Abstract

Drugs intake causing free sex behavior toward teenager at Tasikmalaya then this matter has been worrying us. Promiscuity as teenager opinion is the common activity, instead give the bad impact either for health, norm or social among families and environment. It influence to future for teenager themselves and then could get worse for next generation. The research aimed to know whether correlation between drugs intake and promiscuity deal with teenager in Tasikmalaya. The method used survey and case study then analyzed by Rank Spearman Correlation Test toward 26 respondents using a questionnaire. The research indicated that there is the significant correlation between drugs intake and promiscuity. The more dragging in drugs intake is more doing free sex due to promiscuity. The weighted value of drugs intake is 78,5% and also free sex is 67,2%. It is necessary to do spiritual or religion approach and positive activity such as art, sport, organization or gardening regard to personality development to raise belief, safety and health either physically and mentally.

Abstract

   This writing is aimed at describing the relationship between work and loyalty environment with the motivation of employees ' work at PT. Blessing of the people of Tasikmalaya, either individually or together.   Writing this poured from research method with the survey method.  Where the research respondents are employees of PT. The people of mind Tasikmalaya as many as 30 employees, from 30 employees were elected based on the census technique. The instrument used is a poll.    The results of this study found that: firstly, there is a positive relationship between the working environment with the motivation of employee work PT. Blessing of People's mind Tasikmalaya.  That means the better the working environment where an employee works, the higher the motivation of the employee's work.  Secondly, there is a positive relationship between loyalty with the motivation of employees work PT. Blessing minds of Tasikmalaya people.Keywords: Work environment, loyalty, work motivation

Abstract

Abstract: The problem that occurs in rice producers is the lack of knowledge about the importance of branding, and the sales system is still conventional. The purpose of the community service program activities through the application of appropriate technology (PTTG) is to help rice producers in terms of developing their business so that they can develop more and increase their income. The effective steps that have been carried out by the community service team are starting with analyzing the situation in the field directly, then the results are used as a reference for community service. The method used is the application of appropriate technology (PTTG) in which the procedures are carried out through direct practice. Regarding this method, several steps are taken, namely carrying out initial observations at the location, then carrying out the preparation of activity plans, outreach and implementation of activities, and evaluation during the activity. The results obtained from this service are 1) There is an increase in knowledge related to the packaging design procedures for tjiawi ramos rice products 2) There is an increase related to product attributes that have been made 3) There is an increase in knowledge related to good branding procedures for rice and ramos businesses.            Keywords: Packaging Design; PKM; Setra Ramos Tjiawi  Abstrak:  Permasalahan yang terjadinya pada produsen beras adalah rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya branding, dan sistem penjualan yang masih konvensial. Tujuan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penerapam teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) ini ialah untuk membantu produsen beras dalam hal pengembangan usahanya agar lebih berkembang dan adanya peningkatan pendapatan. Langkah efektif yang sudah dijalankan oleh tim pengabdian ialah diawali dengan menganalisis situasi dilapangan secara langsung kemudian hasilnya dijadikan sebagai acuan pengabdian. Metode yang digunakan ialah penerapan teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) yang tata caranya dilakukan melalui praktik secara langsung. Terkait metode ini maka beberapa langkah yang dilakukan ialah melakukan obervasi awal ke lokasi, kemudian melakukan penyusunan rencana kegiatan, sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi selama kegiatan berlangsung . Hasil yang diperoleh dari adanya pengabdian ini ialah 1) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tata cara desain kemasan produk beras  tjiawi ramos 2) Adanya peningkatan terkait atribut produk yang sudah dibuat 3) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tatacara branding yang baik bagi usaha beras serta ramos. Kata kunci: Desain Kemasan; PKM; Setra Ramos Tjiawi

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and incentives both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at PT. Via Tasikmalaya Motif. The method used in this research is a survey with a descriptive approach. With a research sample of 100 employees as respondents. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The test results show that partially the variables used in the study, namely the work environment and incentives, have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Via Tasikmalaya Motif. Simultaneously there is a significant influence of the work environment and incentives together on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and turnover intention on employee performance in the Tasikmalaya AN Sport convection production section. The method used in this research is quantitative. With a research sample of 50 people as respondents of the Tasikmalaya Sport Convection Employees based on 50 known population data. The data used is primary data. Simultaneously, work discipline and turnover intention have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance, for the turnover intention variable it has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Promotion and Product Completeness on Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is the causality method with a survey approach. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this study used Acidental Sampling with a total sample of 100 people who were Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya consumers. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Promotion and Product Completeness simultaneously influenced Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Product Completeness partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Performance is the output or final result of work done by employees in a certain period, the work done by employees must be in accordance with the provisions set by the organization for their employees. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Leadership Style variable and the Work Motivation variable on the measured performance. The population used in this study was 45 Bantarkalong Vocational High School teachers. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 45 Bantarkalong Vocational High School teachers. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on performance.
