This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and social environmental factors on consumption behaviour of Economics Faculty of Economics students of Manado State University. The design of this study using the quantitative approach with survey method, with the number of samples is 67 students as respondents through proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire with a Likert scale which then tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include 1) Descriptive analysis; 2) Classical assumption test, and 3) Multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: 1). There is a significant influence on financial literacy and student consumption behaviour, with the influence of financial literacy on student consumption behaviour of 54.4%; 2). There is a significant influence on social environment factor with student consumption behaviour, with the influence of social environment factor to student consumption behaviour equal to 37.5%; and 3). There is the influence of variable of financial literacy and social environment factor to student consumption behaviour variable with a contribution equal to 78.6%. Conclusion, partially or simultaneously financial literacy and social environmental factors have a significant effect on the consumption behaviour of students of Economics Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Manado.

This research aims to determine the source of education funding and the magnitude of the influence of these sources of educational funding on student learning outcomes. The expected benefits from this research include practical benefits, which can serve as a reference for readers and become a means for this research to explore economic education theories, and theoretical benefits as inputs for Education Office. This research used a descriptive method with correlational techniques, in which the data collected were analyzed with a correlation formula. The population was all students who received BKM (Bantuan Keluarga Miskin or Poor Family Assistance) scholarships, and the sample was taken from the entire population. The research results showed that students’ average potential was satisfactory, and education funding significantly influenced student achievement. Apart from the education funding factors, learning achievement is also determined by other factors, such as student perseverance.

The provision of incentives is one stimulus to encourage someone’s loyalty, and better work performance as the incentives are paid based on one’s work commitment. This research was conducted at Bethesda General Hospital, Tomohon City, and aims to determine the effect of incentives on its employee work commitment. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of r = 0.84 indicated that there is a close and positive relationship between incentives and employee work commitment. The correlation analysis also produced the coefficient of determination r² = 0.71 or 71%, implying that the provision of incentives influences 71% of employee work commitment, and other factors beyond this research influence the remaining 29%. In addition, the t-test analysis shows that t count = 8.23 is greater than t table = 1.70 indicating a highly significant relationship between the provision of incentives and employee work commitment.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha petani salak yang ada di desa pangu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan subjek penelitian yaitu beberapa petani yang ada di desa pangu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi,angket dan FGD(Focus Grup Discussion),hasil dari penelitian ini di analisis dengan menggunakan metode model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan materi yang di kembangkan berpengaruh dan bermanfaat bagi beberapa petani yang ada di desa pangu. ABSTRACT This study aims to develop the business of salak farmers in the village of Pangu. This research is a development research with research subjects, namely several farmers in the village of Pangu. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and FGD (Focus Group Discussion), the results of this study were analyzed using the ADDIE model method. The results of this study indicate that the development of the material developed is influential and beneficial for several farmers in Pangu Village.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada Mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi Angkatan 2018 yang berjumlah 80 orang. Sementara sempel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. 2) Kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. 3) Efikasi diri dan Kemandirian belajar secara Bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar mata kuliah analisa informasi keuangan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Manado. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Kemandirian Belajar, Prestasi Belajar ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of: Self-efficacy and learning independence on learning achievement in financial information analysis courses for students majoring in economic education class 2018 Manado State University. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population in this study were 80 students majoring in economics education class 2018. While the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in the financial information analysis course for students majoring in economic education class 2018 Manado State University. 2) Learning independence has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in the financial information analysis course for students majoring in economic education class 2018 Manado State University. 3) Self-efficacy and learning independence together have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in the financial information analysis course for students majoring in economic education class 2018 Manado State University. The purpose of this study is to explore the social perceptions of the millennial generation in implementing the adaptation of new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research methods. The online survey was selected using the google form application. The data were taken from 400 respondents of State Higher Education (PTN) students in North Sulawesi as representatives of the millennial generation. The google form application is used to distribute questionnaires to target respondents. From the results of this survey, it can be explained that when the COVID-19 pandemic in the North Sulawesi millennial generation responded by perceiving several things that had been conveyed. Millennial generation respondents indicate that the level of millennial optimism for the sustainability of this life is well felt. Respondents positively respond to an optimistic attitude that routine millennial activities can still be carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. Millennials in North Sulawesi also believe that the central and local governments can handle this pandemic.

All administrative staff of the GMIM Bethesda Tomohon General Hospital have their respective job descriptions that have been determined by the hospital management, but the implementation has not been carried out optimally. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still complaints of dissatisfaction from the community regarding the services provided. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between competence, motivation, workload and leadership with the performance of administrative staff at the General Hospital GMIM Bethesda Tomohon. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all administrative staff at the General Hospital GMIM Bethesda Tomohon with a total of 54 employees. The data were collected by using a questionnaire filled out by the employees themselves, and the data were analyzed univariately through a frequency distribution table, bivariate analysis with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression method. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between competence, motivation, workload dan leadership with staff performance dan there is a most dominant variable on the performance of administrative staff is leadership.Keywords: Competency, Leadership Motivation, Performance, Workload.

The problem with teachers in general is that they have not fully mastered the use of technology in learning. To evaluate the effect of teacher work motivation and organizational support on the application of technology is the goal to be achieved in this study. This study used a quantitative method, namely explanatory research. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique of 115 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Test method with validity and reliability tests. Validity test to correlate questions with the total score of each variable. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The results of the study show that partially the teacher's work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the successful application of technology by 9.2%. Then the support of school organizations partially has a positive and significant effect on the successful application of technology by 36.7%. Simultaneously work motivation and organizational support affect the success of applying technology in learning by 59%. Compared to teacher motivation, school support in the form of infrastructure services, availability of computers, internet networks makes a greater contribution to improving the quality of learning.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penyerapan anggaran pada Satuan kerja Universitas Negeri Manado dan Untuk mengetahui factor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan serapan anggaran Di Universitas Negeri Manado. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode peneltian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melihat fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi dalam proses penyerapan anggaran di Universitas negeri Manado. Adapun Hasil penelitian yang di hasilkan antara lain teridentifikasinya permasala han serapan anggaran pada satker Universitas Negeri Manado Yang tidak masksimal akibat dari perencenaan anggaran, pengadaan barang dan jasa serta faktor sumber daya manusia yang mengelola anggaran yang kurang maksimal dalam pengelolaannya.
