memberikan solusi untuk meminimalisasi dan mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan selama kerja di laboratorium melalui sosialisasi berkala setiap awal semester terhadap praktisi sains tentang pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap bahaya di laboratorium yang mungkin terjadi beserta upaya penanganannya dan juga perlunya memahami Standar Operasional Procedure (SOP). Dengan demikian akan tercipta suasana kerja di laboratorium yang aman, nyaman dan kondusif sebagai upaya Perlindungan dan Pengendalian Lingkungan Kampus Berkelanjutan sebagai sarana belajar keilmuan serta menciptakan inovasi-inovasi penelitian yang update untuk mendukung ITS menuju research university, mampu bersaing dengan laboratorium-laboratorium di level internasional.

Abstract

Memperhatikan pendidikan dimasa kini dan masa mendatang dan juga memperhatikan hak setiap Warga Negara Indonesia, agar bisa mendapatkan hak pendidikan. Pendidikan untuk semua (Education for All). Sebuah kalimat pendek yang bermakna bahwa pendidikan amat penting dan harus dilaksanakan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat Indonesia. Berbagai upaya dan kebijakan telah dicetuskan dan dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah melalui bidang pendidikan, namun pada kenyataannya di sekitar kita terutama di Malendeng Perkamil Manado, masih terlihat adanya anakanak dan remaja yang semestinya masih duduk dibangku sekolah saat jam belajar, tetapi mereka berada di tempat yang kurang tepat bagi usia mereka. Mereka ada yang dijalanan sebagai pengemis, penjual koran, bekerja di pasar, dengan kondisi yang memprihatinkan. Mereka adalah anakanak yang kurang beruntung karena orang tua mereka adalah merupakan orang-orang tua yang tidak mampu., atau tingkat ekonomi mereka sangat rendah. Kondisi inilah yang menarik dan perlu untuk dicermati oleh kita semua sebagai masyarakat yang peduli pada pendidikan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk ditemukannya pengaruh bentuk dan gaya iringan dalam pengekspresian Paduan suara. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori musikologi oleh Perry Rumengan dan teori psikologi oleh M. Dwi Marianto. Berdasarkan teori tersebut, maka jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif lewat studi pustaka. Penelitian menggunakan literatur-literatur buku, jurnal, artikel, serta partitur-partitur yang dianalisa. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengekspresian Paduan Suara dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai bentuk dan gaya iringan. Selain itu, peran komposer sangat menentukan bentuk dan gaya iringan. Oleh sebab itu, dalam hal ini komposer juga harus memiliki pengetahuan musik yang luas serta didukung dengan pengiring yang juga dibekali dengan pengetahuan musik yang cukup baik sehingga pengekspresian iringan dapat membantu pengekspresian lagu yang dibawakan oleh Paduan Suara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui organologi alat musik Bobolon yang ada di desa Tolulos kecamatan Peling Tengah Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Dalam hal ini menyangkut lokasi penelitian, latar belakang penciptaan, pemilihan bahan, alat dan bahan yang digunakan, proses pengolahan bahan hingga proses finishing, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Struktur Organologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui dan mengidetifikasi hasil penelitian yang akan dilakukan di lapangan atau pada masyarakat setempat, berkaitan dengan pandangan masyarakat dan pemerintah tentang cara pembuatan alat musik Bobolon di desa Tolulos kecamatan Peling Tengah kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Alat musik Bobolon merupakan alat musik yang terbuat pohon Sosong/Mongori dengan panjang 40 – 60 cm dengan diameter 25 – 35 cm. Bagi masyarakat di desa Tolulos, musik Bobolon merupakan alat musik yang mempunyai keunikan tersendiri. Alat musik ini dimainkan dengan cara dipukul dengan menggunakan Katibul (Stik), dalamkehidupan masyarakat desa Tolulos alat musik ini sering digunakan pada saat-saat tertentu seperti upacara adat, ulang tahun daerah, dan juga penyambutan tamu. Dalam penyeteman alat musik Bobolon tidak menggunakan patokan nada, penyeteman alat musik Bobolon ini hanya menggunakan telinga dalam pengukuran bunyi musik Bobolonyang di wariskan secara turun-temurun. Ada dua cara teknik memainkan Bobolon yang pertama menggunakan teknik Batong, yang ke dua menggunakan teknik Totobua.

Abstract

The institutions or organizations wanted to get their employee’s work satisfaction at the highest level so that it would make a good impact on the result and goals themselves. The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of salary, remuneration, and training on the job satisfaction of non-public employees at the head office of Universitas Brawijaya during the pandemic. This research method was a quantitative approach with number sample of this study was 53 respondents to non-public employees using the non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling, the analysis used multiple linear analysis techniques. The result showed that salary (X1) and remuneration (X2) have the most significant effect, but it’s opposite to the training (X3). In conclusion, the three points above give simultaneous effect to the non-public employees’ satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Manajemen Pelatihan Seni di Sanggar Chrysant Kakaskasen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian difokuskan pada kajian pemaparan manajemen dan teknik pelatihan sanggar. Data diperoleh dengan teknik observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi melalui tahapan sumber, yaitu mengecek data dari berbagai sumber. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut; (1) Sanggar Chrysant Kakaskasen menggunakan bentuk organisasi kekeluargaan dan keterbukaan, (2) manajemen yang diterapkan di sanggar menggunakan manajemen tradisional, (3) fungsi manajemen di Sanggar Chrysant Kakaskasen ada pada perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing),pengawasan (controlling), evaluasi (evaluating).
