Abstract

Abstract: This research described about the management program of traveling and teaching, also the smart center of 1000 Guru Malang community in enhancing the quality of the schools. Traveling and teaching program was a social event in learning aspects that was carrying out the concept of fun learning in primary school and giving donation through traveling and giving, while the smart center was continuity event and or long term program that was focus on giving direct assistance whether physical and non-physical assistance in 12 months. The researcher used qualitative research design by using multi-sites research design. The result of the management programs that was consisting of planning, implementing, and evaluating that was done by the 1000 Guru Malang community showed that the indicators of the achievement school's quality that was consisting of enhancing the society's participation, academical and non-academical achievements, school image in the society, and the quality of school facilities.Abstrak: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan manajemen program traveling and teaching dan smart center komunitas 1000 Guru Malang dalam peningkatan mutu sekolah. Program traveling and teaching merupakan kegiatan sosial di bidang pendidikan yang mengusung konsep pembelajaran menyenangkan di sekolah dasar dan pembagian donasi yang dikemas melalui penjelajahan sambil berbagi. Smart center merupakan kegiatan lanjutan dan atau program jangka panjang yang fokus pada pemberian bantuan langsung ke sekolah baik secara fisik maupun non fisik dalam jangka waktu 12 bulan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis rancangan studi multi situs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan komunitas 1000 Guru Malang menunjukkan indikator pencapaian mutu sekolah yang meliputi peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, prestasi akademik dan non akademik, citra sekolah di masyarakat, dan kualitas fasilitas sekolah.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive quantitative research with correlational type which aims to determine whether there is a positive relationship between learning independence and student motivation at SDN 220 Cinnong, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were all students in grades IV, V and VI of SDN 220 Cinnong, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, which collected 41 students. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. Then based on the results of inferential statistical analysis obtained t count of 2.1404 and t table with a significance of 5%. of 1.684888 so that t count t table. It can be said that there is a positive relationship between learning independence and student motivation at SDN 220 Cinnong, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the ineffectiveness of library management so that students are less motivated in learning. This study is a quantitative study with a correlation design that aims to determine whether there is a relationship between library management and learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Lonrae. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between library management and learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Lonrae with t count (4.1136) greater (>) t table value (1.66660) which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the analysis of the data above, it can be concluded that library management will have an impact on the mindset of students in learning so that it will affect their learning motivation in the classroom. So, the better the management of the library, it will increase student learning motivation. From these conclusions, the impact of this research is known that good library management will increase students' learning motivation

Abstract

Abstrak; adaptasi pembelajaran daring di masa pandemic Covid-19 memunculkan pelbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada aspek kolaborasi dalam desain pembelajaran daring sebagai upaya menciptakan interaksi sosial dan sisi humanis pembelajaran yang mengarah pada efektifitas pembelajaran. Efektifitas yang dimaksud adalah terjadinya interaksi sosial dalam proses pembelajaran daring dan unjuk kerja antar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) manajemen pembelajaran daring berbasis kolaborasi, (2) efektifitas pembelajaran daring berbasis kolaborasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan setting penelitian pada perkuliahan media pembelajaran di program studi PGSD FIP UNM. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi, selanjutnya uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) perencanaan pembelajaran daring berbasis kolaborasi diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, menyiapkan bahan ajar, mendesain system pembelajaran, dan menentukan software yang digunakan, (2) implementasi pembelajaran daring berbasis kolaborasi dilakukan dengan cara menyediakan bahan ajar di LMS kemudian diakses secara mandiri, dan (3) efektifitas pembelajaran daring berbasis kolaborasi diperoleh melalui keterlibatan dalam mengerjakan tugas melalui lembar kerja terintegrasi secara online dan melakukan unjuk kerja secara berkelompok. Kata kunci:          Pembelajaran Daring, Kolaborasi, Efektifitas Belajar

