Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision of school supervisors, supervision of school principals, teacher performance, as well as to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision on educational psychology in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri Lubuk Palas village. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with a phenomenological approach to interpret the phenomena that occur where the researcher is the instrument, the sampling of data sources is carried out by data collection techniques in the form of interviews. Respondents in this study were principals and teachers. The analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the school supervisor was quite good, the supervision of the principal was carried out well and in the high category and the teacher's performance was carried out well and in the high category. The results of inferential analysis using linear regression show that: (1) the competence of school supervisors' academic supervision has a significant effect on the quality of education, (2) the supervision of principals has a significant effect on the quality of education, (3) the competence of school supervisors' academic supervision and supervision of school principals simultaneously equally significant effect on the quality of educatio

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to find out how the principal's management in advancing education in the private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kusuma LKMD namorambe. In terms of the progress of management in the Madrasah, it will be seen how leadership management has been implemented by the madrasah leadership to improve the quality of education in the madrasa. Approach to research in the form of qualitative. the way researchers collect sources of data acquisition with question and answer techniques, documentation and observation. The research stages in analyzing the data use several stages which are usually applied to the Miles and Habermann model such as first collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and concluding data. This is the basis in a study of how the leader advances his school to advance his education from the previous state to the future state, it is seen that it is far behind with public schools in the area. schools began to make improvements and evaluation evaluations so that the principal who was able to improve the quality of education and win the trust of the community to send their children to the school. The findings and conclusions of the study indicate that leadership management is carried out by the first madrasah principal, the madrasah principal plans steps by establishing KKG and MGMP activities, the two madrasah principals also plan structured POAC steps in the mission to improve the quality of education in the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : mengevaluasi tercapainya program pendidikan karakter pada sekolah dasar di Pematang Sei Baru, memberikan rekomendasi yang baik pada guru, sekolah, maupun pemerintah dalam perbaikan program pendidikan karakter. Jenis penelitian ini evaluasi program (evaluasi formatif) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) kesiapan sekolah dasar di SDN 014628 Pematang Sei Baru untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter baik, dinilai dari kurikulum yang telah terintegrasi pendidikan karakter, namun masih kurang dalam hal pengelolaan sarana prasarana pendukung dan banyak guru memerlukan lebih banyak pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pendidikan karakter; (2) implementasi pendidikan karakter belum tampak pada kegiatan pembelajaran; (3) dukungan dari pemerintah dalam sosialisasi atau pelatihan dirasa masih kurang oleh sekolah; (4) monitoring dan evaluasi pendidikan karakter masih terbatas pada kurikulum dan dilakukan melalui pembinaan pengawas di setiap sekolah; dan (5) kendala yang umum dihadapi sekolah adalah penilaian sikap siswa yang belum terdokumentasi, kurangnya pemahaman guru untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter, dan tidak adanya sinergi antara pendidikan di sekolah dengan pendidikan di rumah.

Abstract

Economic activities are increasingly complex along with the development of people's economic needs in modern times. Currently, there are many non-bank Islamic Financial Institutions that can help meet the needs of the consumptive community, such as the needs of members in the health and education sectors using ijarah contracts. The implementation is that the Islamic Financial Institution provides funds to members for education and hospital expenses, after which the members pay the Islamic Financial Institution in installments with a predetermined ujrah. After the author observes the implementation of ijarah contracts that are applied in multi-service financing such as education and health costs, these practices are not in accordance with Islamic law, because the meaning of services in ijarah contracts practiced by financial institutions is that service products owned by financial institutions are not services that are performed. by other parties.

