Abstract

This study aims to determine the synergy between the Banjarmasin City KPU and the Banjarmasin Population and Civil Registry Office in managing population data, to determine the suitability of Voters' Data with Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration, to determine the suitability of population data provided by the Ministry of Home Affairs. with real conditions in the field and to find out the synergy constraints between the Banjarmasin City Election Commission and the Banjarmasin Population and Civil Registry Office in managing population data. The results showed that the synergy between the Banjarmasin City Election Commission and the Banjarmasin Population and Civil Registry Service became the basis for updating population data. In addition, it also helps ease the budget burden for the City Government. The KPU of Banjarmasin City has carried out the process of updating the Permanent Voters List under Article 9 to Article 41B of KPU Regulation Number 8 of 2016 concerning Updating Voter List of Voters, but there are still problems that occur in determining the Permanent Voters List, indicating that there is still minimal participation of the public and parties involved involved in determining the Permanent Voters List, the population data provided by the Ministry of Home Affairs was not fully under the real conditions in the field, so the Population and Civil Registration Service together with the Banjarmasin City KPU re-synchronized. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui sinergi antara KPU Kota Banjarmasin dan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan, Untuk mengetahui kesesuaian Data Pemilih dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan, Untuk mengetahui kesesuaian data kependudukan yang disediakan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dengan kondisi riil di lapangan serta Untuk mengetahui kendala sinergi antara KPU Kota Banjarmasin dengan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sinergi antara KPU Kota Banjarmasin dengan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin menjadi dasar dalam pemutakhiran data kependudukan. Selain itu juga membantu meringankan beban anggaran bagi Pemerintah Kota. KPU Kota Banjarmasin telah melakukan proses pemutakhiran Daftar Pemilih Tetap sesuai Pasal 9 hingga Pasal 41B Peraturan KPU Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Pemutakhiran Pemilih Daftar pemilih, namun masih terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penetapan Daftar Pemilih Tetap, menunjukkan masih minimnya partisipasi masyarakat dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penetapan Daftar Pemilih Tetap, Data kependudukan yang disediakan oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri belum Sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kondisi riil di lapangan, sehingga Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil bersama KPU Kota Banjarmasin melakukan sinkronisasi ulang.

Abstract

Abstract: This a research to test and demonstrate empirically Effect of Conflict, Stress, and Work Productivity Competence Against The Mediated By Variables Motivation (Empirical Study at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District). The population in this study was MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District that MTs Nurul Hidayah and MTs Darul Azhar as many as 64 people and determination on this sample using a total sampling, where all samples used as the population in this study (Arikunto, 2016: 130) , and thus the sample of this study as many as 64 (sixty four) people. Data were analyzed by analysis Partial Least Square (PLS).These results indicate that:(1) The conflict of positive and significant impact on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (2) stress positive and significant impact on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (3) competency positive and significant effect on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (4) competency positive and significant effect on work motivation on MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (5) motivation to effect positive and significant impact on labor productivity at MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District (6) competence but not significant effect on work productivity, moderated by motivational variables in MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu District . Keywords: labor productivity, conflict, stress, competence and motivation Abstrak: Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan mendemonstrasikan secara empiris Pengaruh Konflik, Stres, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan Variabel Motivasi yang Dimediasi (Studi Empiris di MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah MTs Se-Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kecamatan Tanah Bumbu yaitu MTs Nurul Hidayah dan MTs Darul Azhar sebanyak 64 orang dan penentuan sampel ini menggunakan total sampling, dimana seluruh sampel dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini (Arikunto , 2016: 130), maka sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 64 (enam puluh empat) orang. Data dianalisis dengan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konflik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (2) Stres positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (3) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (4) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pada MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (5) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja MTs di Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu (6) kompetensi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dimoderatori oleh variabel motivasi di MTs Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence Of Ability And Work Environment To Employee Work Performance That Are Focused With Job Motivation Of Banjarmasin City Transportation Officer" which aims to know the description of ability, environment, motivation and job performance and to test the influence of ability and work environment to the work performance of employees mediated by employee motivation. This study uses quantitative research samples are applied as many as 48 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While data analysis using path analysis assisted with software SmartPLS 30. The results of this study indicate that the ability and environmental variables are simultaneously able to explain the motivation variable of 46.7%, the remaining 55.3% is explained by other variables that are not hypothesized in the model. The next result for the variable ability, environment, and motivation able to explain the work performance variable of 46.3%, the remaining 53.7% explained by other variables that are not hypothesized in the model.

