Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Tax Volunteer Service Standardization and Location on WPOP Satisfaction at the STIE Persada Bunda Tax Center. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely the Tax Volunteer Service Standard (X1) and Location (X2). The Tax Volunteer Service Standard (X1) uses the standards from the DJP Regional Office, including Service Management Standards, Human Resources Standards, Facility Standards, and Supervision Standards. The dependent variable in this study is Individual Taxpayer Satisfaction (Y). The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially the service standard and location variables affect WPOP satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the service standard and location variables have an effect on WPOP satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap penjualan premiPT Jasaraharja Putera. Artikel ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari data kuantitatif target dan premi PT Jasaraharja Putera periode 2013-2017. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa promosi berdampak langsung terhadap penjualan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi PT Jasaraharja Putera yang ingin meningkatkan penjualan mereka, sehingga mereka dapat fokus mempromosikan keunggulan produk dan kualitas yang telah terbukti yang dapat mempengaruhi orientasi pelanggan, meningkatkan kemampuan layanan staf, dan melakukan tinjauan promosi secara teratur dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Strategi Pemasaran, Bauran Promosi, Volume Penjualan

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions at Indomaret in Pekanbaru. The object of research is customers who shop at Indomaret in Pekanbaru City. The technique of determining the sample by nonprobability sampling, using the incidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used Structural equation modeling using the Smart PLS version 3 application. The findings from this study note that price and product completeness have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Indomaret. While location has a positive and significant effect onbuying decision. Based on the determination test it was concluded that product completeness, location and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Indomaret in Pekanbaru. For future researchers, it is hoped that the results of this study can become a reference for research with similar titles and add other variables to be examined in depth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Taxpayer Perception and Trust in the Government on Taxpayer Compliance in the Voluntary Disclosure Program.The population in this study were all taxpayers registered at KPP Senapelan Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were taxpayers who assisted in reporting the Annual Tax Return (SPT) in March 2022 at the Tax Center of the Persada Bunda School of Economics (STIE) which is the work area of ​​KPP Senapelan Pekanbaru, with a total of 95 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with an incidental sampling approach. This study uses primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to individual taxpayers. The results this research state that Taxpayer Perception variable affect Taxpayer Compliance, variable Trust in Government affect Taxpayer Compliance, as well as Taxpayer Perception variable and Trust in the Government simultaneously affect Taxpayer Compliance with the Voluntary Disclosure Program. The independent variables, the perception of taxpayers and trust in the government are able to explain the dependent variable, namely taxpayer compliance by 31.3%, while the remaining 68.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hotel D’lira Syari’ah Pekanbaru. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Hotel D’lira Syari’ah Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 44 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yang menggunakan rumus uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, ujit t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa stress kerja dan konflik kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel D’lira Syari’ah Pekanbaru. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari perolehan hasil analisis linear berganda menghasilkan nilai Y=1,269 + 0,443 X1 + 0,222 X2. Hasil uji t sebesar Stress Kerja (X1) menggunakan uji t dengan t hitung = 5,746 > t tabel 2,01954. Konflik Kerja (X2) menghasilkan t hitung = 3,576 > t tabel 2,01954. Hasiil uji F menghasilkan F hitung > F table dengan nilai 21,980 > 3,23 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,494, artinya kontribusi dari variabel Stress Kerja (X1) dan Konflik Kerja (X2) terhadap variable Kinerja (Y) sebesar 49,4%, sedangkan sisanya 50,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.
