Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan yang di lakukan oleh sekolah untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka di masa pandemic sesuai dengan keputusan pemerintah yang akan membuka kembali pembelajaran tatap muka pada Juli 2021 mendatang .Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mencari solusi alternative yang dapat dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam membuat perencenaan pembelajaran tatap muka yang yang aman dari penularan covid-19. Di dalam perencanaan tersebut beberapa hal yang dapat di lakukan sekolah anatara lain: 1).Melakukan vaksinasi kepada seluruh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang ada di sekolah ,2).Meningkatkan imun peserta didik,pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, 3).Mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai protocol kesehatan .Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualititaif dengan pendekatan sebab-akibat yang di jabarkan dalam bentuk pohon masalah,kemudian harapan-harapan di jabarkan dalam bentuk pohon sasaran dan alternative solusi yang dapat di lakukan untuk mewujudkan harapan yang telah di tentukan sebelumnya di jabrakan dalam bentuk pohon alternative.Adappun penelitian ini di lakukan di SMK Kristen Tagrai Rantepao . Abstract

Masalah yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 307 Panglion.penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian menggunakan ex post facto. populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV SDN 307 Panglion. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 13 responden. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan cara meyebarkan angket kepada orangtua siswa. Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment,uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji regresi linear sederhana.Instrument yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian yaitu menggunakan angket untuk memperoleh data tentang lingkungan keluarga dan nilai raport untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa belajar. Analisis data pengujian untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan rumus anlisis regresi linear sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa r hitung > r tabel yaitu 0,837 > 0,553 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 307 Panglion Kecamatan Rembon Kabupataen Tana Toraja.

Abstract

The problem at SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao is the low performance of teachers in learning. To improve teacher performance, it is necessary to analyze and prove the factors causing the low performance of the teacher. Many factors can affect teacher performance, but this study only focuses on examining "The Influence of Digital Competence on Teacher Performance at SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao, North Toraja Regency". The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of digital supervision and competence on teacher performance. The sample of this research is all teachers at the Christian Vocational School of Harapan Rantepao which were determined purposively involving 40 people. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. A simple linear regression analysis will analyze whether supervision affects teacher performance, whether digital competence affects teacher performance, and whether supervision and digital competence together affect teacher performance? The results of this study are expected to be a reference for schools to improve teacher performance through the implementation of supervision and improvement of digital competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the implementation of student management in improving students' hard skills; 2) the implementation of student management in improving students' soft skills; 3) To analyze student management efforts to improve quality; 4) supporting and inhibiting student management factors 5) efforts to overcome student management barriers in improving the quality of education The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed utilizing data reduction, data presentation (data display), and concluding. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: a) student management plans, implements, monitors and evaluates activities to improve students' hard skills b) student management plans, implements, monitors and evaluates activities that can improve students' soft skills 3) student management efforts in improving quality education, among others a) self-development through routine school activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary and conditioning; b) integrating the values of the nation's character in the syllabus and lesson plans; c) application of rules, norms, morals, and ethics that apply in schools; 4) The supporting factors of student management in improving the quality of education are educators who have good qualifications, facilities and infrastructure, the inhibiting factors are that understanding is not yet real, funds are not adequate, student motivation is still low, exemplary needs to be improved; 5) Student management efforts in overcoming any obstacles that occur, among others 1) build communication with all school parties; 2) establish communication with parents; 3) teachers always provide motivation, enthusiasm and appreciation for students who excel; 4) provide training for each teacher.