Abstract

The results showed that the performance of the Village Government in the implementation of the 1 Billion 1 Village program in Mattone Kampung Baru Village and Pasar Baru Village, in terms of the Village Government's responsiveness in accommodating and realizing community aspirations, was considered good. Productivity of development implementation, especially infrastructure development in Pasar Baru Village is achieved more maximally and of good quality, while for New Mattone Kampung Village the achievement of infrastructure development productivity is in accordance with the standards. The responsibility of the Village Government in monitoring infrastructure development in Mattone Kampung Baru and Pasar Baru Villages, the Village Government divided the work according to the duties and functions of each business. Village Government Accountability in the form of Village Government Accountability Reports (LPJ) to the community in Pasar Baru Village was delivered in writing through the information media available at the Pasar Baru Village Office to the community through the BPD and verbally through village meetings, and for a period of 5 (five ) This year no village government LPJ that was rejected by the village community showed good accountability by the Pasar Baru Village Government. While in Mattone Kampung Baru village, it was only carried out verbally to the community members through village meetings and meetings. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja Pemerintah Desa dalam pelaksanaan program 1 Milyar 1 Desa di Desa Mattone Kampung Baru dan Desa Pasar Baru, dalam hal Responsivitas Pemerintah Desa dalam menampung dan merealisasikan aspirasi masyarakat, dalam menjaring dan menindaklanjuti aspirasi masyarakat dinilai sudah baik. Produktivitas pelaksanaan pembangunan terutama pembangunan infrastruktur pada Desa Pasar Baru tercapai secara lebih maksimal dan berkualitas baik, sementara untuk Desa Mattone Kampung Baru pencapaian produktivitas pembangunan infrastruktur sudah sesuai dengan standar. Responsibilitas Pemerintah Desa dalam pengawasan pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Mattone Kampung Baru dan Desa Pasar Baru, Pemerintah Desa melakukan pembagian pekerjaan sesuai tugas dan fungsi masing-masing urusan. Akuntabilitas Pemerintah Desa dalam bentuk Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Pemerintah Desa (LPJ) kepada masyarakat di Desa Pasar Baru disampaikan secara tulisan melalui media-media informasi yang ada di Kantor Desa Pasar Baru kepada masyarakat melalui BPD dan lisan melalui pertemuan di desa, dan selama waktu 5 (lima) tahun ini tidak ada LPJ pemerintah desa yang ditolak oleh masyarakat Desa ini menunjukan akuntabilitas yang baik oleh Pemerintah Desa Pasar Baru. Sementara pada desa Mattone Kampung Baru hanya dilakukan secara lisan kepada warga masyarakat melalui pertemuan dan rapat desa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotion mix at the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Business Administration Study Program and to find out the obstacles faced and the efforts made related to the implementation of the Promotional Mix. This study uses descriptive methods, data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Business Administration Study Program in carrying out promotional activities is said to be still less than optimal related to promotions that are carried out only limited to advertising and publicity that are not paid to attract new prospective students to the Business Administration Study Program, the obstacle faced is the limited funding for promotional activities, and efforts are being made to increase other promotional mix activities to support existing activities, namely collaborating on other study programs, utilizing assistance from the extended family of the Business Administration Study Program, conducting promotions in learning activities for students, one of whose duties is to design promotions. and carry out promotional activities from other mixes such as public relations and direct marketing.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah sebuah lembaga usaha desa yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi sumberdaya yang ada di desa. Minimnya kontribusi BUMDes dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi disebabkan karena terbatasnya kualitas SDM, tata kelola BUMDes, hingga minimnya pemahaman potensi desa yang dimiliki sebagai basis usaha BUMDes. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan kapasitas pengelolaan BUMDes yang diawali dengan melakukan riset dan pemetaan secara mendalam sehingga BUMDes dikembangkan sesuai dengan potensi lokal, memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi para stakeholder desa tentang BUMDes yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa, serta mengidentifikasi potensi yang dimiliki desa dan merumuskan bentuk-bentuk usaha yang dapat dilakukan melalui BUMDes serta menginventarisasi rancangan usaha (business plan) prioritas rintisan BUMDes yang berpeluang untuk ditindaklanjuti sebagai usaha BUMDes di desa Martadah Baru. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan melakukan survey, diskusi (FGD) dalam forum pertemuan desa dan perumusan rencana (kerja) usaha. Selain dapat dapat menemukan potensi usaha, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman stakeholder tentang pentingnya peran BUMDes, hasil kegiatan ini dapat mengidentifikasi bentuk usaha BUMDes yang sesuai dengan potensi unggulan desa dan merumuskan prioritas rencana bisnis BUMDes, dan merekomendasikan implementasi ditindaklanj untuk usaha ekonomi produktif yang dapat membantu pengembangan ekonomi ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of interpersonal communication on the performance of junior high school teachers in West Kapuas District, Kapuas Regency and (2) The influence of the Principal's Leadership on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Kapuas District West of Kapuas Regency. The method used in this study is the explanatory method with multiple regression techniques, with 55 teachers from 10 schools in West Kapuas District as respondents. In this research, to test the hypothesis using the SPSS program tool with a multiple regression approach. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication and teacher performance where the significance value of the results of this study was 0.000 which is smaller than the level of confidence used 0.05. Likewise, the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of the teacher council shows a significant effect with a significant result of 0.004 and is smaller than the 0.05 confidence level.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is believed to be determined by Service Marketing Mix and Competitiveness. Service Marketing Mix variables such as Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence and Competitiveness Variables. The aims of this research are (1) to analyze the influence of Service Marketing Mix and competitiveness on Brand Equity of non-container loading and unloading services at PT Pelindo (Persero) Banjarmasin, (2) to analyze the influence of Brand Equity on Customer loyalty of non-container loading and unloading services at PT Pelindo Banjarmasin, (3) analyzing the influence of Service Marketing Mix and competitiveness on Customer loyalty through Brand Equity of loading and unloading services for non-container goods at PT Pelindo (Persero) Banjarmasin. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is all customers/users of PT Pelindo Banjarmasin`s non-container loading and unloading services. Determination of sampling in this study used purposive sampling with the Quota Sampling method so that the sample in this study amounted to 135 companies. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that (1) Service Marketing Mix and predicted competitiveness have a positive effect on Brand Equity of loading and unloading services for non-container goods at PT Pelindo (Persero) Banjarmasin, (2) Predicted Brand Equity has a positive effect on Customer loyalty of loading and unloading services. non-container goods at PT Pelindo Banjarmasin, (3) Service Marketing Mix and predictable competitiveness loading and unloading services for non-container goods at PT Banjarmasin.
