Abstract

Flood concern everybody in every flood area. It makes the researchers interest to take the research about flood detection system, especially in rivers by using mobile phone facilities. The procedure of this tool is if the flood rise due to overflow of the river, then the river guard will receive SMS to tell the people to anticipate the flood by sounding the alarm until the entire riverbank area. This SMS delivery is via connection to telecommunications network using SMS gateway module. This tool can be used as a flood emergency which is installed at river location points where sensors and control devices are permanently installed. This research has been successful and has been well tested in its implementation.

Abstract

Sisu Welding Workshop is a business that provides welding services that utilize raw materials in the form of iron, to meet the needs of raw materials the company chooses materials according to customer orders. become a bottleneck in the production process. The lack of information between the supplier and the company causes the process of distributing iron raw materials to be late, plus errors in the delivery process that are not according to demand causing several shortages of raw materials, as well as the absence of a recording report of incoming and outgoing materials at the company. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can integrate between the workshop and suppliers to facilitate the process of managing the distribution of welding workshop materials in the form of iron raw materials using the system design development method, namely the waterfall method. This research has implemented a black box testing method. The result of this research is a website-based Supply Chain Management system that can be implemented by the company so as to facilitate the company in the process of managing stock of raw materials and product distribution.

Abstract

Discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals, because discipline is an operative function of human resource management which is very important and will create quality employees. Employee discipline can be seen through employee attendance. The importance of evaluating employee discipline levels to improve services to the community and make it easier for leaders to find out the level of discipline of Gotting Sidodadi Village office employees, Bandar Pasir Mandoge currently has not grouped the level of employee discipline because there is no system that can assist in the process. The grouping of employees' discipline levels is used the K-Means Clustering method in this study. The application of the K-means Clustering method is implemented in an application made with 3 clusters of 14 data samples, and not absent from home. The data used is attendance data for 14 employees from 2018 to 2021. The results of this study are that the k-means algorithm is able to classify the data with the highest level of discipline. medium and low with the existence of this application system, it is hoped that the leadership can easily find out the level of discipline of employees at the Gotting Sidodadi Village Office so that they can provide bonuses for employees with high levels of discipline, and sanctions for employees with low levels of discipline.

Abstract

Abstract: Periodic salary increases are very important given to Civil Servants who have reached the group working period, which is every two years and if they have fulfilled the requirements based on laws and regulations. Regional Personnel Agency of Asahan Regency still uses word processing software, such as Microsoft Office Word to process decree of periodic salary increase. This allows delays to generate of decrees and periodic salary increases reports. In this research using UML as a system modeling language, MySQL as a database, and PHP as a programming language. The results of this research are electronic applications of periodic salary increases that can be used by staffing Information and Documentation staff easily and more efficiently to generate decrees and periodic salary increase reports. Whereas the Civil Servants can input data and upload requirement for periodic salary increases without the need to come to the Regional Personnel Agency of Asahan Regency. Keywords: Periodic Salary Increases; Electronic Application; MySQL; PHP  Abstrak: Kenaikan gaji berkala sangat penting diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang telah mencapai masa kerja golongan yaitu setiap dua tahun sekali dan apabila telah memenuhi persyaratan berdasarkan peraturan perundang – undangan. Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Asahan masih menggunakan software pengolah kata, seperti Microsoft Office Word untuk proses surat keputusan kenaikan gaji berkala. Hal ini memungkinkan terjadinya keterlambatan untuk menghasilkan surat keputusan dan laporan kenaikan gaji berkala. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan UML sebagai bahasa pemodelan sistem, MySQL sebagai database, dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi elektronik kenaikan gaji berkala (E-KGB) yang dapat digunakan oleh staf Informasi dan Dokumentasi Kepegawaian dengan mudah dan lebih efisiensi untuk menghasilkan surat keputusan dan laporan kenaikan gaji berkala. Sedangkan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat melakukan input data dan upload syarat kenaikan gaji berkala tanpa perlu datang ke Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Asahan. Kata kunci: Kenaikan Gaji Berkala; Aplikasi Elektronik; MySQL; PHP

Abstract:Silau LautMushroom House is a medium-sized enterprise located in the Silau Laut sub- district. Engaged in sales, Silau LautMushroom House provides fresh oyster mushrooms in various packaging sizes. So far, Silau LautMushroom House still uses a manual system in managing sales and purchasing data. Buyers still have trouble knowing the available mushroom stocks. Along with the times, Silau LautMushroom House wants its business to grow and be able to beat its competitors by using one of the customer-oriented business strategies or what is known as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) so that it can introduce Silau LautMushroom House to all people in the community to expand its reach. marketing with the aim of increasing sales and providing maximum service to customers. Keywords: CRM; Oyster Mushroom; Sublime Text 3; PHP and MySQL. Abstrak:Rumah Jamur Silau Laut merupakan sebuah usaha menengah yang terletak di kecamatan Silau Laut. Selama ini Rumah Jamur Silau Laut masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam mengelola data penjualan dan data pembelian. Pembeli masih kesulitan mengetahui stok jamur yang tersedia. Abstract

