Abstract

Career decisions making is an important thing. Today, many media can be developed to help make the right career decision; one of them is an electronic publication. This research aims to establish an electronic publication (epub) of career decision-making self-efficacy guidance. The development model used was the Borg &Gall model. The initial try out reveals high product validity while the student tries out demonstrates a very accurate, practical, feasible, and fascinating interpretation. The results show that the epub formed career decision-making self-efficacy guidance has fulfilled the theoretical acceptance and practicality aspects; thus, it can be used by the counsellors and students in the career guidance program.

Abstract

Abstract: Increased students' advanced study planning skills required the Four C’s guidance base. The purpose of this study is to produce a Four C's-based advanced study planning training guide for Junior Counselors. This research is a development with the ADDIE model. The subject of the study was Marsudisiwi Middle School Counselor. Data collection methods, namely, questionnaire needs, interview guidelines, scale of further study planning, and training guide assessment format. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, and interrater agreement model to determine acceptance. The results of the validity test of Guidance & Counseling experts, instructional media experts, and prospective user tests, against the training guidelines developed, have met the acceptance criteria. This training guide is ready to experiment on research subjects.Abstrak: Meningkatnya keterampilan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa dibutuhkan basis bimbingan Four C’s. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan panduan pelatihan perencanaan studi lanjut berbasis Four C’s bagi Konselor SMP. Penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian Konselor SMPK Marsudisiwi. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu, angket kebutuhan, pedoman wawancara, skala perencanaan studi lanjut, dan format penilaian panduan pelatihan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan interrater agreement model untuk mengetahui keberterimaan. Hasil uji validitas ahli BK, ahli media pembelajaran, dan uji calon pengguna, terhadap panduan pelatihan yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan. Panduan pelatihan ini siap untuk dieksperimenkan kepada subjek penelitian.

Abstract

Although many studies have examined the relationship between spirituality and empathy, very few studies have focused on demographic and spiritual dimensions in influencing empathy for pre-service teachers. This study analyzes the effect of gender, age, and years of formal education on spirituality and empathy and analyzes the influence of the spiritual dimensions on empathy. This research is a cross-sectional study, with 319 Muslim pre-service teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire adapted from the Spirituality Assessment Scale (SAS) and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI). The results show that age affects spirituality, while empathy is influenced by age and gender. One unanticipated finding was that years of formal education had no effect on either spirituality or empathy. The most important finding of this study is the higher the level of innerness, the more likely it is to have high empathy. This study's findings are useful as an assessment material and creating counseling designs to increase empathy for pre-service teachers. This is a part of forming the ideal profile of counselors in schools later. Integrating Islamic values ​​is also an essential alternative in counseling for Muslims.

Abstract

The high number of cases of sexual violence, especially in children, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic is very worrying. In addition, there is no special media to provide space for victims to tell stories or counseling. This research aims to develop the Redayaku application as a media for cyber-counseling in handling sexual violence in children which has theoretical and practical acceptability. The study used seven out of ten stages from the Brog and Gall development model to the test of potential users of counselors and students, which then carried out product revisions. At the data collection stage, a needs analysis was carried out by means of interviews with counselors and student victims of sexual violence which were taken using a purposive sampling technique based on the questionnaire scores on sexual violence. The test results from material experts, media experts and potential counselor users were analyzed using an inter-rater agreement with an index result of 1.00 which means very high. Whereas for the student user candidate test analyzed with a mean, it shows the interpretation results are very high on the usability aspect of 0.87; convenience of 0.86; accuracy of 0.88; and attractiveness of 0.92 Descriptive data of expert test habits and user tests are used as a reference in product improvement. So, Redayaku application as a cyber-counseling media and counselor's manual, theory and practice can contribute to handling violence in children.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the rise of violence in schools that have not been handled properly. The purpose of this study is to produce a product in the form of experiential learning-based guidance package to improve the empathy of elementary school students are theoretically effective and practical. The development model used is the adapted Borg and Gall model. Quantitative data was analyzed by quantitative calculation and input / suggestion was analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are teacher books and student books. Based on expert assessment and prospective user assessment in small group test, these two products are assessed to meet the development criteria of accuracy, usefulness, convenience, and attractiveness. The level of acceptability of both products is passably, judging from the expert assessment index and the assessment of potential users. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya tindak kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah yang belum ditangani dengan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa paket bimbingan berbasis experiential learning untuk meningkatkan empati siswa sekolah dasar yang efektif secara teoretik dan praktik. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Borg dan Gall yang diadaptasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan penghitungan kuantitatif dan masukan/saran dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku guru dan buku siswa. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan penilaian calon pengguna dalam uji kelompok kecil, kedua produk ini dinilai memenuhi kriteria pengembangan berupa ketepatan, kegunaan, kemudahan, dan kemenarikan. Tingkat keberterimaan kedua produk cukup baik, dilihat dari indeks penilaian ahli dan penilaian calon pengguna.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, there was a decline in the character of the Indonesian nation, such as manners and less commendable individual behaviour. Hence, the importance of strategies for enhancing and developing individual manners. The purpose of this research is to produce a guidebook and play media of Si-KARTUN to develop the manners of junior high school students. The research and development method used was adapted from the Borg Gall model. The research and development subjects consist of two media experts, one material expert, and two potential users (mentors). Expert and prospective user test tools use a product acceptance scale based on aspects of accuracy, function, interest, and accuracy in providing group guidance services to foster the behaviour of junior high school students. Data analysis of material experts and candidates used the inter-rater agreement model while the results of the media evaluation were analyzed on an average basis. Based on the evaluation results of experts and potential users, Si-KARTUN meets the appropriate criteria, is practical, attractive, and easy to use; Therefore, the Si-KARTUN product is feasible to be applied. By using the Si-KARTUN product, the guidance process is much more fun and interesting.

