Abstract

Forecasting is an attempt to predict what happens in the future, while forecasting demand is an effort that is expected to be realized for a certain period in the future. Distributors difficult forecasting product demand needs of the estimated number of the retailer, the Distributor does not have given an overview of the extent of the need for the required product request is recorded. Therefore, the need for forecasting system that is capable of working on the need for the number of requests the retailer so that for information between the two in order to give the necessary information. The way to resolve problems that occur in this research is to predict demand for the retailers needs by using the method of Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) Holt by considering certain factors. The conclusion of this research that a demand forecasting using DES holt obtained from the accuracy in identifying data, where the data to be continuously experience the trend up or down. Results of the research by using DES Holt method on both retailers have a value different of α(alpha), γ (gamma) and the smallest value of MSE. At retailer 1 produces a value α (alpha) = 0.9, the γ(gamma) = 0.1, while the retailer 2 produces a value α (alpha) = 0.9, γ (gamma) = 0.2.

Abstract

The DC motor is one component of robot, the main function of a DC motor is as a driver, whether its a legged robot or not, as used in a mobile robot. DC motor control is necessary to be one thing that must be considered, because if the motor does not run properly, it will renew the purpose of the motor when it is created. The ability to control a DC motor is needed when building a robot. Many things can affect a person’s ability to design DC motor controller, one of which is the development of science, especially computer science, the use of algorithms to achieve the effectiveness of DC motor movements is very necessary today, so that the robot can move well and according to what is desired. The algorithm requires some information from the system that is built either as input or output so that the algorithm can perform the control process properly. in this study the motor speed controller circuit has been designed using transistor IR630 (n-channel mosfet), in this study the motor speed controller circuit has been designed using transistor IR630 (n-channel mosfet), the potentiometer is used as an analog input on the microcontroller and then converted to a PWM signal which will be used as input to the controller circuit to drive a DC motor. In the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained that the motor can be controlled properly, the use of resistors with a certain amount (220 ohms) can increase the resulting motor rotation and at what voltage the motor starts to spin at a voltage of 0.436 volts, and continues to increase and the maximum voltage recorded at 6.40 Volts.

Abstract

The Bintan Regency Government through the Village Community Empowerment Service (PMD) established Posyantek (Pos Technology Services) in 2018. Posyantek is a Technology Service that is spread out from the smallest villages, sub-districts and districts. Based on the Minister of Home Affairs regulation No. 20 of 2010 concerning Community Empowerment through Appropriate Technology Management and also Minister of Home Affairs Instruction No. 24 of 1998 concerning Posyantekdes operations. The purpose of establishing a posyantek is how to improve the welfare of the community. Posyantek has various main types which include providing technical services, information, and promotion of various types of TTG to the community, increasing the quality and quantity of various types of products produced by the community, both small and medium enterprises (SMEs), posyantek is also expected to be a bridge for the community to use TTG in the context of utilizing TTG (Appropriate Technology). The purpose of community service is carried out as an effort to support the important role of the presence of technology in community life as one of the factors driving change and also accelerating development both in the economic, and social and cultural fields. In the process of implementing Posyantek Posyantek operations in the Regency of Bintan is developing a process of designing activities programs, in line with this the need for synergy of interference and support from related parties including educational institutions in the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji. Assistance and training are given to posyantek cadres in carrying out work programs in accordance with the output expected by the government and the community.

Abstract

Mubut Island needs to carry out promotional activities through social media, not only conventionally by word of mouth. This is done so that the Pulau Mubut Tourism Village is increasingly known and visited by many people. Considering the age of the managers and their activity, as well as the target of visitors from Mubut Island, it was decided that the promotional media that was optimized in 2022 was Facebook social media. Because in the future it will be the managers who will manage the promotional media for this Tourism Village, it is important to train these managers to be able and proficient in optimizing their Facebook social media. The training activities will be evaluated by measuring the managers's ability to optimize the Facebook media of Mubut Island. As a result, the managers was able to optimize the promotional activities of Mubut Island through social media Facebook, namely by looking at the manager's activity in posting and the increasing number followers.

Abstract

Dalam situasi pandemic covid 19 seperti sekarang ini kami berfikir, bagaimana meningkatkan kesejahteraan UMKM pada bisnis Donat Mini (Domi) dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Maka kami membuatkan aplikasi E-Commerce dimana pemasaran akan dilakukan secara online. Dengan adanya sistem aplikasi E-Commerce ini nantinya akan memudahkan UMKM Domi dan masyarakat untuk tetap bisa melakukan transaksi jual-beli tanpa harus bertatap muka dan berkerumun antri di toko. Dengan begitu protokol kesehatan dapat dijaga untuk menjaga jarak dan kebutuhan konsumen terpenuhi. Aplikasi E-Commerce ini memiliki berbagai fitur fungsi utama antara lain adalah memberikan layanan teknis, informasi, dan promosi tentang jenis usaha yang diperjualkan kepada masyarakat. Aplikasi E-Commerce ini juga menjadi jembatan bagi masyarakat sebagai pemanfaatan teknologi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to adjust and apply inventory planning in accounting and inventory control, to identify and evaluate inventory management problems as well as making a Web-Based Goods Inventory Application Prototype in the culinary field of Batam City TDA. The research method is a qualitative approach method and the Business Process Improvement Framework method and a Web-Based Goods Management Application Prototype using the Waterfall model. The process of collecting data through surveys and interviews. The research results are (1) the application of the inventory recording method has not used the perpetual method. The respondent's inventory valuation method uses the First in First out Method. Inventory measurement for respondents only recorded the cost of purchasing inventory so that it was not in accordance with PSAK No.14. Disclosure of inventories to respondents is presented in the financial statements, namely the balance sheet and income statement so that they are in accordance with PSAK No.14 (Revised 2015); (2) In the operational management of inventory in the warehouse, there are business processes for requesting goods in the Warehouse that are still not effective, business processes for receiving raw materials that are not yet effective and optimal, business processes for returning materials or goods from warehouses to suppliers due to non-conformance of goods, and sales business processes materials to users who are not yet effective. Researchers compile and submit Warehousing Operational Standards, it is hoped that the management from Curry Up, Jomtri, Baabaa Kambing can implement the SOP; (3) Researchers create a Web-Based Inventory Application Prototype using the Waterfall model with the stages of needs analysis and system design.

Abstract

This study, titled "Evaluating Thresholding-Based Segmentation and HuMoment Feature Extraction in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Classification using Gaussian Naive Bayes," investigates the application of image processing and machine learning techniques in the classification of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Utilizing a dataset of microscopic blood smear images, the research focuses on the efficacy of thresholding-based segmentation and Hu moment feature extraction in distinguishing between benign and malignant cases of ALL. Gaussian Naive Bayes, known for its simplicity and effectiveness, is employed as the classification algorithm. The study adopts a 5-fold cross-validation approach to evaluate the model's performance, with particular emphasis on metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results indicate a high precision rate across all folds, averaging approximately 84.13%, while exhibiting variability in accuracy, recall, and F1-scores. These findings suggest that while the model is effective in identifying malignant cases, further refinements are necessary for improving overall accuracy and consistency. This research contributes to the field of medical image analysis by demonstrating the potential of combining simple yet efficient techniques for the automated diagnosis of hepatological diseases. It highlights the importance of integrating image processing with machine learning to enhance diagnostic accuracy in medical applications.