Abstract : Schools have students from various backgrounds who try to educate students so they can have good character. Guidance and counseling are assistance services provided to students who have personal problems and to be able to plan for the student's future. The MTs S PPM Shadr El-Islam Asahan school according to the data in the ninth grade, some of the students did not obey the existing regulations in the school. The counseling guidance process is still carried out manually, sometimes the counseling guidance teacher is not in the room all the time so it can hinder students who want to do consultations, the problem of time for consulting is also an obstacle for students who can only consult during school hours and can determine what sanctions should be given to students who violate school regulations. The purpose of this research is to create a system in which the system can determine what sanctions should be given to students who violate school rules, then the forward chaining method is used. The results of the research on the application of the counseling guidance system using the web-based forward chaining method that has been designed can help if the counseling guidance teacher is not in the school environment, it can be replaced by another teacher, the substitute for the counseling guidance teacher can provide sanctions by looking at the existing violation data system. Keywords: Counseling Guidance; Forward Chaining Method; Php Web Application.  Abstrak: Sekolah memiliki siswa dari berbagai latar belakang yang berusaha mendidik siswa agar memiliki karakter yang baik. Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan layanan bantuan yang diberikan kepada siswa yang mempunyai permasalahan pribadi dan dapat merencanakan masa depan siswa tersebut. Sekolah MTs S PPM Shadr El-Islam Asahan sesuai dengan data yang ada di kelas sembilan sebagian dari siswa tersebut tidak mentaati peraturan yang ada di sekolah. Proses bimbingan konseling masih dilakukan secara manual, terkadang guru bimbingan konseling tidak setiap saat ada di ruangan sehingga dapat menghambat para siswa yang ingin melakukan konsultasi, permasalahan waktu untuk melakukan konsultasi juga menjadi hambatan untuk para siswa yang hanya dapat berkonsultasi pada saat jam sekolah dan dapat menentukan sanksi apa yang harus diberikan untuk siswa yang melanggar peraturan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang dimana sistem tersebut dapat menentukan sanksi apa yang harus diberikan untuk siswa yang melanggar peraturan sekolah, maka digunakan metode forward chaining. Hasil dari penelitian penerapan sistem bimbingan konseling menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web yang telah dirancang dapat membantu jika guru bimbingan konseling sedang tidak berada di lingkungan sekolah maka dapat digantikan dengan guru lain, pengganti guru bimbingan konseling tersebut dapat memberikan sanksi dengan melihat data pelanggaran yang ada pada sistem. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Web Php; Bimbingan Konseling; Metode Forward Chaining.

Abstract

Abstract: A system designed to assist decision-makers in semi-structured situations. Teacher performance appraisal is a technique that will result in better learning using a decision support system. Evaluating teacher performance in providing lessons at SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji is still carried out conventionally and not in detail. With an assessment that is not detailed, it is feared that there will be a subjective assessment that will result in social jealousy for teachers who have not received learning recommendations. Evaluation at SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji is still done manually and has not been detailed for teachers who have not received recommendations. So to overcome these problems, a decision support system was designed using the Weighted Product (WP) method. This study uses 6 criteria. The final result of this research is that the decision support system with the Weighted Product (WP) method can handle problems in teacher performance assessment. Keywords: Decision Support System; Teacher Performance Assessment; Weighted Product Abstrak: Sistem yang dirancang agar membantu  pembuat keputusan  pada situasi semi-terstruktur. Penilaian kinerja guru ialah teknik yang akan  menghasilkan pembelajaran yang  lebih  baik menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja guru dalam memberikan pelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji masih dilaksanakan secara konvensional dan  tidak terperinci. Dengan penilaian yang tidak terperinci dikhawatirkan akan adanya penilaian yang bersifat subjektif  yang akan mengakibatkan kecemburuan sosial bagi guru yang belum menerima rekomendasi pembelajaran. Evaluasi di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum detail untuk guru yang belum mendapatkan rekomendasi. Maka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancanglah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan Metode Weighted Product (WP).  Adapun dalam penelitian ini memakai 6 kriteria. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP) dapat menangani permasalahan pada penilaian kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Penilaian Kinerja Guru; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Weighted Product (WP)

