Abstract

The process of pregnancy is a long process. 9 months 10 days, many pregnant women are negligent and even do not make preparations for the delivery, due to the lack of preparation for labor, many pregnant women experience anxiety. Anxiety before childbirth is commonly experienced by mothers even though childbirth is a physiological thing, a way to relieve anxiety, worry, and anxiety, and increase self-confidence by looking for information. information, the use of technology is used in this study, namely the use of Whatapps Group as a medium of education. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an effect of labor preparation classes on anxiety levels, the method used is the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design of this study to measure the level of anxiety in mothers third trimester of pregnancy before and after. The results showed that the level of anxiety before 60% moderate anxiety level and after 43.3% did not experience anxiety, from the results of the Wilxocon test with a p-value of 0.000 showed an effect, it can be concluded that the use of Whatapps Group in implementing classes for pregnant women has a quite positive impact on pregnant women in the face of childbirth.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition or movement from childhood to adulthood, adolescents will experience challenges both from themselves and from outside. This creates confusion for adolescents who are worried that adolescents will engage in irresponsible sexual behavior. is one of the activities that can overcome adolescent problems. The research method uses Quasi Experimental adolescents who are provided with youth posyandu services, measurement of reproductive health status before and after. A sample of adolescents aged 10-18 years. Analysis using the Wilcoxcon test obtained reproductive health status, namely knowledge before 69.2% less while after 71.8% the level of knowledge was good, p-Value 0.000, anemia status before 25.6% anemia and after becoming 5.1% who experienced anemia p-Value 0.01, nutritional status before 69.2 underweight nutritional status, and after 59% normal nutritional status P-value 0.004 from the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an influence of adolescent posyandu on improving reproductive health Therefore, the youth posyandu should continue to be implemented.

Abstract

Chronic high blood pressure (hypertension) is a prevalent ailment among the elderly. One of the most prevalent causes of mortality is hypertension.Hypertension is one of the difficulties in the elderly since it produces and is a factor in heart failure and coronary heart disease. Both pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods may be used to treat hypertension. Non-pharmacological avocado leaf decoction has been used in research for years and is readily available. In this research, an avocado leaf decoction is used as a supplemental treatment for the elderly with hypertension. To begin, the process of evaluation, examination, and provision of complementary care treatments is used in conjunction with a case study approach with a descriptive design. There was a significant drop in blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension following the avocado leaf decoction intervention compared to the pre intervention average of 171/101mmHg and the postintervention average of 148/89mmHg. The mean decrease was 23/12 mmHg. Avocado leaf decoction helps lower blood pressure in older patients with hypertension This avocado leaf decoction is anticipated to be used as an antihypertensive and as self-medication to decrease blood pressure through future investigations on this avocado leaf decoction in the medical field. Abstract

Latar Belakang : Bagi pasangan yang menikah dibawah usia reproduksi dianjurkan untuk menunda kehamilan sampai fisik dan mentalnya siap menerima kehamilannya. Tujuan : mengetahui efektifitas pemberian komunikasi, jnformasi dan edukasi (KIE) tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada calon pengantin. Metode : dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional dan uji wilxocon signed rank test. Dengan tahap pengambilan data primer melaului pre test dan post test menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasangan calon pengantin yang berada di wilayah KUA Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 pasang calon pengantin.Hasil : menunjukan bahwa ada kenaikan tingkat penhetahuan tentang kesehatan repoduksi pada pasangan calon pengantin setelah dilakukan pemberian komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi (KIE), Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan rumus Wilcoxon signet rank tes , sebelum dan sesudah menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan dengan rata – rata sebelum 1,1512 dan sesudah menunjukan nilai rata-rata 1,0000, Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 < dari nilai alpha (0.05). Kesimpulan : Seluruh responden memiliki pengetahuan baik setelah dilakukan pemberian Komunikasi, Informasi dan edukasi (KIE) pada pasangan calon pengantin. Kemudian bahwa pemberian KIE tersebut efektif dalam peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dalam upaya persiapan pernikahan dan kehamilan pada pasangan calon pengantin. Abstract

IMPROVİNG THE PREPAREDNESS OF CİBİRU WETAN PKK CADRES FOR DİSASTER RESİLİENCE DURİNG THE COVİD-19 PANDEMİC. Cibiru is a high-risk area for natural and man-made disasters, so efforts must be made to reduce the risk of disaster impacts. One effort that can be made is to strengthen the Cibiru Wetan village's resilience by increasing preparedness to deal with emergency cases caused by disasters, such as cases of respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, trauma, and respiratory emergencies caused by COVID-19. Community service is performed to improve the preparedness of Cibiru Wetan PKK cadres for disaster-resilient village resilience during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The method of implementing community service by simulating basic life support, trauma event handling, prevention and handling of COVID-19 emergencies, and the production of health drinks made from natural ingredients such as ginger, honey, lime, cardamom, and turmeric to boost immunity. As a result, the Cibiru Wetan PKK cadres were able to simulate basic life support, first aid in the event of trauma, and respiratory disorders caused by COVID-19, as well as process natural ingredients into healthy drinks to increase immunity, thereby increasing the Cibiru Wetan village's resilience.
