Abstract

Community service activities titled Multimedia-Based Teaching Media Development in the State High School 1 Talawi which aims to provide knowledge to all teachers in the Talawi 1 High School environment. The method used in this activity is to conduct workshops in creating and developing teaching media using power point applications. During the activity all the teachers are guided in making each other's teaching materials in accordance with the subjects held in the Talawi 1 High School environment. The final result of this dedication is that all teachers can create and develop computerized based teaching materials by using power point applications.

Abstract

Management on human resource management at Wira Husada General Hospital for services in IT currently needs to be audited for the development of current IT performance that is in line with management expectations or not regarding the information system. If an IT audit is not carried out, it will affect accreditation, service satisfaction and the development of information systems. As for examples of previous research, namely the case study of the ARS Bandung University which applied COBIT 4.1 to conduct audits of academic information systems. The purpose of research at RSU Wira Husada is to build an IT governance support application system that provides maturity level services for the HR department using the COBIT 4.1 framework method that focuses on the web-based Plan and Organize (PO) domain. This research method was carried out by filling out a questionnaire assessment by the respondents then processed using the COBIT formula and calculating the value of the maturity level. The results showed that currently Wira Husada RSU was at a managed and measurable level with a maturity level of 3.96. This study concludes that RSU Wira Husada currently has implemented a planning and organizing framework at the managed level.

Abstract

Abstract: Education is one of the basic needs that must be met by every individual. Everyone has the right to receive proper education, both normal people and people with special needs, one of which is people with visual needs. In the learning process, blind people generally use special letters in terms of reading and writing, namely braille letters or characters. From the results of observations at SDLB Negeri 017700, a problem was found, namely that there were no special teachers who taught braille and students still had difficulty recognizing braille letters. Therefore, a tool is proposed, namely a braille letter recognition tool with android control based on Arduino with a Servo motor as the tool driver and HC-05 as a link between Android and the device being made. This tool not only aims to assist teachers in delivering material about braille letters, but also aims to help students recognize braille letters. Keywords: Android; Arduino; Braille letters; Education; tool  Abstrak: Pendidikan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok yang harus dipenuhi setiap individu. Semua orang berhak menerima pendidikan yang layak, baik orang normal maupun orang dengan kebutuhan khusus salah satunya orang dengan kebutuhan Tunanetra. Dalam proses pembelajarannya, penyandang tunanetra umumnya menggunakan huruf khusus dalam hal membaca dan menulis yaitu huruf atau aksara braille. Dari hasil observasi di SDLB Negeri 017700, ditemukan masalah yaitu belum adanya guru khusus yang mengajarkan huruf braille dan murid masih kesulitan dalam mengenali huruf braille. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan alat yaitu alat pengenalan huruf braille dengan kontrol android dengan berbasiskan Arduino dengan motor Servo sebagai penggerak alat dan HC-05 sebagai penghubung antara android dan alat yang dibuat. Alat ini selain bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi tentang huruf braille, tetapi bertujuan juga untuk membantu murid dalam mengenali huruf braille. Kata Kunci: Alat; Android; Arduino; Huruf Braille; Pendidikan

Abstract

The development of the business world has entered a new era, where there are more and more new companies and competing companies in the service, trade, and manufacturing sectors. The higher the level of customer education, the customer will indirectly become critical and careful in making their choices. In a situation like this, the company must not only rely on the products it produces, but the company must also establish good relationships with each of its loyal customers so that customers will be loyal to the company. Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu is engaged in sales such as selling children's toys, household appliances and various types of gifts. The problems that occur at Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu are, the sales process at Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu is still doing conventional sales, there are no facilities that help customers to get information, submit an assessment of the product and also experience difficulties in processing and storing customer data. who have made buying and selling transactions, there is no facility for customers to submit complaints or product evaluations. This study utilizes CRM features that aim to help the service system at Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu to attract new customers and retain old customers and expand the sales system. This application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server. With this system, it is hoped that the system of marketing, sales, service and utilization of Customer Relationship Management will have a positive influence on customer loyalty so that customers remain loyal to Umi Nala Shop Aneka Serbu

Abstract

Abstract : Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store measures the readiness of the application in designing a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at the Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store, including, the sales process is still carried out by installing banners in front of the store and recommendations from person to person. Thus resulting in a lack of information known by customers about the product at the Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store. Then in the ordering process, the customer is still very difficult to order a product because the ordering process is still manual, namely by coming directly to the Bintang Kaca Shop Tanjungbalai. As for other problems, namely in the customer service process there are no facilities that help them to get information about products, and interact with the Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store to submit suggestions, criticisms and questions (faq). As well as experiencing difficulties in the process of managing and storing customer data who have made transactions, so that Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store cannot analyze customer complaints, customer wishes, customer impressions. Along with the times, Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai wants its business to grow and be able to beat its competitors, by using one of the customer-oriented business strategies or what is known as CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Keywords: Furniture; Customer Relationship Management; PHP; Sublime Text.  Abstrak: Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai mengukur kesiapan dari penerapan dalam perancangan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berbasis web pada Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai ini diantaranya yaitu, pada proses penjualan masih dilakukan dengan memasang banner di depan toko dan rekomendasi dari orang ke orang. Sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya informasi yang diketahui oleh pelanggan mengenai produk pada Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai. Kemudian pada proses pemesanan pihak pelanggan masih sangat kesulitan dalam memesan suatu produk karena proses pemesanannya masih manual, yaitu dengan datang langsung ke Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai. Adapun permasalahan lainnya, yaitu pada proses pelayanan pelanggan tidak ada fasilitas yang membantu mereka untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk, dan melakukan interaksi dengan pihak Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai untuk menyampaikan saran, kritik dan pertanyaan (faq). Serta mengalami kesulitan dalam proses mengelola dan menyimpan data pelanggan yang telah melakukan transaksi, sehingga Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai tidak bisa menganalisa keluhan pelanggan, keinginan pelanggan, kesan pelanggan. Seiring perkembangan zaman Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai ingin bisnisnya dapat berkembang dan dapat mengalahkan pesaing-pesaingnya, dengan menggunakan salah satu strategi bisnis berorientasi pada pelanggan atau disebut dengan istilah CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Kata Kunci: Furniture; Customer Relationship Management; PHP; Sublime Text.