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with a correlation design that aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between teacher discipline and student motivation for high grade students at SD Negeri 21 Seppang. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the results of teacher discipline research have an average of 79,26 and a percentage of 79,26% with a good category and the learning motivation of high-class students has an average of 79.0625 and a percentage of 79.0625% with a good category. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, the tcount value (4,33391) is greater (>) the ttable value (1.66462) at the 5% significance level. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results obtained in this study are that there is a significant relationship between teacher discipline and high grade students' learning motivation at SD Negeri 21 Seppang, Ujungloe District, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with a correlational design that aims to determine whether there is or there is not a correlation between the democratic leadership style of the principal and the performance of elementary school teachers in Walenreng Village. The population in this study were all teachers at SD Walenreng who were also sampled with a total of 32 teachers. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the results of research on the democratic leadership style of principals have an average of 85.53 and a percentage of 68.425% in the good category and teacher performance has an average of 82.625 and a percentage of 66.1% in the good category. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, the tcount value (3.95102) is greater (>) the ttable value (1.69726) at the 5% significance level. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results obtained in this study are that there is a significant relationship between the principal's democratic leadership style and teacher performance at Walenreng Elementary School, China District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with the type of correlational research which aims to determine the significant relationship between the teacher's social competence and the social studies learning outcomes of class IV. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the social competence of teachers was included in the very good category. Then based on the results of inferential statistics, the value of t_count is 0,54 greater (<) the value of t (table) 0,2706 at a significance level of 5%, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between teacher social competence and social studies learning outcomes in grade IV SD Inpres 12/79 Lonrae, Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This research was a qualitative descriptive type that aimed to describe the high-class students character in the discussion of civic education learning at SD Inpres 7/83 Pasempe Palakka District Bone Regency. The subject in this research were students of grade IVth and Vth in SD Inpres 7/83 Pasempe Palakka District  Bone Regency, count to 27 people. Data collections technique used were observation and documents study technique. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Conclusion of this research indicated that the high-class students character in the discussion of civic education at SD Inpres 7/83 Pasempe Palakka District Bone Regency were religious, nasionalist, integrity, cooperate and independent. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter siswa kelas tinggi pada diskusi pembelajaran PPKn SD Inpres 7/83 Pasempe Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV dan V SD Inpres 7/83 Pasempe Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone. Data penelitian diperoleh dari melalui observasi partisipasi pasif dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data reduction, data display, dan verification/conclusion drawing. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa karakter siswa kelas tinggi pada diskusi pembelajaran PPKn di SD Inpres 7/83 Pasempe Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone menunjukkan karakter religius, nasionalis, integritas, gotong royong dan mandiri.

Abstract

This study is a correlational study with a quantitative approach which aims to determine whether there is a relationship between learning difficulties and science learning outcomes for high-class students of SD Inpres 6/75 Biru, Bone Regency. The population in this study were all high school students of SD Inpres 6/75 Biru, Bone Regency, which were used as samples with a total of 81 students. The sample was selected using a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire (questionnaire) in the form of a Likert scale and documentation were then analyzed descriptively and analyzed inferentially. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the results of the study of learning difficulties have an average of 94,28 and a percentage of 57% in the medium category, while the science learning outcomes have an average of 80,94 and a percentage of 72% in the medium category. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis shows that the value of rcount (-0,221) is greater (>) than the value of rtable (0,219) at a significance level of 5%, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of this research is that there is a negative and significant relationship between learning difficulties and science learning outcomes for high grade students of SD Inpres 6/75 Biru, Bone Regency. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kesulitan belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas tinggi SD Inpres 6/75 Biru Kabupaten Bone. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas tinggi SD Inpres 6/75 Biru Kabupaten Bone yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 81 siswa. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik nonprobability sampling yakni sampel jenuh. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner (angket) berbentuk skala likert dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dianalisis secara inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh hasil penelitian kesulitan belajar memiliki rata-rata 94,28 dan persentase 57% dengan kategori sedang sedangkan hasil belajar IPS memiliki rata-rata 80,94 dan persentasi 72% dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan bahwa nilai rhitung (-0,221) lebih besar (>) dari nilai rtabel (0,219) pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara kesulitan belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas tinggi SD Inpres 6/75 Biru Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian preeksperimental denganrancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil Antusiasme Belajar Siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 5/81 Tibojong setelah Melakukan Pembelajaran di Luar Kelas dan mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan Pembelajaran di Luar Kelas terhadap Antusiasme Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD Inpres 5/81 Tibojong. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran di Luar Kelas (variabel bebas), sedangkan Antusiasme Belajar Siswa (variabel terikat). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 39 siswa, sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan angket antusiasme belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Angket. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan analisis inferensial menggunakan Independent Sampel T-test. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran di luar kelas terhadap antusiasme belajar siswa.
