Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Dadapan di Kecamatan Wajak, Kabupaten Malang memiliki potensi desa yang beragam, salah satunya berupa kopi yang dapat diolah untuk pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Tetapi masyarakat yang kurang mengetahui proses pengolahan dan pemasaran menjadi sebuah permasalahan yang harus diatasi. Sebagai solusi untuk mengoptimalkan dan membantu pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Dadapan, Tim Pengabdian berupaya untuk membuat buku panduan tentang strategi berwirausaha, yang dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam menjalankan usaha, video tentang strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi distribusi, dan strategi pemasaran, serta melakukan pelatihan kepada masyarakat Desa Dadapan dan UMKM tentang pengolahan serta pemasaran kopi agar dapat efektif dan maksimal. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi desa khususnya dalam pengolahan kopi, serta meningkatkan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola sebuah produk untuk dapat dipasarkan dan membantu ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Dadapan itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM, petani kopi dan karang taruna Desa Dadapan. Dari kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat menerapkan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari hasil pelatihan meliputi pengolahan, pengemasan, pengurusan legalitas usaha dan pemasaran produk, untuk memaksimalkan potensi desa yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Dadapan. Abstract: The village of Dadapan in Wajak Sub-district, Malang has a diverse village potential, one of which is a coffee that can be processed for the economic development of the community. However, the villagers doesn’t know about the processing and marketing of product become a problem that must be addressed. As a solution to optimize and assist the economic development of the Dadapan village community, the devotion team strives to create a handbook on entrepreneurial strategies, which can be used as guidelines for running business, videos on product strategy, pricing strategies, distribution strategies, and marketing strategies, as well as conducting training to the Dadapan and SMES community about the processing and marketing of coffee to be effective and maximum. This is in line with the purpose of this dedication is to assist the community in developing the potential of the village, especially in the processing of coffee, and improve the community skills in managing a product to be marketed and assisting the community economy in the village of Dadapan itself. Methods used in this dedication activities using training and mentoring to SMES, coffee farmers and coral Taruna Village Dadapan. From this activity, the community is expected to apply the knowledge gained from the training results including processing, packaging, business legality management and product marketing, to maximize the potential of existing villages so as to improve the community economy in the village of Dadapan.

Abstract

This study aims to see a picture of empathy by integrating biological, sociological and psychological by using a delayed broadcast application which is intended to help Guidance and Counseling students to increase empathy and communication skills through a biopsychosocial approach to identify counselee problems. The implementation study uses a formative evaluation framework to see the counselor's communication with the counselee through three stages; 1) evaluation, consisting of a conceptual review; 2) technical, both formal and informal by the lecturer; 3) evaluation of Guidance and Counseling students who are involved in surveys and observations. The findings of this study indicate that bio-psycho-social video delays can improve counseling communication techniques (empathy) for prospective counselors. The results of this study can be used as a reference for lecturers and prospective counselors in providing learning about the counseling process so as to improve the quality of prospective counselors, especially in increasing empathy which is one of the counselor's character competencies.