Abstract

Abstract: The decision support system using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is a system for making decisions with many criteria. One of the implementations is for poor student assistance recipients. There are many students who apply, so there is a problem in SMK Negeri 1 Fifty that it is difficult to select the file for poor student aid recipients who will get the assistance. Based on these problems, a decision support system is needed to welcome recipients of poor student assistance who really deserve to get assistance. The programming language used is Visual Basic Net 2010 and MySQL database as well as the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. So the results obtained are a decision support system using the MOORA method can make decisions from a decision that is through the ranking of students who are eligible to get poor student assistance. Keywords: Decision Support System, Poor Student Assistance, MOORA  Abstrak: Sistem pendukung keputusam dengan menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Opti-mization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) merupakan suatu sistem dalam pengambilan keputusan banyak nya kriteria. Salah satu implementasinya yaitu untuk penentuan penerima bantuan siswa miskin. Ada banyak nya siswa yang mengajukan berkas, sehingga muncul permasalahan di SMK Negeri 1 Lima Puluh sulitnya menyeleksi berkas penerima bantuan siswa miskin yang akan mendapatkan bantuan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan penerima bantuan siswa miskin yang benar – benar layak untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Visual Basic Net 2010 dan database MySQL dan dengan metode Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Maka hasil yang didapat adalah sistem pendukung keputusam dengan menggunakan perhitungan metode MOORA dapat mempercepat dalam pengambilan suatu keputusan yaitu melalui ranking siswa yang layak untuk mendapatkan bantuan siswa miskin Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Bantuan Siswa Miskin, MOORA

Abstract: The development of communication technology is now used by individuals and used by government and private agencies. STMIK Royal as a college in the range also uses communication technology such as social media and websites to convey information to students and the wider community. STMIK Royal, especially Media and Information, is the institution responsible for the content used as campus publications, and to maximize this publication, Media and Information requires a Critical Path Method in managing content. Critical Path Method is one method that can be used in content management applications because this method is time-oriented by analyzing activities that will be prioritized to be done. So that in its application this application will help the creative team of media and information to know which work to complete first and on time. Efficient use of time will have an impact on the productivity of the content produced so that it will increase insight to students and the community. Keywords: Critical Path Method; Content Management; Publication.  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi kini tak hanya digunakan oleh invidu tetapi juga dimanfaatkan oleh instansi pemerintahan maupun swasta. STMIK Royal sebagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di kisaran juga menggunakan teknologi komunikasi seperti media sosial dan website untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada mahasiswa dan masyarakat luas. STMIK Royal khususnya Media dan Informasi merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas konten yang digunakan sebagai publikasi kampus, dan untuk memaksimalkan publikasi ini maka Media dan Informasi membutuhkan Critical Path Method dalam memanajemen konten. Critical Path Method merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan pada aplikasi manajemen konten karena metode ini berorientasi pada waktu dengan menganalisis kegiatan-kegiatan yang akan dijadikan prioritas untuk dikerjakan. Sehingga pada penerapannya aplikasi ini akan membantu tim kreatif media dan informasi untuk mengetahui pekerjaan mana yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu dan tepat waktu. Apart from the information center, the library is also a source of knowledge, research, and various other services. Along with the increasing participation of the community to assist the government in the implementation of increasing interest and reading culture as well as a source of knowledge, many libraries have been established in the Asahan Regency area. The establishment of regional libraries to accelerate the increase in interest and reading culture as well as a means of sources of knowledge. In achieving the target of developing regional libraries in the region in Asahan Regency, the Library and Archives Office also has a book distribution assistance program, with the target of regional libraries in the Asahan Regency area, which will be targeted as beneficiaries of assistance, and each regional library is not yet known for certain books. what is in demand in each area of Asahan Regency. In selecting libraries and determining the distribution of books that will be donated to the library requires criteria as a comparison for each library in Asahan Regency, so that the distribution of book aid is right on target.            Keywords: Distribution book; SAW Method.  Abstrak: Perpustakaan adalah salah satu pusat informasi yang sangat dekat dan akrab dengan masyarakat. Selain pusat informasi, perpustakaan juga merupakan sumber ilmu pengetahuan, penelitian, serta berbagai layanan jasa lainnya. Seiring dengan meningkatnya peran serta masyarakat untuk membantu pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan minat dan budaya baca serta sebagai sarana sumber ilmu pengetahuan, maka telah banyak berdiri perpustakaan di daerah Kabupaten Asahan. Berdirinya perpustakaan daerah untuk mempercepat peningkatan minat dan budaya baca serta sebagai sarana sumber ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam pencapaian target pengembangan perpustakaan daerah di wilayah di Kabupaten Asahan, maka Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip juga memiliki program bantuan pemberian buku, dengan sasaran perpustakaan daerah dalam Wilayah Kabupaten Asahan, yang akan ditetapkan menjadi sasaran penerima bantuan, dan setiap perpustakaan daerah belum diketahui secara pasti buku apa saja yang diminati disetiap daerah Kabupaten Asahan. dalam memilih perustakaan dan menentukan distribusi buku yang akan disumbangkan kepada perpustakaan memerlukan kriteria-kriteria sebagai perbandingan setiap perpustakaan yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan, sehingga dalam distribusi bantuan buku tepat sasaran. Kata kunci: Pemberian Bantuan Buku; Metode SAW.