Abstract

STMIK Royal merupakan perguruan tinggi Komputer di Sumatera Utara yang mengedepankan penerapan teknologi informasi. Sebagian besar interaksi akademik di lingkungan STMIK Royal sudah mengadaptasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sebagai fasilitas utama sesuai dengan visi dan misi di institusi ini. Seperti adanya website kampus khususnya website program studi yang berguna memberikan informasi kepada mahasiswa atau cakupan lainnya. Terkait informasi Profil Program Studi, Info dan berita terbaru, Dosen, Kurikulum dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan didapatkan permasalahan di website program studi STMIK Royal yaitu, selama ini masih belum ada upaya untuk melakukan evaluasi minimal untuk mengetahui seberapa mudah penggunaannya dan tujuan penggunaannya tercapai pada website ini. Pengukuran kegunaan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) karena SUS merupakan alat uji usability yang valid dan reliabel walaupun dengan sampel yang sedikit. Hasil Score SUS yang diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran kedua website program studi di STMIK Royal dimana website program studi Sistem Komputer memperoleh hasil akhir skor rata-rata SUS dengan nilai “69,63” dan untuk website program studi Sistem Informasi memperoleh hasil akhir skor rata-rata SUS dengan nilai “70,19”. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat bahwa website portal ini masih perlu dikembangkan kembali ke tahap yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) adalah penerangan alternatif yang bisa digunakan terutama di daerah yang sulit di jangkau oleh PLN khususnya di kolam ikan penduduk. Dalam menciptaklan PLTS, matahari merupakan sumber energy yang akan di gunakan. Solar panel  menerima matahari dan kemudian diubah menjadi energi listrik melalui proses photovoltaic. Sekarang ini lokasi kolam ikan penduduk belum adanya penerangan yang di gunakan sehingga pada malam hari banyak musuh ikan yang datang untuk memangsa ikan. Hal ini akan membuat para petani ikan sering mengalami kerugian. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin merancang sebuah penerangan dengan memanfaatkan energy cahaya matahari dengan menggunakan lampu LED. Penggunaan lampu LED ini bertujuan untuk menghemat pemakaian energy cahaya matahari yang sudah di simpan ke sebuah batrei. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode rekayasa nilai (value engineering). Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Sudut kemiringan stang ornament sebesar 42.6°, Perhitungan daya lampu berbasis LED. Intensitas cahaya sebesar 358.3 cd, Efisiensi cahaya sebesar 115.69 lumen,  efikasi cahaya sebesar 104, 65 lm/watt, Perhitungan energi listrik yang digunakan selama ± 12 jam sebesar 600 watt.

Abstract

The problem that is often faced by the general public is the difficulty of knowing the occurrence of eye disease in humans because it is caused by different symptoms, so if the eye is disturbed and we ignore it, it could be an early symptom of eye disease that can be fatal. Given that experts and practice hours are limited, so that patients cannot consult experts anytime and anywhere, an expert system is needed. The existence of an expert system can solve problems that occur because the expert system uses an appropriate method. In the expert system, the method used to diagnose an eye disease is the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method, which is a reasoning process for a previous similar case. In the experiment, it is proven by looking for the level or value of the new case data approach with the old case data data for reference in making decisions on new cases. Therefore, the authors build an expert system application to diagnose disease. In this system the inference used is Case Based Reasoning because the process is carried out to recognize the disease and its symptoms and early characteristics of the disease. The development of this web-based system uses the PHP and Mysql programming languages ​​as the database. This expert system can represent an expert in the field of eye disease to find out eye diseases based on existing characteristics and symptoms and can provide solutions if there are diseases suffered by patients

Abstract

Omicron is a type of virus that is again spreading in Asahan Regency, especially at the Sidodadi Health Center due to. Many people do not pay attention to the disorder and the causes and symptoms that occur in the virus. To overcome this, it is necessary to have the technology to detect the initial symptoms of this virus. The purpose of this study was to create an expert system to detect the initial symptoms of omicron using the forward chaining method. This stage of research consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The data collection techniques used are observations and interviews. Meanwhile, this system uses six cases as a reference to detect omicron symptoms, namely confirmed, probable, severe category, moderate category, mild category, and asymptomatic. Before this system is used, system testing of all functions on components using a black box is carried out. Our findings resulted in an expert system of early symptom detection of omicron that can display the results of patient diagnoses such as symptoms, cases, and solutions. The test results show that all components such as buttons, text inputs, and outputs are working properly according to the procedure. So that this system can be used by the health Center to help detect the initial symptoms of omicron that occur in patients, and can provide the best solution for patients treated at this health center.

Information System Utilization as a form of seriousness BKPRMI Asahan Regency in conveying information about activities which is positive in the youth mosque youth environment especially Asahan District to be more motivated in routine religious activities, consistent and good. aside from that BKPRMI participate in improving the quality of youth in the modern era Of course, you need information media such as a website to provide up to date information as a form of concern and a form of good performance that can be accessed by the community around Asahan Regency. Selain itu juga BKPRMI ikut serta dalam peningkatan kualitas remaja dalam era modern tentunya membutuhkan media informasi seperti website untuk menyediakan informasi yang up to date sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan bentuk kinerja yang baik yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat sekitar Kabupaten Asahan.