Abstract

Self-help has become an interesting issue lately and is an alternative intervention that is of interest to individuals to help mental health problems experienced. Various models of self-help guides are available and can be accessed by individuals, including through the internet and social media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effective form of self-help for individuals who experience mental health problems. The research method used is literature review and as many as 8 of the 86 articles reviewed during the last two years. The articles that have been obtained were analyzed and synthesized using content analysis techniques to obtain an overview of self-help guidelines. The results showed that self-help guides were effective for individuals, including training materials, intervention practices, and manuals for helpers or therapists who support counselees to practice the guidelines.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the importance of career planning guidance for kelompok belajar paket B. The method used in this article is literature studies. The data used comes from sources such as journals and books relevant to the research theme. From some of the research that has been done, there is a positive relationship between career planning guidance and student career readiness. Abstrak: Kajian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya bimbingan perencanaan karier bagi warga belajar pada penyelenggaraan Pendidikan non formal. Kajian ini Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah Kajian Literatur. Data yang digunakan berasal dari sumber-sumber seperti jurnal dan buku yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Dari beberapa hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara bimbingan perencanaan karier dengan kesiapan karier peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: Procrastination is activity carried out to delay students' school assignments given by the teacher. One form of procrastination that is often found in students is delay in submitting assignments. Solving procrastination problems can use various guidance and counseling services. Self-management is an effort to make student study schedules work well. This study aims to produce a Google Calendar-assisted self-management guidebook to reduce academic procrastination in junior high school students. The method used is research and development (R and D) adapted from the Bord and Gall development model. Data analysis in this study used quantitative data analysis and descriptive data. The subjects of this study were two material experts, two media experts, and two prospective users. The results showed that the product developed was included in the very precise classification obtained from the assessment of the material expert test questionnaire with a score of 0.94, the questionnaire assessment from the media expert test with a score of 1, and the results of the prospective user test assessment with a score of 1. These results can be used as counselors in helping students to reduce student academic procrastination at SMP Negeri 21 Malang. Abstrak: Prokrastinasi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menanguhkan tugas sekolah siswa yang diberikan oleh pendidik. Salah satu bentuk dari prokrastinasi yang sering dijumpai pada siswa adalah keterlambatan dalam mengumpulkan tugas. Penyelesaian permasalahan prokrastinasi dapat menggunakan berbagai layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Self management salah satu upaya untuk membuat jadwal belajar siswa dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan buku panduan self-management berbantuan Google Calendar untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik siswa SMP. Metode yang digunakan yakni penelitian dan pengembangan (R dan D) yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Bord dan Gall. Analisis data peda penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan data deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini ialah dua ahli materi, dua ahli media, dan dua calon pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan masuk dalam klasifikasi sangat tepat yang didapat dari penilaian angket uji ahli materi dengan skor 0, 94, penilaian angket dari uji ahli media dengan skor 1, dan hasil penilaian uji calon pengguna dengan skor 1. Hasil tersebut dapat dijadikan konselor dalam membantu siswa untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik siswa di SMP Negeri 21 Malang.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah masih jarang dilakukan oleh konselor sekolah sebab kurang pemahaman metode penelitian dan melaksanakan penelitian itu sendiri, terlebih selama ini konselor hanya menggunakan penelitian tindakan untuk bukti kinerja dalam karya ilmiah. Konselor masih jarang menggunakan metode penelitian lain, seperti korelasi dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah, pada hal dapat membantu konselor dalam menyusun program layanan bimbingan dan konseling dan pengembangan keterampilan siswa. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan latihan menulis artikel ilmiah menggunakan metode korelasi bagi konselor sekolah di Kota Malang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diberikan kepada konselor sekolah yang tergabung dalam MGBK Kota Malang. Prosedur pengabdian, terdiri atas analisis kebutuhan, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan umpan balik. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman konselor sekolah dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah menggunakan metode penelitian korelasi.

Abstract

Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dengan media tentunya membutuhkan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi sehingga proses layanan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh siswa. Peningkatan kualitas layanan berbasis digital yang menarik dan dekat dengan tren yang diikuti oleh siswa. Menjadi konselor kreator, membutuhkan sebuah usaha dan pelatihan untuk mampu membuat layanan yang dekat dengan siswa dan menarik bagi siswa. Pelatihan konselor kreator untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan BK berbasis digital merupakan upaya penyelesaian masalah yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan memberikan kegiatan pelatihan kepada MGBK SMA Kota Malang. Pelatihan dilakukan secara berkala dengan kombinasi pertemuan daring dan luring dan intensive coaching melatih konselor menjadi konselor creator. Secara kesuluruhan berdasarkan hasil angket evaluasi yang diisikan oleh 8 orang dari 15 peserta pelatihan menyatakan bahwa pelatihan sangat menyenangkan dengan presentase 55,6% sangat menyenangkan dan 44,4% menyenangkan, dengan fasilitator yang cukup jelas dalam menyampaikan materi dengan metode yang tepat dengan presentase 55,6% sangat jelas dan 44,4% jelas. Sehingga konselor dapat mengembangan konten layanan BK berbasis digital berupa skenario konten layanan, video, dan microblog. Selanjutnya peserta pelatihan menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini sangat memberikan manfaat dalam membantu konselor dalam mengembangkan media layanan BK.