Abstract

A qualitative research with case-study design was conducted to explore the implementing of gender equality by the teachers in learning process for 4th to 6th graders at Islamic elementary school. Interviews and observations were administered as tools for data collection. The principal, the teachers and the students were then interviewed and the school environment was observed.Using qualitative coding and the Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP) method to analyze the implementation of gender equality in learning process Indicate the moderate level of gender equality for the teachers.Regardless of their perspectives in seeing boys and girls have the same level of competitiveness as well as the opportunities for success, they treat them differently when assigning tasks in which physical strength are needed to perform such tasks. They assign the girls with the tasks that no need too much physical strength as the controversies for the boys.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perilaku positif 3R (right, reality, and responsible) pada anak buruh migran di kecamatan Donomulyo Malang. Wilayah sasaran meliputi desa Mentaraman, Kedung Salam, dan Purwodadi karena memiliki populasi anak buruh migran yang cukup besar. Melalui kajian awal pada Forum Peduli Anak Kecamatan Donomulyo diketahui bahwa permasalahan mitra adalah anak-anak buruh migran cenderung berperilaku negatif, diantaranya suka pergi tanpa pamit, lalai belajar dan ibadah karena bermain, bolos sekolah, dan kurang hormat pada orang tua. Dengan kecenderungan tersebut diasumsikan anak-anak buruh migran perlu dibantu mengembangkan perilaku positif. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya edukasi pengembangan perilaku yang baik dan benar, perilaku realistis dan perilaku bertanggungjawab bagi anak buruh migran. Materi kegiatan meliputi (1) pemahaman diri (2) hakikat perilaku 3R (2) penyusunan rencana diri. Pelatihan dikemas dalam bimbingan kelompok dengan metode PIJAR yaitu Pahami diri, Identifikasi kebutuhan dan harapan, Jelaskan dan evaluasi perilaku saat ini, Arahkan rencana dan solusi dan Realisasi rencanaKata kunci— anak buruh migran, forum peduli anak, perilaku 3R, Metode Pijar. AbstractThis service activity aims to develop positive behaviors of 3R (right, reality, and responsible) for the children of migrant workers in Donomulyo district, Malang. The target areas include the villages of Mentaraman, Kedung Salam, and Purwodadi because they have a large population of migrant workers’ children. Through preliminary studies in the Donomulyo District Children's Care Forum it was found that the problem of partners was that migrant workers’ children tended to behave negatively, including leaving without saying goodbye, neglecting to study and worship because of playing, skipping school, and lacking respect for parents. With this tendency, it is assumed that children of migrant workers need to be helped to develop positive behavior. For this reason, education efforts to develop good and right behavior, realistic behavior and responsible behavior for migrant workers' children are needed. Material activities include (1) self-understanding (2) the nature of behavior 3R (2) preparation of self-plans. The training is packaged in group guidance with the PIJAR method namely Self-Understanding, Identification of needs and expectations, Explain and evaluate current behavior, Navigate plans and solutions and Realize plans.Keywords— child migrant worker, child care forum, 3R behavior, PIJAR Method

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this study was to understand how the relationship between self-esteem, social support, extraversion personality, agreeableness personality, conscientiousness personality, neuroticism personality, openness personality, and psychological well-being of the public junior high school students in Malang city. This study was a non-experimental study with correlational design. Results of this research showed a variable that has a relationship with the psychological well-being is self-esteem, social support, personality agreeableness, neuroticism personality and conscientiousness personality. Accumulated seventh influence of independent variables equal to 61% of the variance of psychological well-being can be explained by three independent variables, and the rest as many as 39% are caused by other factors.Key Words: self-esteem, social support, psychological well-being, junior high school studentsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri, dukungan sosial, kepribadian extraversion, kepribadian agreeableness, kepribadian conscientiousness, kepribadian neuroticism, kepribadian openness dan psychological well-being Siswa SMP Negeri Se-Kota Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah non-experimental research dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan psychological well-being adalah harga diri, dukungan sosial, kepribadian agreeableness, kepribadian neuroticism dan kepribadian conscientiousness. Akumulasi pengaruh ketujuh variabel independen sebesar 61% varian psychological well-being dapat dijelaskan ketiga variabel bebas, dan sisanya yaitu sebanyak 39 % disebabkan oleh faktor lain.Kata kunci: harga diri, dukungan sosial, kepribadian, psychological well-being, siswa SMP

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to produce a training guide product that meets the acceptance criteria. This study uses the ADDIE model research design. The data obtained in the form of quantitative data include aspects of accuracy, utility, propriety, and feasibility. The research subjects are BK experts, media experts, and potential users. The results show that the results from BK experts have a validity index of 1 "very high" category, from media experts is 1 category "very high", and from prospective users is 0.67 "high" category. It can be concluded that the developed guide meets the product acceptance criteria.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk panduan pelatihan yang memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian model ADDIE. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif mencakup aspek ketepatan, kegunaan, kemenarikan, dan kelayakan. Adapun subjek penelitian yaitu ahli BK, ahli media, dan calon pengguna. Hasil uji lapangan menunjukkan hasil penilaian dari ahli BK memiliki indeks validitas sebesar 1 kategori “sangat tinggi”, dari ahli media yaitu 1 kategori “sangat tinggi”, dan dari calon pengguna yaitu 0,67 kategori “tinggi”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan produk.
