Abstract

This study discusses the planning of teacher performance in determining the direction of organizational work orientation at MTS Al-Washliyah beach pumpkin what activities must be carried out to achieve organizational goals; the research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the results of this study are based on the results of research observed from a conclusion regarding the planning and implementation of performance in determining the direction in the organization at MTS Al-Washliyah Pantai Labu, namely by implementing the Teacher's performance plan will provide a successful orientation at MTS Al-Washliyah Pantai Labu. In organizational performance planning, performance planning aims to provide information about what must be carried out on each individual in the corporate environment. The result is that performance planning is the process of compiling a plan as the implementation or elaboration of the program that has been determined in a strategic plan.

Abstract

The government has regulated the quality assurance of education in Law Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards as an educational policy and innovation that must be applied to all levels of education. This research applies qualitative descriptive methods and approaches to examine social conditions, and phenomena by means of description. The data analysis used by researchers is the analysis of initial data in the field, data analysis while in the field, and data analysis after in the field. The data collection procedure in this study went through 3 stages, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The source of the data was obtained by researchers directly from the madrasah leaders, both madrasah heads and deputy heads of madrasahs and administrative departments which can be categorized as primary data and secondary data. The results of the study revealed that MTsN-2 Tapanuli Tengah has implemented national education standards properly, optimally, and optimally. The curriculum innovation used is also in accordance with government policy, namely the 2013 curriculum which focuses on students interests, talents, and abilities, this aims to improve self-development in students and prepare high-quality students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh upah dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja karyawan. Survei tersebut ditanggapi oleh 13 orang yang seluruhnya merupakan anggota STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan sumber data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan bantuan kuesioner atau angket. Berdasarkan tingkat esplanasi, tergolong sebagai asosiatif atau hubungan, yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat. Hasil dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan oleh kuisioner yang memeriksa dan analisis dengan regresi sederhana. Uji validitas korelasi person dan uji reabilitas menggunakan Cronback Alpha adalah uji kualitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian menggunakan uji R2 yang disesuaikan, uji f, dan uji t untuk uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,002. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan signifikan

Abstract

This study examines leading school and college improvement, the research method uses the type of library research, which is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The results of the study found that to improve the quality of education in schools, various management models and quality improvement strategies could be taken, including Total Quality Management Theory, Organizing Business For Excelency Theory, Four Factor Quality Improvement Models, and Education Quality Improvement through School-Based Management. The strategy to improve the quality of education in schools can be done in the following ways: namely a strategy that emphasizes the results (the output oriented strategy), a strategy that emphasizes the process (the process oriented strategy), and a comprehensive strategy (the comprehensive strategy). As for the challenges in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools, there are many but in essence the inadequate resources of education actors in schools, political will from policy holders and the education policy itself. Some things that must be considered in connection with the strategy to improve the quality of education in universities include Students Who Are Educated, Lecturers as Educators and Teachers, Facilities and Infrastructure

Abstract

Definisi utama pengambilan keputusan adalah tindakan mengeluarkan pilihan taktis dan operasional, seperti perencanaan program, metode implementasi, dan strategi pemecahan masalah, melalui keputusan berdasarkan hasil pemilihan dari berbagai pilihan solusi yang ditentukan untuk mencapai tujuan. Identifikasi masalah, perumusan masalah, dan opsi pemilihan alternatif berdasarkan perhitungan dan banyak implikasi yang mungkin dihasilkan adalah bagian dari tugas pengambilan keputusan. Sebagai seorang pemimpin, harus membuat banyak pilihan reguler selama tahap implementasi pengambilan keputusan untuk mengendalikan operasi sesuai dengan rencana. Untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pilihan, dilakukan tahap kontrol yang meliputi pemantauan, inspeksi, dan penilaian hasil implementasi. Banyak pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam menetapkan kebijakan, salah satunya adalah membangun pendekatan system pemecahan masalah. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas bagaimana membangun system pemecahan masalah dan kaitannya dengan menetapkan kebijakan (decision-making).

Abstract

This research focuses on examining the policy model for developing the quality of private junior high school teachers in the Pandan District. This research study used the field method (field research). The results of this study are that in order to develop the quality of teachers, the leaders of private junior high schools in Pandan District need to: (1) Create, compile and formulate the vision, mission, and goals of the institution, especially the development of teacher quality; (2) Building commitments that are worth worship; (3) Build attitude and discipline; (4) Changing mindsets and building positive teacher character. Teacher quality improvement continues to develop dynamically. Participation in improving the quality of teachers must continue to be considered and continuously guarded by all parties.

Abstract

Pembagian tugas karyawan khususnya di lembaga pendidikan membutuhkan kesesuaian kemempuan dan latar belakang pendidikan terhadap tugas yang akan dikerjakan individu tersebut nantinya sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang produktif sesuai dengan istilah the right man in the right place yaitu posisikan seseorang sesuai tempatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari tau gambaran pembagian tugas yang ada di lembaga pendidikan tingkat menengah serta apa yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini ialah menggunakan metode kualitatif desktiptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sibolga yang menjadi objek penelitian telah menerapkan pembagian tugas dengan melakukan perencanaan penempatan tugas tiap pegawai di akhir tahun ajaran sebelumnya dan disana pembagian tugas telah menerapkan pembagian tugas berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan juga kemampuan yang dimiliki individu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Memahami bagaimana formulasi konsep manajemen pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam. Melalui telaah pemahaman secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Permasalahan yang ada dijawab melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen pendidikan adalah implemantasi dari asas manajemen pendidikan pada biasanya, sehingga manajemen pendidikan Islam memiliki keunikan dalam bidang proses, tujuan, serta orientasinya. Selanjutnya berdasarkan tujuannya, manajemen pendidikan Islam terus menerus bermuara pada tujuan pendidikan Islam, adalah peningkatan fitrah serta mengekspresikan kapasitas peserta didik sebagai pemimpin menuju kesempurnaan hidup atau insan kamil. Berdasarkan prosesnya, manajemen pendidikan Islam mesti dilandasi dengan ruh dan semangat theologis-edukatif yang bersentuhan dengan kemaslahatan manusia yang tidak semata-mata dilandasi prinsip efektivitas, efisiensi dan produktivitas, melainkan juga harus dilandasi dengan prinsip mendidik.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative methods with the aim of looking at the phenomena that exist in the school related to the leadership of the principal in improving the quality of education at MIS Baja Kuning. The results of the research show that quality education basically produces quality human resources as well. The quality of education is determined by various elements, namely school, community, and family involvement. In making quality schools, it is necessary to have a quality policy in schools. The quality policy in schools is an official and written policy from a school where the school community is committed to realizing this policy. In making decisions and policies on the quality of education at MIS Baja Kuning, the Principal together with the teachers develops and improves the quality of the school by carrying out deliberations to formulate the vision, mission and goals of the school to be achieved. Then a better policy is carried out that serves as a guideline for long-term school policy directions in terms of continuous quality improvement. That way in making decisions and policies at MIS Baja Kuning has a process in improving the quality of education in order to achieve the goals of school education as expected.