Abstract

Pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling karir untuk membantu peserta didik dalam menentukan pilihan karimnya sesuai dengan minat dan bakat yang peserta didik miliki Bimbingan karir tentu sangat dibutuhkan dan penting guna menunjang arah tujuan para peserta didik atau siswa setelah menempuh sekolah atau lulus sekolah bahkan kuliah Gun BK melakukan bimbingan karir melalui konseling individu ataupun konsleing kelompok, konseling kelompok dilakukan jika ada beberapa peserta didik yang mempunyai masalah yang sama. Bimbingan karir bukan hanya sebatas memberi pengarahan terhadap peserta didik akan kemana setelahnya, namun juga meningkatkan dan mengasah kemampuan yang dimiliki peserta didik. Dalam hal ini guru BK berkontribusi dengan pihak lain seperti bagian stal kesiswaan.

Abstract

This research is to describe how Management Improves the Quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kesuma LKMD Namorambe Deli Serdang Regency The development of madrasah quality is one of the duties and functions of the madrasah head as a leader is one of the determining factors in developing quality in madrasas. The principal of the madrasa as the highest leader in the school, the patterns and strategies in leading have a very large influence on the progress of the madrasa. Control over the use of existing resources in the madrasa by the head of the madrasa is by utilizing the facilities and infrastructure and resources in the madrasa. Collection of research evidensi obtained by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The evidensi analysis step is to collect data, reduce evidensi and then conclude the data. To determine the validity of the data, it is necessary to check the validity of the data, including: credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Madrasah heads in developing the quality of madrasah required: Madrasah head performance, Adequate madrasah facilities and infrastructure, Increased teacher competence in madrasas, Student extracurricular activities. 2) Control of the madrasah head to develop the quality of the madrasah is needed: Control of education financing, Scheduled and unscheduled controls, Control of facilities and infrastructure. Madrasa quality assurance carried out by madrasa heads in improving the quality of madrasas are: Education report cards, Student Graduate Improvement, Teacher Career Improvement.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di tingkat desa memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan pada tingkat nasional. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di desa menjadi pilar utama dalam menggerakkan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi strategi pengembangan produk unggulan UMKM dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Desa Sukasari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan survei, wawancara, dan analisis data ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi produk unggulan potensial di Desa Sukasari melalui analisis pasar dan potensi sumber daya lokal. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pendekatan pengembangan produk melalui peningkatan kualitas, diversifikasi, dan branding yang tepat. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM di pasar yang lebih luas. Dampak dari pengembangan produk terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dianalisis melalui indikator seperti peningkatan pendapatan, penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal, dan kontribusi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM di desa lain untuk mengembangkan produk unggulan mereka. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dan lembaga terkait dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal melalui UMKM. Dengan demikian, pengembangan produk unggulan UMKM dapat menjadi instrumen efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Desa Sukasari

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. The method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with a case study approach through interviews, documentation, observation with one of the teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. This research will focus on the definition of educational ethics, human resource management such as the performance of employees or teaching staff and the productivity of teaching staff and the work morale of teaching staff. The research results show that ethics in human resource management principles must match the commitment of words with the achievement of personal performance through actions or work implementation. Which can build and create results from performance that are in line with common goals.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in implementing the concept of Independent Learning at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School. The three main aspects studied are the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage carried out by Islamic Education teachers in implementing the concept of Independent Learning at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School. This research is a qualitative study using field observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the strategies used by Islamic Education teachers at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages are: 1) Developing and creating learning tools by applying Independent Learning, namely the Learning Objective Flow (ATP), 2) Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum, where the methods and strategies used by teachers should be student-centered, 3) Evaluation of Islamic Education teachers in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at Sabilina Tembung Private Junior High School.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang manajemen strategi pendidikan dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana perencanaan strategi pendidikan yang efektif, bagaimana proses pelaksanaan strategi pendidikan dan seberpa penting proses pengawasan strategi di dunia pendidikan. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut, peneliti mengggunakan jenis penelitian Studi Kepustakaan (library research). Adapun hasil yang di peroleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan manajemen strategi pendidikan yang dibuat dengan baik akan memberikan perubahan yg positif dalam dunia pendidika Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan agar peran manajemen strategi pendidikan baik dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang efektif mampu menunjang keberhasilan sebuah organisasi yang maksimal dan tentunya tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai dengan baik.
