Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of AD Mart minimarket marketing strategy in Tasikmalaya City. This research uses qualitative research with data collection from interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique through triangulation. The results of research that has been carried out at AD Mart minimarkets show that there is no specific grouping of consumers in the market segmentation carried out by AD Mart in Tasikmalaya City. AD Mart's target market is in accordance with the company's mission, namely serving various groups of consumers and the market position of serving consumer needs by prioritizing "Cheap Shopping". The mix strategy applied is good enough but there are several aspects that need to be improved, namely in terms of promotion and availability of stock

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price on customer satisfaction of Kelom Sheny products in Tasikmalaya City. In this study using a quantitative approach with a simple random sampling technique with 100 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was more than 0.60. Then, linear regression analysis with t test value is 0.874. The value of r square is 0.008 or the effect of price on customer satisfaction is only 0.8%, it shows that 99.2% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of these data, the effect of price on customer satisfaction has no significant effect

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the regional financial performance (degree of decentralization ratio, regional financial dependency ratio, regional financial independence ratio) of districts/cities in West Java. And to see the effect, either simultaneously or partially on the Human Development Index. Using panel data, namely time series from 2016-2020 as well as cross section data of 18 districts and 9 cities in West Java. Using panel data regression analysis method. The findings of the analysis show that districts/cities in West Java still have relatively low regional financial performance. Panel data regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method reveals that regional financial performance simultaneously has a significant effect on the HumanDevelopment Index, and partially degree of decentralization ratio has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index, regional financial dependency ratio and regional financial independence ratio have a negative and significant impact on the Human Development Index.

Abstract

Every company is basically faced with a situation to continue to innovate, both in terms of products, services or distribution. Increasing competition requires companies to continue to optimize their market share in an effort to achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this research is to see what strategies can be developed by CV Yukka Handicraft and to measure how attractive an industry is through the Porter Five Force method. This type of research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques from interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the attractiveness of the handicraft industry in Rajapolah is still quite attractive, where there are about 25-35 companies in this industry and as many as 60% are still using the conventional sales system. The results of this study indicate that CV Yukka Handicarft can still increase the potential of its business strategy in terms of consumer loyalty and online sales systems.

Abstract

UMKM Rajapolah is one of the areas in Tasikmalaya which produces handicrafts from mendong, pandanus and water hyacinth plants. Products from this handicraft have long been in demand by various groups of local tourists and have succeeded in penetrating the international market. The number of business actors engaged in the industry is currently 939 MSMEs. This study aims to identify resources and capabilities through value chain activities in creating sustainable competitive advantage in the Rajapolah handicraft industry. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Data collection was carried out by means of semi-structured interviews which were freer in finding research problems and distributing questionnaires. The sampling method used is the snowball technique by producing 5 respondents. The results of the study state that the external analysis of Porter's Five Forces shows that the attractiveness of the Rajapolah craft industry is less attractive. The level of sales of Rajapolah handicrafts has not returned to normal since the pandemic emerged, this is supported by the fact that 63% of MSMEs have difficulty running company operations. Based on the internal analysis of the value chain produces 9 resources and 13 capabilities in increasing customer value.

Abstract

UMKM Rice in the Ciawi region has the potential to be able to develop their business. Branding and use of social media is now a potential aspect of marketing. This assistance is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of rice MSMEs and maximize sales. The method in this service is by counseling and discussing material. The results of the dedication that has been carried out are that MSME actors understand the use of social media and the creation of a rice brand as a marketing strategy.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem that occurs in rice producers is the lack of knowledge about the importance of branding, and the sales system is still conventional. The purpose of the community service program activities through the application of appropriate technology (PTTG) is to help rice producers in terms of developing their business so that they can develop more and increase their income. The effective steps that have been carried out by the community service team are starting with analyzing the situation in the field directly, then the results are used as a reference for community service. The method used is the application of appropriate technology (PTTG) in which the procedures are carried out through direct practice. Regarding this method, several steps are taken, namely carrying out initial observations at the location, then carrying out the preparation of activity plans, outreach and implementation of activities, and evaluation during the activity. The results obtained from this service are 1) There is an increase in knowledge related to the packaging design procedures for tjiawi ramos rice products 2) There is an increase related to product attributes that have been made 3) There is an increase in knowledge related to good branding procedures for rice and ramos businesses.            Keywords: Packaging Design; PKM; Setra Ramos Tjiawi  Abstrak:  Permasalahan yang terjadinya pada produsen beras adalah rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya branding, dan sistem penjualan yang masih konvensial. Tujuan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penerapam teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) ini ialah untuk membantu produsen beras dalam hal pengembangan usahanya agar lebih berkembang dan adanya peningkatan pendapatan. Langkah efektif yang sudah dijalankan oleh tim pengabdian ialah diawali dengan menganalisis situasi dilapangan secara langsung kemudian hasilnya dijadikan sebagai acuan pengabdian. Metode yang digunakan ialah penerapan teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) yang tata caranya dilakukan melalui praktik secara langsung. Terkait metode ini maka beberapa langkah yang dilakukan ialah melakukan obervasi awal ke lokasi, kemudian melakukan penyusunan rencana kegiatan, sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi selama kegiatan berlangsung . Hasil yang diperoleh dari adanya pengabdian ini ialah 1) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tata cara desain kemasan produk beras  tjiawi ramos 2) Adanya peningkatan terkait atribut produk yang sudah dibuat 3) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tatacara branding yang baik bagi usaha beras serta ramos. Kata kunci: Desain Kemasan; PKM; Setra Ramos Tjiawi

Abstract

The study aims to gain knowledge of how prices can impact customers' satisfaction through the purchase decision to intering a product of kelom sheny in the city of tasikmalaya. This research USES descriptive and empirical methods. Descriptive research aims to find out about price descriptions, customer purchase decisions and satisfaction and for empirical research is to know links between variables based on statistical data analysis. The data collection technique is random to 100 people. The object of this study is intended for consumers or customers in the town area of tasikmalaya. Whereas for research data done through path analysis in this regard price represents a free variable, the decision process of purchasing asan intering variable and customer satisfaction as a bound variable. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan tentang pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening pada produk kelom sheny yang berada di kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan empiris. Penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai gambaran harga, keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan pelanggan dan untuk penelitian empiris bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel berdasarkan perhitungan data analisis statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ialah dengan sebaran angket kepada 100 orang responden secara random (acak). Objek penelitian ini ditujukan kepada konsumen ataupun pelanggan yang berada di wilayah Kota Tasikmalaya. Sedangkan untuk data penelitian dilakukan melalui path analysis dalam hal ini harga merupakan variabel bebas, proses keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel terikat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in the State Civil Apparatus of the Tasikmalaya City Health Service. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with descriptive methods. Respondents in this study were civil servant employees at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office as many as 90 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. Data collection techniques used library research, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload and compensation on work productivity in PR. Makmur. Respondents in this study were PR. Makmur production employees. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from PR.Makmur companies. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee work productivity, compensation has a significant effect on work productivity and workload and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee produktivity.
